The silencer features baffles to divert and disrupt the flow and an umbrella check valve to ensure the unidirectionality of the discharge flow.
Supercharger Integral Resonator
A supercharger assembly comprises a housing, a rotor bore with an outer wall, an outlet in an outlet plane, an inlet in an inlet plane perpendicular to the outlet plane, and an outlet divider wall. The supercharger assembly comprises a first recess, a first perforated material covering the first recess, and an outlet resonator. The first recess is separated from the outlet by the outlet divider wall. The first recess is located between the outer wall and the first perforated material.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
A highly reliable horizontal rotary compressor is provided with a sealed housing, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a frame which divides the inside of the sealed housing into an electric-motor chamber and a compression-mechanism chamber, and a plurality of bolts that fasten the compression mechanism to the frame. The compression mechanism includes a main bearing fasten to the end surface of a cylinder. A bearing contact-surface of the end surface of the cylinder is in contact with the main bearing, is located closer to the electric motor than a frame contact-surface which is in contact with the frame. The surface roughness of the frame contact-surface is greater than the surface roughness of the bearing contact-surface. The contact-surface of the frame is a single continuous flat surface located above the bolt located at the lowest position among the plurality of bolts.
Compressor with pulsation attenuation space disposed in injection passage
A compressor includes a compression chamber forming member, an injection passage, an injection pipe, and a pulsation attenuation space. The compression chamber forming member forms a compression chamber. The injection passage is formed in at least one of the compression chamber forming member and a separate member disposed in a surrounding area and connecting to the compression chamber. The injection pipe supplies refrigerant to the injection passage. The pulsation attenuation space is formed in one of the compression chamber forming member and the separate member disposed in the surrounding area so as to communicate with the injection passage. The pulsation attenuation space attenuates pulsation of refrigerant gas flowing from the injection pipe into the compression chamber.
Scroll compressor
[Problem] A scroll compressor is provided which is capable of effectively reducing a pressure loss in a pathway extending from a discharge space to a discharge port. [Solution] The scroll compressor includes a discharge space 27 formed in a compressing mechanism cover 9 of a housing 11, a discharge hole 26 which is formed in a fixed scroll 21 and discharges a compressed refrigerant to the discharge space, a discharge port 51 which discharges the refrigerant to the outside of the housing, a relief passage 71 which communicates the discharge space and the discharge port with each other, and a differential pressure valve 74 which is provided in the relief passage and opens in accordance with a pressure difference between the discharge space and the discharge port. The relief passage opens in the discharge space above the discharge hole.
REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR
Refrigerant compressor with a hermetically sealed housing and a drive unit in the interior of the housing. At least one damping element is in the housing is connected to the drive unit. The damping element has three contact areas separated from each other by an edge, in which in a first deflected state of the drive unit a first contact area contacts a first inner surface area of the housing, wherein in a second deflected state a second contact area contacts a second inner surface area of the housing, but the first contact area does not contact the first inner surface area, wherein in a third deflected state of the drive unit a third contact area contacts a third inner surface area, but the first and second contact areas do not contact the first and second inner surface areas, respectively.
MOTOR VEHICLE VACUUM PUMP ARRANGEMENT
An electrical motor vehicle vacuum pump arrangement includes a housing assembly which includes an inlet opening arrangement having an inlet opening, an outlet opening arrangement having an outlet opening and an outlet channel, a pump unit having a pump rotor housing with an inlet-side end wall, an outlet side end wall, and a pump rotor housing part arranged therebetween, a drive motor having a motor rotor and a motor stator, sound absorption elements, and a sealing connected to the pump rotor chamber and directed towards the outlet opening. The outlet opening arrangement is connected to one of the sound absorption elements. The outlet channel of the outlet opening arrangement is closed relative to the drive motor and the pump unit. The outlet channel of the outlet opening arrangement, when viewed in a direction of the outlet opening, comprises at least one abrupt change in cross-section.
COMPACT LOW NOISE ROTARY COMPRESSOR
The present disclosure relates to a low noise, compact rotary compressor configured to damp noise and vibration generated from internal components. The compressor may include a stator holder coupled to the stator and the pump, providing physical separation between the stator and the casing. The compressor may also include a pump holder coupled to the pump and the casing, providing physical separation between the pump and the casing. Additional damping components may be placed at various coupling points within and around the stator holder and/or pump holder. The suction line connection may also be configured to reduce noise and vibration. Aspects of the present disclosure may be applicable for reducing the noise and vibration in a number of fluid displacement devices and BLDC motors.
Vacuum pump with sound absorption and check valve
A vacuum pump with a primarily cylinder-shaped pump housing is provided. A bowl-shaped sound-absorbing cover is attached on the pump housing and a circumferential gap space for sound absorption is formed between the pump housing and the sound-absorbing cover. The pump housing has an end face in which at least one air outlet opening is arranged. An elastic upstream sound absorber element is arranged between the end face and the sound-absorbing cover so that an upstream chamber is formed therebetween into which the air flows from the air outlet opening. The upstream sound absorber element has a molded projection facing the end face with an air channel passing through the projection. The projection is arranged at a distance from the end face during operation of the vacuum pump. While the vacuum pump is idle, the projection makes contact with the end face through elastic deformation of the upstream sound absorber element, causing the air channel to be closed off and creating a check valve function.
