Rotary compressor and rotation mechanism
A rotary compressor, comprising: a housing, comprising a lubricant oil storage part for containing lubricating oil; a compression mechanism disposed in the housing; a driving mechanism driving the compression mechanism, the driving mechanism comprising a rotation shaft, through-holes extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft are disposed inside the rotating shaft, and the rotation shaft is in fluid connection with the lubricating oil storage part via the through-holes; and an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via a pressurized collection channel. Also disclosed is a rotation mechanism, comprising an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via the pressurized collection channel. Accurate and reliable detection of the lubricating oil in a compressor can be done using the pressurized collection channel and the oil level sensor, thus greatly saving cost and improving compressor reliability.
Compressor crankcase heating control systems and methods
A crankcase heating control system for a heat pump system includes a data receiving module and a power control module. The data receiving module receives data indicative of a temperature of a compressor of the heat pump system, data indicative of an ambient temperature, and data indicative of a current date and a current time. The power control module selectively applies power to a heater of a crankcase of the compressor and selectively disables the heater based on the temperature of the compressor, the ambient temperature, the current date, and the current time.
Hydraulic feed device and hydraulic system
A hydraulic feed device may include a pendulum-slide cell pump having an internal rotor drivingly connected to an external rotor via pendulum slides. A hydraulic positioning device may have a positioning element for changing an eccentricity between the internal rotor and the external rotor. The positioning element may be preloaded by a spring device for setting a maximum eccentricity. The positioning device may have a first pressure adjusting and a second pressure adjusting chamber for adjusting the positioning element. The first pressure adjusting chamber may be permanently hydraulically connected to a pressure side of the pendulum-slide cell pump and configured to hydraulically counteract the spring device. The second pressure adjusting chamber may be controlled via a control valve and hydraulically connected to the pressure side of the pendulum-slide cell pump and configured to hydraulically counteract the spring device.
Motor-pump system
A motor-pump system includes a first housing part, a hydraulic pump, an electric motor, and a sensor board. The hydraulic pump includes an outer gerotor rotationally supported on the first housing part and an inner gerotor rotationally supported on the first housing part. The electric motor includes a stator assembly rotationally fixed in the first housing part and a rotor assembly with a non-ferrous sensor target, fixed to the outer gerotor. The sensor board includes a plurality of sensor traces for inductively sensing a signal from the non-ferrous sensor target when the outer gerotor is rotated.
ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING A ROTOR, A STATOR AND MEANS FOR MUTUAL POSITION DETECTION THEREOF
The bearing assembly, consisting of a stator component (S1) and a rotor component (R1), where the rotor component is adapted for a back-and-forth oscillatory movement (P, −P) relative to the stator component, whereby a number of cavities (301 and 302; 303 and 304) coordinated along the outer periphery of the rotor component and the inner periphery of the stator component, formed with an increasing volume (301 and 302) and a decreasing volume (303 and 304), respectively, during rotation of the rotor component in an initial direction (P) from an initial position (IP) and towards a final position (FP), while the cavities allow the volumes to decrease and increase during a rotational motion of the rotor component in a second direction (−P) in relation to the stator component (S1). The invention specifies that the above-mentioned bearing arrangement is to be adapted to interact with an instrument (M1) in order to determine, with the help of at least two components, the momentary position of the rotor component in relation to the stator component.
