Rotor assembly, compressor and air conditioner
A rotor assembly, a compressor and an air conditioner. The rotor assembly includes a first rotor, including a first working portion and a second working portion coaxially arranged, the first working portion and the second working portion are rotatable about a first axis; the first working portion includes a plurality of first helical blades, with a first blade groove being formed between adjacent two of the plurality of first helical blades; at least one first air pressure groove is provided on a first end face of the first working portion away from the second working portion.
Scavenge loss limiter for a rotary compressor
A fluid compressor system has a scavenge loss limiter that increases the efficiency of the fluid compressor system by reducing the compressed working fluid recirculated into the airend through a scavenge flow. The scavenge loss limiter includes a scavenge hole positioned at a discharge end face of a rotor cavity of the compressor housing. As a rotor of the compressor system rotates, the rotor may intermittently restrict the free-flowing scavenge flow returning from a lubricant separation tank. The rotor may be a male rotor having a plurality of male lobes. As the discharge end clearance between the rotor and the discharge end face is tightly controlled and monitored, a better control of the scavenge flow returning to the rotor cavity is achieved.
Temperature control for compressor
According to at least one aspect of the present disclosure, an apparatus for cooling a coolant for a gas compressor includes a compressor to generate a flow of compressed gas, a dryer in fluid communication with the compressor, and a coolant circuit. The coolant circuit includes a accumulator to accumulate the coolant, a pump in fluid communication with the accumulator and the compressor to circulate the coolant through the coolant circuit, a first intercooler in fluid communication with the accumulator and the pump and structured to transfer heat from the coolant circuit to the compressed gas flow via the dryer, and a valve disposed between the accumulator and the first intercooler and structured to route at least a portion of the coolant through the first intercooler depending on a temperature of the coolant relative to prescribed low and high temperature limits.
Air Compressor
To provide an air compressor capable of achieving energy saving. The air compressor is provided with a compressor body compressing air with injecting oil into a compression chamber; an air-pressure-operated intake throttle valve provided on an intake side of the compressor body; a separator provided on a delivery side of the compressor body and separating, from the compressed air delivered from the compressor body, a liquid contained in the compressed air; a compressed air system supplying the compressed air separated by the separator to a supply destination; an air release system connected to a primary side of a check valve in the compressed air system; an air-pressure-operated air release valve provided in the air release system; and an air-pressure operation circuit having a solenoid-operated three-way valve.
Methods and systems for air compressor and engine driven control
Power systems and methods of controlling an engine driven air compressor include an air compressor driven by an engine via a clutch. A first pressure sensor configured to sense a pressure level at an outlet of the air compressor. An inlet valve configured to close in response to the first pressure sensor sensing a pressure level above a first pressure level. In addition, a second pressure sensor to sense a pressure level below a second pressure level at a housing of the air compressor, wherein the clutch is configured to disengage in response to the second pressure level, wherein the first pressure level is higher than the second pressure level.
