CONCENTRIC VANE COMPRESSOR
A positive displacement device includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder disposed within the first cylinder, and a third cylinder disposed around the first cylinder. An interior surface of the first cylinder and an exterior surface of the second cylinder define an inner cavity. An exterior surface of the first cylinder and an interior surface of the third cylinder define an outer cavity. A partition between the interior surface of the first cylinder and the exterior surface of the second cylinder divides the inner cavity into inner regions, and another partition between the exterior surface of the first cylinder and the interior surface of the third cylinder divides the outer cavity into outer regions. The second cylinder and the third cylinder orbit with respect to the first cylinder to create alternating regions of high pressure and low pressure in the inner regions and the outer regions.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing including a rotational shaft, a cover fixed inside of the casing to partition the inside of the casing into a suction space and a discharge space, a first scroll revolved by rotation of the rotational shaft, a second scroll disposed on or at one side of the first scroll to define a compression chamber together with the first scroll, the second scroll including a discharge, through which a refrigerant pressed in the compression chamber may be discharged, a switching device movably disposed on or at one side of the discharge to selectively open and close the discharge, a back pressure portion including a moving guide that accommodates at least a portion of the switching device, and a top surface that covers one side of the switching device; and an adhesion preventer that reduces a contact area between the switching device and at least a portion of the back pressure portion.
MAGNETICALLY CONTROLLED VALVE AND PUMP DEVICES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Disclosed herein are embodiments of magnetically controlled valve and pump systems that can be used to control and facilitate fluid flow in fluidic devices. Various types of magnetically controlled valves and pumps are described as well as methods of magnetically-controlling such valves and pumps.
INLET VALVE FOR A COMPRESSOR
An inlet valve that includes a pipe and a housing that forms a chamber around this pipe, in which an aperture is affixed with blades that are slidingly provided in the housing. Whereby these blades present a protruding section with edges that lie against one another and whereby the blades are provided with a spindle and there are means to enable the blades to pivot around these spindles, during the movement of the spindles, between a closed position, whereby the sections are oriented radially to close off the passage in the pipe, and an open position whereby the sections are turned away from the pipe.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a partition plate that partitions a sealed container into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space, a fixed scroll adjacent to the partition plate, a orbiting scroll, a rotation restrictor, and a main bearing. The sealed scroll compressor further includes a pillar member having a lower end portion secured in a bearing-side engagement portion provided in the main bearing, and an upper end portion inserted in a scroll-side engagement portion provided in the fixed scroll. The axial distance from the upper end portion of the pillar member to the partition plate is smaller than the length by which the pillar member and the bearing-side engagement portion are coupled together.
AIR CONDITIONER AND COMPRESSOR
The present disclosure relates to an air conditioner and a compressor. The compressor includes: a first cylinder assembly, including a first cylinder body and a first sliding vane, a volume control assembly, including a pressure regulator; wherein the pressure regulator is provided with a storage cavity, and the storage cavity is communicated with the variable volume control cavity; wherein the first sliding vane is configured to slide in a reciprocating manner between the first compression cavity and the variable volume control cavity along the first sliding vane groove, to change the volume of the variable volume control cavity; and the refrigerant introduced into the variable volume control cavity flows between the variable volume control cavity and the storage cavity along with a change of the volume of the variable volume control cavity.
Scroll compressor having a back pressure plate and a gasket coupled to a fixed scroll plate by at least one coupling member
A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor may include a casing, a discharge cover to partition an inside of the casing into suction and discharge spaces, a first scroll, a second scroll that defines compression chambers together with the first scroll and includes an intermediate pressure discharge hole that communicates with a compression chamber having an intermediate pressure of the compression chambers, a back pressure plate that defines a back pressure chamber that accommodates a refrigerant discharged from the intermediate pressure discharge hole, a floating plate that defines the back pressure chamber together with the back pressure plate, and a gasket disposed between the back pressure plate and the second scroll and having an intermediate pressure communication hole that allows the intermediate pressure discharge hole to communicate with the intermediate pressure suction hole. The gasket may block communication between the back pressure chamber and the suction and discharge spaces.
VACUUM PUMP WITH A SOLENOID VALVE
A vacuum pump includes a housing defining a base, an internal cavity, and a partition wall defining a first chamber and a second chamber. The second chamber is sealed relative to the first chamber to form a compression chamber. A motor assembly and an electronic control unit are positioned within the first chamber. A pump assembly is positioned within the compression chamber and in communication with the lubrication fluid and the motor assembly.
