Oil supplying mechanism, and horizontal compressor having same
Disclosed are an oil supplying mechanism, and a horizontal compressor having same. Disclosed is an oil supply mechanism for a horizontal compressor, the horizontal compressor including a housing, a motor, a rotating shaft driven by the motor, and a bearing pedestal supporting the rotating shaft. The oil supply mechanism includes a separating member, the separating member being in the form of a ring having a central hole for allowing the bearing pedestal to pass therethrough, and the separating member being configured to separate the housing into an oil storage chamber and a motor chamber with the motor provided therein. The separating member is constructed to have an annular groove opening into the oil storage chamber. The oil supply mechanism and the horizontal compressor having the oil supply mechanism can reduce or minimize free space in the motor chamber and/or facilitate a quality inspection on the structure of a pump.
OIL TUBING INSTALLATION ASSEMBLY AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR
The disclosure provides an oil tubing installation assembly and a scroll compressor adopting the same. The oil tubing installation assembly is adapted to be installed into a shell in a vertical direction and includes: a housing on which a vertical oil tubing installation surface and an oil hole located in the oil tubing installation surface are provided; a clip adapted to be installed on the oil tubing installation surface and into the shell along with the housing; and an oil tubing assembly adapted to be installed into the clip in a vertical direction after the housing and the clip have been installed into the shell. The oil tubing assembly includes an oil tubing body and a cuboid-shaped installation block. A through hole is provided in the installation block and the through hole is configured to have a first orifice on the front surface of the installation block and a second orifice on the rear surface of the installation block. The upper end of the oil tubing body is connected to the first orifice. The second orifice is aligned with and fitted to the oil hole after the installation block is installed in place in the clip. In this way, the long oil tubing can be easily installed manually in place even after the housing has been pressed into the shell.
Scroll compressor having cooling pipe moving synchronously with orbiting scroll and rotating with respect to crankshaft
A compressor includes an orbiting scroll, a cooling pipe and a crankshaft, the cooling pipe includes an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, an axial through hole is provided at a center of the orbiting scroll, a sealing portion of the orbiting scroll is provided with a sealing groove, a mounting hole is provided in the crankshaft, the cooling pipe passes through the crankshaft and enters from a tail portion of the crankshaft, through the mounting hole, the axial through hole and the sealing groove, and then returns back on the same way, and a part of the cooling pipe is arranged in the sealing portion of the orbiting scroll, the cooling pipe moves synchronously with the orbiting scroll and rotates with respect to the crankshaft.
Piping member and fluid transport device
A vibration suppressing piping member suppresses vibration caused by a pulsating discharged gaseous fluid. The piping member includes a tubular portion and flange portions at both ends of the tubular portion. A bent portion is formed between the two flange portions. The two flange portions are directly connected to each other.
Cryogenic pump flange
A flange for a pump comprises first and second faces and a passageway for cryogenic fluid flow extending from the first face to the second face and at least one of (1) the passageway is for a pipe and comprises a first portion of a first diameter and a second portion of a second diameter greater than the first diameter, wherein when the pipe has an outer diameter that is smaller than the second diameter a gap is formed between the pipe and the passageway where the pipe passes through the second portion; and (2) a first annular groove in one of the first face and the second face and extending around the passageway, wherein the first annular groove in cooperation with the passageway forms a bellows. The gap and bellows increase the thermal resistance between the passageway and the flange, and the bellows allows for flexure during thermal contractions of the flange reducing thermal stress on welded fluid seals.
ACCUMULATOR FOR COMPRESSOR AND COMPRESSOR WITH ACCUMULATOR
An accumulator for a compressor and a compressor having an accumulator are disclosed. The accumulator may include a case configured to be disposed at an outside of a shell of a compressor and defining a refrigerant accommodating space, a refrigerant connection pipe having a first end that communicates with an outlet side of an evaporator and a second end that communicates with the refrigerant accommodating space of the case, and a refrigerant suction pipe having a first end that communicates with the refrigerant accommodating space of the case and a second end that communicates with a suction side of the compressor. The refrigerant suction pipe may be fixed to a lower surface and an upper surface of the case defining the refrigerant accommodating space. Therefore, the refrigerant suction pipe may be fixed to the case of the accumulator without a separate pipe holder, thereby attenuating vibration of the accumulator and reducing manufacturing costs.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include a suction guide between a refrigerant suction pipe and a high/low pressure separation plate, and the suction guide may be fastened to a non-orbiting scroll or inserted into a suction guide protrusion that extends from the non-orbiting scroll. Accordingly, suction refrigerant may be partially suctioned into a compression chamber by the suction guide in advance before moving to the high/low pressure separation plate, so as to be prevented from coming into contact with the high/low pressure separation plate, while the suction refrigerant may also partially flow toward a drive motor without being suctioned directly into the compression chamber, so as to cool the drive motor, whereby efficiency of the compressor may be improved and an operation range of the compressor may be expanded.
Compressor and Air Conditioning System
A compressor and an air conditioning system. The compressor includes a low-pressure-stage compressor body and a high-pressure-stage compressor body, where the low-pressure-stage compressor body is provided with a low-pressure-stage suction port and a low-pressure-stage exhaust port, the high-pressure-stage compressor body is provided with a high-pressure-stage suction port and a high-pressure-stage exhaust port, a communication pipeline is arranged between the low-pressure-stage exhaust port and the high-pressure-stage suction port, the low-pressure-stage suction port communicates with a low-pressure-stage gas source, and the high-pressure-stage suction port has a first state of communication with the low-pressure-stage exhaust port and a second state of communication with the low-pressure-stage gas source.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER HAVING SAME
A scroll compressor of an air conditioner includes a refrigerant discharge tube through which refrigerant discharged to an inner space of a casing is discharged into a refrigeration cycle, a venturi tube disposed adjacent to the refrigerant discharge tube in the inner space of the casing, and a liquid refrigerant discharge tube having a first end connected to the venturi tube and a second end opposite to the first end and communicating with the inner space of the casing at a lower side of the refrigerant discharge tube, where liquid refrigerant can be suppressed from excessively stagnating in the inner space of the casing.
SCREW COMPRESSOR
A screw compressor having screw rotors for compressing a process gas, a pipe bend conducting compressed process gas towards a silencer. The pipe bend at an inlet-side portion comprises a first connecting piece fastening the pipe bend to a pressure port and on an outlet-side portion a second connecting piece for fastening the pipe bend to the silencer. The pipe bend has a flow channel between the connecting pieces defined by an inner wall and an insert that projects into the inlet-side portion of the pipe bend. An outer wall of the insert projecting into the flow channel of the pipe bend and a portion of the inner wall of the pipe bend enclosing this outer wall on the outside delimit a space acting as resonator, coupled to the flow channel of the pipe bend.
