Caster boards with removable insert
11446562 · 2022-09-20 · ·

A caster board can include a front platform, a rear platform, and at least two neck sections extending between the front platform and the rear platform. The neck sections can serve as a torsion element allowing twisting of the front platform relative to the rear platform. An aperture between the neck sections can be configured to receive an insert. The insert can alter a structural characteristic of the caster board, such as the torsional stiffness of the caster board.

Rotation mechanism for electric balance car and electric balance car comprising rotation mechanism

Disclosed is a rotation mechanism (4) for an electric balance car. The rotation mechanism connects a left car body and a right car body of the electric balance car, and comprises a rotary shaft (40), a sleeve ring (41) and a bearing (42), wherein the sleeve ring (41) is fixedly connected to one side of the rotary shaft (40), the bearing (42) is sheathed on the other side of the rotary shaft (40), and a limiting part (411) is protruded outwardly at a position of an outer edge of the sleeve ring (41). Also disclosed is an electric balance car, comprising the rotation mechanism (4). The rotation mechanism of the electric balance car has a firm and reliable structure, operates smoothly, is convenient to install, and is durable.

Electric balance car

An electrical balance car comprises pedals. Each pedal has a convex part located on the edge, and a concave part located in the middle and used to restore the pedal after the pedal descends under the effect of acting force. The electrical balance car can be controlled steadily and is ingenious in structure, easy to assemble and durable.

An auto-balancing transportation device having a compact form. Left and right foot platform sections are coupled for fore-aft tilt angle movement relative to one another. Left and right wheels are provided under the respective foot platforms. With a rider's weight directed primarily downward onto the wheels and not onto the coupling structure, the coupling structure may have sufficient space to house the battery. In addition, more efficient and lighter weight supports and bearing arrangements may be used in the coupling structure. Various embodiments are disclosed.

Self-balancing board with primary wheel and distal auxiliary wheel
11148037 · 2021-10-19 · ·

A self-balancing board is provided, comprising a primary wheel assembly, a platform, at least one sensor, a controller, a first auxiliary wheel assembly, and a first brake element. The primary wheel assembly comprises a primary wheel and a motor driving the primary wheel. The platform is secured to the primary wheel assembly and has a foot deck. The at least one sensor senses the orientation of the platform. The controller receives data from the at least one sensor and controls the motor in response to the received data. The first auxiliary wheel assembly is secured to the platform distal the primary wheel assembly, and is elevated from contacting a flat surface upon which the primary wheel rests when the foot deck is parallel to the flat surface. The first brake element is manually movable relative to the first auxiliary wheel assembly to engage the first auxiliary wheel assembly to provide resistance to rotation of the first auxiliary wheel assembly.

Dual axle skateboard and truck with outboard secondary wheels and method

Improved skateboards and methods of obtaining or providing skateboards with improved trucks. Trucks have two axles or axes, two primary wheels, and two secondary wheels, and skateboards have eight wheels, four in front and four at the rear portion of the skateboard. The four primary wheels support most or all of the weight of the skateboard when the skateboard is on a flat surface, and the two secondary wheels support the weight of one portion of the skateboard (e.g., front or rear) when the primary wheels cross a crack (e.g., a sidewalk contraction joint). In various embodiments, the secondary wheels are located outboard of the primary wheels. Further, in a number of embodiments, the axis of rotation or axle of the primary wheels remains parallel to that of the secondary wheels, whether the skateboard is going straight or turning.

Skateboard

A skateboard includes a board body having a first section and a second section, at least a first wheel set connected to the first section, and at least two second wheel sets connected to the second section. The first wheel set includes a first base protruding from the first section. Each second wheel set includes a second base protruding from the second section and defines a reference line passing through a center of the second base. Both of the bases slope at an angle of 5 to 35 degrees respectively. An angle of not more than 60 degrees is formed between the reference line and a baseline passing axially through a center of the board body. The skateboard moves forward when the wheel sets are triggered by twisting a body of a user and a moving direction is changeable by shifting a center of gravity of the user.
