High-lift shielded permanent magnet multistage pump and control method
A high-lift shielded permanent magnet multistage water pump includes a pump shell, a motor assembly and an impeller. The motor assembly includes a motor barrel, a stator, a rotor and a rotor shaft. The pump shell is sleeved on an outside of motor barrel. An upper and a lower connection base for fixing the motor barrel is provided in the pump shell. A waterway cavity is formed between the pump shell and motor barrel. An upper and a lower impeller cavities are respectively formed at an upper and a lower ends of the pump shell. The lower impeller cavity, water passing cavity and upper impeller cavity are in sequential fluid communication. Both ends of the rotor shaft with an axel provided on pass through the upper and the lower connection bases respectively. The impeller is a multistage structure and mounted on the axle at both ends respectively.
Motor drive shaft spring clutch in electrical submersible pump
An electrical submersible well pump assembly has shaft couplings. One of the couplings has a lower hub that rotates in unison with the motor shaft and an upper hub that rotates in unison with the pump shaft. A helical spring clutch engages both hubs when the motor shaft is being driven by the motor. Ceasing driving rotation of the motor shaft causes the spring clutch to disengage from the upper hub, enabling the pump shaft to rotate the upper hub without rotating the lower hub.
Integrated pressurized pump shaft seal assembly and method of use thereof
An integrated pressurized pump shaft seal assembly for a submersible rotary fluid pump comprises an oil reservoir having a pressure equal or less than the ambient pressure external fluids surrounding the casing, the oil reservoir feeding an oil pump impeller that is mountable onto, so as to be rotated by, the rotary fluid pump shaft. The impeller is a radial hole impeller in fluid communication with an adjacent diffusion element comprising an internal diffusion bore in fluid communication with an axially vertical spiral volute diffusion chamber located between inner and outer walls of a mechanical seal housing. The centrifugal oil pump impeller pumps oil from the oil reservoir to the seal chamber through the diffusion element and the internal volute diffusion element so as to increase a pressure within the seal chamber to a positive pressure above the ambient pressure of the external fluids surrounding the pump housing.
Hermetic blower for high-temperature gas
Discloses is a hermetic blower for high-temperature gas, including: a blower unit in which the inside is hermetic so as to prevent an internal working fluid from being leaked to the outside; a motor unit supplying power to the blower unit; and a magnetic coupling unit connecting the blower unit and the motor unit by using a magnetic force.
COMPRESSOR ROTOR STRUCTURE
Compressor rotor structure for turbomachinery, such as a compressor, is provided. Disclosed embodiments can benefit from sealing sleeves that may be arranged to inhibit passage onto respective hirth couplings of process fluid being processed by the compressor. The sealing sleeves may be affixed to adjoining structures (e.g., adjoining impeller bodies) by way of a slip fit connection to one of the adjoining structures and an interference fit connection with respect to the other adjoining structure, which is conducive to a user-friendly assembly of the sealing sleeves with the adjoining structures.
INTEGRATED PRESSURIZED PUMP SHAFT SEAL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
An integrated pressurized pump shaft seal assembly for a submersible rotary fluid pump comprises an oil reservoir having a pressure equal to or less than the ambient pressure external fluids surrounding the casing, the oil reservoir feeding an oil pump impeller that is mountable onto, so as to be rotated by, the rotary fluid pump shaft. The oil pump impeller is in fluid communication with an internal volute diffusion element integrated into a pump component. The centrifugal oil pump impeller pumps oil from the oil reservoir to the seal chamber through the internal volute diffusion element so as to increase a pressure within the seal chamber to a positive pressure above the ambient pressure of the external fluids surrounding the pump housing.
BLOWER MOTOR
A blower motor is provided and includes a support assembly provided with a first stop step surface, a stator assembly disposed in the support assembly, a rotor assembly disposed in the stator assembly and an end cover disposed on the stator assembly and abutted against the support assembly and provided with a second stop step surface. The rotor assembly includes a rotating shaft and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a first bearing and a second bearing. A resilient gasket is provided on one of the first stop step surface and the second stop step surface. The bearings are positioned by springs and cooperate with the resilient gasket to apply a tightening force to the bearings, which can reduce clearances in the bearings and effectively prevent balls in the bearings from making noise under a high-frequency vibration.
STUFFING BOX FOR VERTICAL PUMPS
A stuffing box for sealing a top opening of a vertical pump, including: a housing with a vertical tube for rotatably disposing a shaft of the vertical pump, an annular bearing that: divides the vertical tube in a lower half and an upper half, and fills an annular space between an inner wall of the vertical tube and the shaft, such that as less fluid as possible passes from the lower half through the annular bearing to the upper half, an outlet pipe for discharging the fluid passing through the annular bearing.
Downhole blower system with bearings and seals
This disclosure describes various implementations of a downhole-blower system that can be used to boost production in a wellbore. The downhole-blower system includes a blower and an electric machine coupled to the blower that can be deployed in a wellbore, and that can, in cooperation, increase production through the wellbore.
BAFFLE ELEMENT, DIFFUSER PLATE, AND SEAL SYSTEM INCORPORATING A BAFFLE ELEMENT AND A DIFFUSER PLATE
A seal system for a bearing chamber of a turbomachine includes a baffle element encircling the axis of the machine. The baffle element is formed with front surface including a plurality of gutter surfaces which are angularly spaced about the rotational axis. The seal system can thus be mounted in any one of a plurality of orientations with respect to the direction of gravity, such that in any of the orientations one of the gutter surfaces is directed downwardly.
