BEARING AND UNLOADER ASSEMBLY FOR COMPRESSORS
A bearing system for a compressor including an unloader at least partially received within a recess of a driveshaft. The unloader includes an outer surface that is engaged with a bearing. An inner surface of the unloader is curved such that the unloader is pivotable relative to the driveshaft unload forces on bearing caused by deflection of the driveshaft.
Compressor Having Bushing
A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a driveshaft and a bushing. The non-orbiting scroll includes a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The orbiting scroll includes a second end plate having a first side and a second side. The first side has a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and meshingly engaged with the spiral wrap of the non-orbiting scroll. The second side has a hub extending therefrom. The driveshaft drivingly engaged to the orbiting scroll. The bushing supporting the driveshaft and is disposed within the hub of the orbiting scroll. One of the hub of the orbiting scroll and the bushing includes a convex portion.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR WITH ISOLATION CONSTRAINT SYSTEM
An electric compressor includes a housing, refrigerant inlet port, a refrigerant outlet port, an inverter section, a motor section, a compression device and a front cover. The housing defines an intake volume and a discharge volume. The refrigerant inlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to introduce the refrigerant to the intake volume. The compression device is a scroll-type compression device configured to compress the refrigerant. The refrigerant outlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to allow compressed refrigerant to exit the scroll-type electric compressor from the discharge volume.
SCREW COMPRESSOR
A screw compressor includes a casing, a motor provided in the casing, a screw rotor inserted into a cylinder in the casing, a bearing holder, a drive shaft, a first bearing, and a second bearing. The cylinder is formed on a lateral side of the motor. The bearing holder is disposed on an opposite side of the screw rotor from the motor and adjacent to the screw rotor. The drive shaft is connected to the motor and the screw rotor. The first bearing is disposed adjacent to the screw rotor. The second bearing is disposed adjacent to the motor in an axial direction of the drive shaft. At least a portion of the first bearing is disposed inside the screw rotor.
FLUID MACHINE WITH HELICALLY LOBED ROTORS
A fluid machine is provided with a first rotor having a first rotor first working portion and a first rotor second working portion, a second rotor having a second rotor first working portion configured to mesh with the first rotor first working portion and a second rotor second working portion configured to mesh with the first rotor second working portion and rotate independently from the second rotor first working portion.
VACUUM PUMP SEALING ELEMENT
A rotary pump, preferably a vacuum. pump, featuring: a delivery space including an inlet on a low-pressure side and an outlet on a high-pressure side of the pump; a rotor which is arranged in the delivery space and delivers a fluid from the inlet into the delivery space to the outlet from the delivery space; at least one housing part which delineates the delivery space at least axially; and a drive shaft which is connected in drive terms to the rotor; including at least one sealing element which is connected, secured against shifting and/or rotating, to the drive shaft and/or rotor and forms a radial sealing gap with the housing part.
Oil-free screw compressor
An oil-free screw compressor has a screw rotor including a screw and a shaft, a bearing supporting the shaft, a first shaft seal device disposed between the screw and the bearing and including a first seal opposite to the shaft, and a first communication portion communicating the inner periphery face and the outer peripheral face of the first shaft seal device, a second shaft seal device disposed between the first shaft seal device and the bearing and including a second seal opposite to the shaft, and a second communication portion communicating an inner periphery face and the outer peripheral face of the second shaft seal device, and a casing including an atmosphere communication portion connected to both of the first communication portion and the second communication portion on the inner peripheral face of a shaft accommodation space.
Orbiting scroll plate driving assembly and scroll compressor
An orbiting scroll plate driving assembly provided by the present application includes a main shaft (7), a tail driving shaft (6), and an eccentric shaft sleeve (5). The tail driving shaft (6) is eccentrically connected to the main shaft (7), and the eccentric shaft sleeve (5) is rotatably sleeved on the tail driving shaft (6). The orbiting scroll plate driving assembly further includes a limiting portion (14). The limiting portion (14) is disposed on the tail driving shaft (6), and provided with a first limiting portion protrusion (141). The eccentric shaft sleeve (5) is provided with an eccentric shaft sleeve groove (51). The first limiting portion protrusion (141) is correspondingly inserted into the eccentric shaft sleeve groove. A circumferential size of the eccentric shaft sleeve groove (51) is larger than a circumferential size of the first limiting portion protrusion (141). By providing the limiting portion (14) on the tail driving shaft (6), and providing a mortise joint structure between the limiting portion (14) and the eccentric shaft sleeve (5), the circumferential movement and axial movement of the eccentric shaft sleeve (5) can be confined, and the assembly and processing are simple. Further, a scroll compressor is disclosed.
