A centrifugal pump sealing structure is provided. In one aspect, one sealing member is provided at a position where leakage paths from a fluid compression space between a middle housing and a cover and an electric component installation space between the middle housing and a lower housing are connected. Then, the two spaces are sealed. The number of sealing members is reduced, so that the internal structure becomes simpler and the assembly of the sealing member becomes easier.

MICRO HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION MECHANICAL PUMP AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

The invention discloses a micro hydraulic suspension mechanical pump structure and an assembling method thereof. The hydraulic suspension micro pump includes a volute, an upper end cap, a positioning sheet, an impeller, a hollow cup motor, a waterproof cover, and a rotor. The hollow cup motor includes a motor casing, a motor bottom cap, a magnet rotor, a coil, and an iron core. The waterproof cover is in a separated state from the motor, and a lower part has a positioning boss to implement radial cooperation with a recess at a corresponding position of the motor. At the same time, there is the sheet between the recess and the boss to implement axial positioning of the waterproof cover.

MULTIPLE-PUMP DEVICE

A multiple-pump device for a vehicle may include a housing. The housing may include at least a first drive device for driving a first drive shaft with a first impeller, and a second drive device for driving a second drive shaft with a second impeller. The multiple-pump device may include a bearing shield penetrated by the first drive shaft and the second drive shaft. The beating shield may separate a wet region with the first impeller and the second impeller from a dry region with the first drive device and the second drive device. The multiple-pump device may include power electronics arranged in the dry region and connected with the bearing shield to transfer heat.

Pump, in particular for a liquid circuit in a vehicle

A pump, in particular for a fluid circuit in a vehicle, for example a coolant pump with a multi-part housing that has a pump chamber, wherein an impeller is arranged in the pump chamber, wherein the pump chamber is bounded by a pump housing and a further housing part of the multi-part housing, wherein the pump housing and the further housing part each have a flange surface that rest against one another, and wherein one of the two flange surfaces has at least one annular groove and the other of the two flange surfaces has at least one circumferential web which engages in the annular groove.

Charging pump for electrical submersible pump gas separator

An electrical submersible pump assembly (ESP) has a centrifugal production pump with production pump stages. A gas separator upstream is from the production pump. A centrifugal charge pump is upstream from the gas separator. The charge pump has charge pump stages and a discharge that leads to an intake of the gas separator. Each of the production pump stages has a higher lifting capacity than each of the charge pump stages. The impellers of the production pump stages have vane exit angles greater than vane exit angles of the impellers of the charge pump stages.

Electrical submersible pump seal section reduced leakage features

A submersible pump assembly includes a pump, a motor, and a seal section connected between. A shaft passage in the seal section has an outboard end that is open to the pump intake and an inboard end that is in fluid communication with motor lubricant in the motor. A drive shaft extends axially within the shaft passage. An outboard bearing at the outboard end of the shaft passage receives the shaft to provide radial support. An inboard bearing at the inboard end of the shaft passage receives the shaft to provide radial support. A shaft seal in the shaft passage receives and seals around the shaft. The shaft seal is located between the outboard bearing and the inboard bearing and seals motor lubricant in the shaft passage from well fluid in the shaft passage.

High speed electric submersible pumps

An electric submersible pump assembly with integral heat exchanger, high speed gas separator, high-speed self-aligning bearings, and dual bearing thrust chamber is described. The described gas separator may be used for operating an electric submersible pump at high speeds as well as over a wide range of speeds and flowrates without replacing downhole equipment.
