A fluid pump includes a pump element in communication with an inlet and an outlet. Rotation of the pump element generates a suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.

Compressor module

A compressor module for a refrigerant circuit of a motor vehicle air-conditioning system, exhibiting a modular multi-part housing with a low-pressure refrigerant inlet, a high-pressure refrigerant outlet and a compressor, characterized in that an inner heat exchanger of the refrigerant circuit is produced such that it is integrated into the compressor module, wherein the housing of the compressor module fully encloses the inner heat exchanger.

Claw pump

A claw pump includes: a housing; two rotating shafts which are disposed parallel; a pair of rotors respectively fixed to the two rotating shafts; a rotary drive device driving the pair of rotors; and a suction port and discharge ports formed in a partition wall of the housing. The discharge ports are constituted by a first discharge port and a second discharge port. The first discharge port is formed at a position that communicates with an initial stage compression space formed at an initial stage of a compression stroke in a compression space that is formed by joining a first pocket and a second pocket. The claw pump includes an opening/closing mechanism which opens the first discharge port when a pressure of the initial stage compression space reaches a threshold and closes the first discharge port when the pressure does not reach the threshold.

Oil-cooled gas compressor

An oil-cooled gas compressor provided with a compressor body, an oil separator that separates out oil from a compressed gas, a gas pipe for sending the compressed gas, from which oil has been separated out by the oil separator, to a user, and an oil pipe for returning, to the compressor, the oil separated out by the oil separator. An air-cooled heat exchanger for cooling the aforementioned oil, a controllable-speed cooling fan for blowing cooling air at said air-cooled heat exchanger, and a waste-heat-recovery heat exchanger, provided upstream of the air-cooled heat exchanger, for recovering heat from the oil flowing through the abovementioned oil pipe, are also provided. The speed of the cooling fan is controlled so as to bring the temperature of the compressed gas discharged from the compressor body to within a prescribed range. It is possible both to recover waste heat from the oil heated by being used to cool the compressor and to suppress compressor temperature fluctuations, even if the load on the waste-heat-recovery equipment varies.

Motor driven compressor

A motor-driven compressor includes an electric motor, a drive circuit, a modulation method controller, a temperature measuring section, a high-temperature (HT) stop controller, and a high-temperature (HT) stop temperature setting section. The high-temperature (HT) stop controller stops the electric motor when the temperature measured by the temperature measuring section is higher than or equal to a predetermined high-temperature (HT) stop temperature. When the modulation method is the three-phase modulation, the HT stop temperature setting section sets the HT stop temperature to a three-phase high-temperature (HT) stop temperature. When the modulation method is the two-phase modulation, the HT stop temperature setting section sets the HT stop temperature to a two-phase high-temperature (HT) stop temperature, which is higher than the three-phase HT stop temperature.

A thermo actuator includes an actuator body and a large-diameter portion (54) that projects from the actuator body outward in the radial direction. The outer diameter of a return spring is smaller than the inner diameter of a case. The outer diameter of the actuator body and the outer diameter of a valve body are smaller than the inner diameter of the return spring. The outer diameter of the large-diameter portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the case and is larger than the average diameter of the return spring. One end of the return spring is in contact with the large-diameter portion.
