A compressor including a compression unit comprising an inlet for sucking gas and configured to compress the sucked gas; and a casing configured to accommodate the compression unit; and a suction guide comprising a passage for guiding the gas from an outside of the casing to the inlet. The compression unit includes a first surface extending from an edge of the inlet, the suction guide includes a second surface extending from an edge of a vent of the passage, and provided in an internal area of the casing to make the first surface and the second surface face each other, and an external end of the first surface and an internal end of the second surface or an internal end of the first surface and an external end of the second surface do not overlap along a direction of an axis of the compressor.
Compressor Having Damped Scroll
A compressor may include a shell assembly, orbiting and non-orbiting scrolls, a bearing housing, a bushing, a damper, and a fastener. The bearing housing includes a first aperture. The bushing may include an axial end abutting the bearing housing. The bushing may extend through a second aperture of the non-orbiting scroll. The bushing may include a third aperture. The damper may be received in a pocket that may be defined by and disposed radially between an outer diametrical surface of the bushing and an inner diametrical surface of the non-orbiting scroll. The damper may be at least partially disposed within the second aperture and may encircle the second portion of the bushing. The fastener may include a shaft portion and a flange portion. The shaft portion may extend through the third aperture and into the first aperture. The flange portion may contact a first axial end of the damper.
Filtering element and associated mounting device for vacuum pump
A vacuum pump includes a casing having a first inlet orifice and a second outlet orifice to allow a flow of air, and in the interior of which a filtering element is mounted in a removable way. At least one orifice of the casing selected from among the first inlet orifice and the second outlet orifice is located on an exhaust lid. The exhaust lid is removable from the casing but integral with the filtering element. The connection between the casing and the exhaust lid is not tight. A cartridge for the vacuum pump includes an exhaust lid integrated in the closure nozzle of the filtering element. The connection between the casing and the exhaust lid is not tight.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor including a casing; an orbiting scroll orbitingly moved inside the casing; a fixed scroll engaged with the orbiting scroll to form a pair of compression chambers; and a main frame supporting the orbiting scroll, wherein the fixed scroll includes a fixed scroll base plate and a fixed scroll wrap protruding from the fixed scroll base plate, wherein the main frame includes a main frame base plate provided on an opposite side of the fixed scroll base plate with respect to the orbiting scroll, and wherein the fixed scroll base plate, the main frame base plate and the casing may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll. An orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll is increased inside the casing having a predetermined size, so a refrigerant discharge amount is increased in a state in which the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll are accommodated inside the casing.
COMPRESSOR STRUCTURE
A compressor structure includes a vane rotor and a cylinder eccentrically disposed around the vane rotor. The vane rotor has a vane impeller. The vane impeller is in tangential contact with the cylinder to define an eccentric crescent vane chamber. A vane is radially slidably received in the vane impeller. An outward extending top end of the vane tightly abuts against the inner circumferential wall of the vane chamber, whereby the vane chamber is partitioned into an intake section and a compression exhaustion section. When the vane rotor rotates, the vane is driven to drive the cylinder to complete gas compression ope rat ion. When rotating, the vane is simply swung at a fixed position of the cylinder, the friction of the compressor can be lowered. The communication of the gas outlet is regulated so that the compression ratio of the compressed gas exhausted from the compressor can be changed.
ROTARY LOBE PUMP WITH INTERNAL BEARING
A rotary lobe pump having a pump housing with a pump room, an inlet opening and an outlet opening, a first multi-lobe rotary piston, which is arranged in the pump room and is rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation, a second multi-lobe rotary piston, which is arranged in the pump room and is rotatably mounted about a second axis of rotation spaced apart from the first axis of rotation and meshingly engages in the first rotary piston, wherein the first and second rotary pistons are drivable in opposite directions and are designed to generate a flow of a conveyed medium from the inlet opening through the pump room to the outlet opening by counter-rotation about the first and second axis of rotation, respectively, and a drive device, which is mechanically coupled to the rotary pistons for driving the rotary pistons.
Cartridge vane pump and pump device
A cartridge vane pump includes a rotor, a plurality of vanes, a cam ring, a side member brought into contact with a first end surface of the cam ring, a cover member brought into contact with a second end surface of the cam ring, the cover member being attached to the body, and a linkage member provided to extend between the side member and the cover member over an outer circumferential surface of the cam ring, the linkage member being configured to link the side member and the cover member.
Screw compressor for a utility vehicle
A screw compressor for a utility vehicle includes a housing. The housing is filled with oil. At least one pair of compressor screws are mounted in the housing and serve to compress air supplied to the screw compressor. In the assembled state, a heat exchanger is directly placed onto and installed on the housing, by which heat exchanger the temperature of the oil contained in the housing can be controlled.
