A tubular portion; and flange portions at both ends of the tubular portion are included. A bent portion is formed between the two flange portions. The two flange portions are directly connected to each other.
Scroll-Type Fluid Machine
Provided is a scroll-type fluid machine that prevents wear of the parts of the fluid machine and improves the reliability thereof by reducing the amount of dust that reaches a face seal. The present invention comprises a revolving scroll that includes an end plate and a lap part provided to the end plate, and that moves in a revolving manner; a fixed scroll that includes an end plate, a lap part provided to the end plate such that a compression chamber is formed between itself and the lap part of the revolving scroll, and a flange that opposes the end plate of the revolving scroll; and a face seal that is provided between the flange of the fixed scroll and the end plate of the revolving scroll, and that seals a space between the fixed scroll and the revolving scroll, with the scroll-type fluid machine further comprising a shield part that suppresses dust from reaching the face seal from the outside in the radial direction.
Compressor with a closed loop water cooling system
The present disclosure provides a compressor system having at least one fluid compressor for compressing a working fluid. A lubrication supply system is operable for supplying lubrication fluid to the compressor. A closed loop cooling system using R718 refrigerant is provided to cool the working fluid. The closed loop cooling system includes a refrigerant compressor for compressing the refrigerant, a condenser operable for receiving compressed refrigerant gas and removing heat to form liquid refrigerant, and an expansion device for expanding and cooling the liquid refrigerant into a cooled gaseous refrigerant.
SEALING DEVICE FOR OIL INJECTION-TYPE SCREW COMPRESSOR
A screw compressor of the present invention comprises: a housing having a compression chamber; male and female rotors provided in the compression chamber; a driving shaft for rotating the male and female rotors; and a seal cover across which the driving shaft is provided, and further includes: an oil chamber provided at the seal cover, and returning, to the compression chamber, oil having leaked into the driving shaft; and a breather for injecting external air into the oil chamber. Therefore, the breather is provided at the upper part of the oil chamber and an oil recovery line is provided at the lower part thereof so as to cause a pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the oil chamber, such that the flow of the oil having leaked into the driving shaft is smoothly recovered in the oil recovery line.
Oil Feed Type Air Compressor
The present invention provides an oil feed type air compressor that can reduce a power consumption of a compressor body during an unload operation. The oil feed type air compressor includes: a compressor body (1) compressing air while feeding an oil into a compression chamber; a separator (4) disposed on a discharge side of the compressor body; a compressed air-feeding system (5) feeding the compressed air separated by the separator to a use destination of the compressed air; an oil-feeding system (6) feeding the oil separated by the separator to the compression chamber of the compressor body; an oil cooler (11) and a temperature sensor (12) disposed in the oil-feeding system; and a controller enabling execution of a temperature control. The temperature control by the controller is performed by variably controlling a rotation speed of a cooling fan (13) such that, during the load operation, a temperature detected by the temperature sensor is a target value T1, and during the unload operation, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is a target value T2 (with the proviso of T1>T2).
Air compressor and extraneous-matter removing apparatus
An air compressor according to an embodiment, which includes a cylinder and a rotating body provided to be rotatable around a rotation axis in the cylinder so as to generate compressed air through intake and exhaustion caused by rotation of the rotating body, includes an intake valve. The intake valve takes air in the intake and exhaustion. The intake valve is provided in the cylinder.
Air compressor with drain pipe arrangement
Provided is an air compressor which exhibits improved reliability by resolving problems relating to drainage discharge defects, and exhibits improved energy efficiency. The air compressor comprises: a compressor body which compresses air; a compressed air flow path through which the compressed air from the compressor body flows; a heat exchanger which is provided to the compressor flow path so as to cool the compressed air from the compressor body; and a drainage pipe (62) which branches from the compressed air flow path so as to connect to the exterior, and through which drainage condensed from the compressed air cooled in the heat exchanger flows. A strainer (65) which removes foreign matter contaminating the drainage is provided to the drainage pipe (62). An on-off valve (66) at the downstream side of the strainer (65), and a pressure sensor (41) at the upstream side thereof, said sensor detecting pressure inside the drainage pipe (62), are each provided so as to resolve drainage discharge defects.
VANE-TYPE AIR MOTOR
The present invention provides a vane-type compressed air motor, comprising a casing, a rotor and vanes, wherein the casing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a plurality of vanes are inserted into the rotor, and the rotor is disposed inside the casing to form a rotating body. The difference from the prior art is that the present invention further comprises a vane stopper, an inner retainer ring, stop bearings and a kit. Using the technique provided by the present invention, the wear of the vanes can be significantly reduced even under high pressure conditions, such that the service life of the vane is prolonged, air leakage is prevented, and the motor power can be improved. The present invention can also be used in various tools, having a significant effect of saving a lot consumption and cost, thereby having broad market prospects.
