Housing produced in one working step
The invention relates to a housing, wherein the housing has a cover disk having a cylindrical wall and a central receptacle with a hub for supporting a fan having a diagonal fan wheel, wherein a plurality of three-dimensionally curved air guide vanes (S) are arranged about the hub, characterized in that the air guide vanes (S) are materially connected to the cylindrical wall and as a result, the housing is produced in one working step.
Gas recirculation device and system having such a device
The invention relates to a recirculation device for a gas of a process device, said recirculation device comprising a recirculation pump, wherein the recirculation pump is a side channel pump.
Impeller and motor assembly
A breathing assistance apparatus has a pressurised gases source featuring a lightweight impeller with a plastic shaft. The impeller is shroudless. The plastic shaft is supported within the stator by a bearing structure. The resilient motor mount couples the stator and the housing and provides compliance and/or damping for the motor.
Bearing arrangement for a drive shaft of a turbo-machine, and a turbo-machine including such a bearing arrangement
The bearing arrangement includes a one-piece gas bearing sleeve (32) configured to rotatably support the drive shaft (4) and made in molybdenum or in a molybdenum alloy, the one-piece gas bearing sleeve (32) including a radial bearing surface (33) configured to Surround the drive shaft (4).
Motor and ceiling fan including the motor
A motor including a support unit, a first rotating part, a second rotating part, a rotor and a stator is disclosed. The support unit includes an axle and a bearing coupled with the axle. The first rotating part is fit around the axle and is coupled with the bearing. The second rotating part is coupled with the first rotating part. The rotor is coupled with the second rotating part. The stator is connected to the support unit.
Fan Wheel and Method for Making a Fan Wheel
The disclosure concerns a fan wheel, including a base body with a rotational axis, and a swing part. The base body is made of a first material and the swing part is made of a second material. The density of the second material and the density of the first material are different. The swing part has a surface. The swing part is at least partially surrounded by the base body, so that the base body covers at least 80%, in particular at least 90%, preferably at least 95% of the surface of the swing part. The first material has a first thermal expansion coefficient, and the second material has a second thermal expansion coefficient. The second thermal expansion coefficient amounts to 70% to 110%, in particular 80% to 100%, preferably 85% to 95% of the first thermal expansion coefficient, and/or the swing part is substantially annular and runs fully closed around the rotational axis.
Water heater blower housing, impeller, and static tap system
A blower has a blower housing of clamshell construction, including two housing members having a scroll back wall molded with radial draft, an impeller and a motor within the housing, and a static tap connected to the housing. The impeller has a backplate with a backplate back surface region of substantially the same radially converging shape as that of a front surface region of the scroll back wall formed by the radial draft, providing a substantially uniform axial gap between the backplate back surface region and the scroll back wall. The impeller has a ring connected by a skirt to the back plate to define a stepped area behind the ring. The impeller includes impeller blades extending forwardly from the impeller backplate and the ring and back fins extending rearwardly from the ring. The blower has a scroll width of about twice an impeller exhaust width.
TURBOMACHINE ROTARY FAN BLADE, FAN, AND TURBOMACHINE PROVIDED THEREWITH
The invention relates to a turbomachine rotary-fan blade having a predetermined breaking zone, which extends from the upstream edge along a given length and from the blade-tip edge over a given height. According to the invention, the body is made of a composite material comprising a fibre reinforcement obtained by three-dimensional weaving of warp and weft strands, and a resin matrix in which the fibre reinforcement is embedded, and has, in or in the vicinity of the zone, a discontinuity of at least some of the strands, configured such that the zone partially detaches when there is tangential friction in the thickness direction against the blade-tip edge, the height being less than 3% of the aerodynamic stream height of the blade.
FAN AND AIR CONDITIONER
A fan includes a rotor having a shaft, a rotor core having an annular shape about a center axis of the shaft, and a permanent magnet fixed to the rotor core, the permanent magnet forming a magnet magnetic pole, a part of the rotor core forming a virtual magnetic pole, a stator surrounding the rotor from outside in a radial direction about the center axis, a rotating blade fixed to the shaft and formed of a nonmagnetic material, and a frame surrounding the stator from outside in the radial direction and formed of a nonmagnetic material.
METHOD FOR COATING A COMPONENT OF A TURBOMACHINE
The present invention relates to a method for coating a component of a turbomachine in a bath, in which method, the component is partially immersed in the bath containing a coating material; the component is rotated at least intermittently around an axis of rotation, which lies outside of the bath, during the at least partial immersion; the component is at most immersed partially over and beyond the rotation.
