ELECTRIC GEROTOR PUMP AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
An electrically driven gerotor pump has a gerotor which comprises a stationary outer gerotor element with an inner toothing that is axially delimited by two chamber walls, wherein each chamber-forming root section of the inner toothing is paired with a pressure valve which is connected to the outlet. The gerotor also comprises an inner gerotor element with an outer toothing which is guided in the outer gerotor element in a circumferential manner on an eccentric section of the shaft and is mounted in a rotatable manner so as to mesh with the inner toothing.
Impeller-type liquid ring compressor
An impeller-type liquid ring compressor having a particular bearing configuration. Such a bearing arrangement may completely support the impeller as it rotates, eliminating many of the problems inherent in the prior art designs without changing the general overhung impeller design. This may allow the impeller-type liquid ring compressor to be easily retrofitted in existing use environments, such as, for example, oil and gas processing facilities, oil refineries, and petrochemical processing facilities. In some exemplary embodiments, a thrust bearing may be located on the front face of the impeller, or radial bearings may be disposed between the vanes of the impeller. A radial bearing and thrust bearing may further be disposed on the shaft side of the impeller close to the impeller itself. The compressor may be configured so that the process fluid carries heat away from each of these bearings.
Mechanical automotive vacuum pump with cantilevered rotor
A vacuum pump includes a pump rotor comprising a rotor body, a housing arrangement, a slidable pump vane, and a backing support cone structure. The rotor body comprises a vane slit, a conical ring, a coupling-sided end portion, and a vane-sided end portion. The housing arrangement comprises a static conical ring corresponding to the conical ring. The slidable pump vane is supported in the vane slit. The backing support cone structure is arranged at a front end of the vane-sided end portion and is defined by the conical ring of the rotor body and the static conical ring of the housing arrangement. A coupling structure and a single radial bearing are each arranged at the coupling-sided end portion of the rotor body and a radial bearing is not arranged at the vane-sided end portion of the rotor body so that the rotor body is radially supported cantilevered.
MOTOR VEHICLE OIL PUMP
A motor vehicle oil pump, including: a pump body, an external rotor having a first plurality of lobes, an internal rotor having a second plurality of lobes configured to engage the first plurality of lobes of the external rotor, and a driving body rotatable with respect to the pump body about a first axis of rotation. The external rotor is constrained to the driving body. An idle shaft is rotatably connected to the pump body about a second axis of rotation parallel and eccentric to the first axis of rotation. The external rotor rotates about the first axis of rotation and is rotated by the driving body. The driving body is rotated by a motor. The internal rotor is fitted onto the idle shaft for rotating about the second axis of rotation and is rotated by the external rotor.
SCREW SPINDLE PUMP
The invention relates to a screw spindle pump (1) with a housing (2) which has an inlet (22) and an outlet (21) for a medium, with two spindles (3, 4) which are designed as shafts with respectively at least one external screw thread (31, 41), wherein the spindles (3, 4) are mounted next to each other in the housing (2) and the screw threads (31, 41) engage in each other in order to convey the medium from the inlet (22) to the outlet (21). The invention provides that each spindle (3, 4) is mounted in an axial bearing (5.1, 5.2) and the axial bearings (5.1, 5.2) are arranged diagonally opposite each other.
MOTOR-OPERATED COMPRESSOR
A motor-operated compressor includes a casing having a sealed internal space, a first scroll fixed in the internal space, and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a plurality of compression chambers. The compressor also includes a frame fixed on an opposite side of the first scroll with the second scroll interposed therebetween, and a driving motor positioned on an opposite side of the second scroll. The compressor further includes a rotary shaft coupled to the second scroll in an off-centered manner and coupled to the driving motor. The first end portion of the rotary shaft forms a fixed end supported in the radial direction by members positioned on both sides of the second scroll. The second end portion of the rotary shaft forms a free end coupled to a rotor of the driving motor.
Pump Assembly Having an Axial-Flux Electric Drive
The invention relates to a pump assembly, at least comprising a first housing, in which at least one first drive means for conveying a fluid is rotatably mounted, wherein a first drive shaft of the first drive means extends at least through a first side wall of the first housing in an axial direction; wherein, outside of the first housing, at least one first rotor of a first axial-flux electric drive is arranged on the first drive shaft, wherein the first axial-flux electric drive has only one stator.
Double-ended scroll compressor lubrication of one orbiting scroll bearing via crankshaft oil gallery from another orbiting scroll bearing
A scroll compressor orbiting scroll bearing lubrication system includes a scroll compressor crankshaft having a lubricating fluid gallery extending therethrough between a first stage orbiting scroll and a second stage orbiting scroll. The first stage employs an orbiting scroll radial bearing and an orbiting scroll hydrodynamic thrust bearing, while the second stage employs an orbiting scroll radial bearing and an orbiting scroll hydrostatic thrust bearing. Lubricating fluid is supplied to the second stage orbiting scroll radial bearing via the lubricating fluid gallery.
Screw compressor having rotors mounted on one side
The invention relates to a screw compressor for compressing a medium, having a drive unit which has a drive, and having a compressor unit which has two mutually engaging rotors with screw profiles, which are complementary to one another, and a compressor housing having an inlet and an outlet. The rotors are coupled to the drive unit via a shaft in each case. The shafts are only mounted on the drive side of the rotors. The rotors are mounted only on one side relative to their axial direction and are not mounted on the side which faces axially away from the drive. The invention furthermore relates to a screw compressor arrangement with screw compressors which are fluidically connected in series.
Two-shaft rotary pump with escape holes
Provided is a two-shaft rotary pump which is capable of improving reliability and operation efficiency by preventing an exhaust gas from flowing backward into a pump as much as possible, preventing the interior of the pump form being excessively compressed as much as possible, and suppressing temperature rise in the pump.
