The trailing edge angle is at least 5.5° and not more than 18.5°. The outer radius is not more than 4 inches (101.6 mm).
Alignment Portions On Main Liner For A Pump
Disclosed is a main liner for a centrifugal pump having a main pumping chamber, the main liner being located within an outer housing of the centrifugal pump, when in use, and comprising: a main pumping chamber; an inlet opening for the introduction of a liquid into the main pumping chamber; a discharge outlet extending from the main pumping chamber; and an outer surface of the discharge outlet for contact with the outer housing for the liner, the outer surface having at least one alignment portion for engaging with a corresponding alignment portion on the outer housing, the engagement of the alignment portion with the corresponding alignment portion limiting movement of the discharge outlet relative to the outer housing.
SCROLL CASING OF CENTRIFUGAL FAN, CENTRIFUGAL FAN, AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SCROLL CASING
A scroll casing has a scroll portion, a discharge portion provided with a discharge port, and a tongue portion. An extended plate has, in a cross section obtained by cutting in a thickness direction, a change point, at which an enlargement ratio of an area of the cross section is enlarged so as to be larger on a downstream side than that on an upstream side due to a change of inclination. In the extended plate, an angle θ1, and an angle θ2 satisfy a relationship of either 0≤θ2<θ1 or 0<θ2≤θ1. A distance L1 and a distance L2 satisfy a relationship of L2<L1.
FLUID CIRCULATOR FOR HEATING OR COOLING SYSTEMS
A related heating or cooling apparatus, namely a fluid circulator (100) for heating or cooling systems comprising: a body pump (1) having an impeller for moving the fluid; an electric motor (2) for rotating the impeller, the electric motor (2) comprising at least one electrical winding (21); at least one terminal (22) of an electrical power supply wiring of the electric motor (2); at least one electrical connection (5) between the terminal (22) and an end of the at least one electrical winding (21). The at least one electrical winding (21) is made of aluminum or alloys thereof, and the fluid circulator is provided with a protection element configured for sealingly enclosing the at least one electrical connection (5).
SCREW-TYPE PUMPING DEVICE AND LIQUID-COOLED HEAT DISSIPATION DEVICE
The screw-type pumping device includes a water pump shell, a stator and a rotor. The water pump shell is provided with a first cavity for accommodating the stator and a second cavity for accommodating the rotor. At one end close to the second cavity, the water pump shell is provided with an outwardly-extending water pump water chamber, the water pump water chamber is internally provided with a screw configured to rotate coaxially with the rotor, and the water pump water chamber is provided with a first water port and a second water port which are in communication with the water pump water chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide a screw-type pumping device and a liquid-cooled heat dissipation device. The newly designed screw-type pumping device can output higher hydraulic pressure while having a smaller vibration during high-speed rotation and a prolonged service life.
Laundry treating machine
A laundry treating machine includes a case, a tub, a drum, a drain pump housing, and a drain pump motor, wherein a plurality of fastening protrusions that are formed at one of the drain pump housing and the drain pump motor are inserted into a plurality of fastening grooves that are formed at the other of the drain pump housing and the drain pump motor, and wherein a length of one fastening protrusion is formed to be different from lengths of the other fastening protrusion such that the drain pump housing and the drain pump motor is prevented from being assembled wrongly.
Plastic pump, and method for manufacturing same
A plastic pump comprises a complete body having an inner body made of a fluorine resin and an outer body made of a plastic material by molding the plastic material in a first mold after fixing a pre-manufactured inner body to the first mold, an impeller made of a fluorine resin material by means of injection molding, and an impeller cover made of a plastic material by molding the plastic material in a second mold to protect the impeller, and a fluid transporting path is lined with the fluorine resin of the inner body.
BLOWER UNIT
A blower unit can include an outer housing, an inlet subassembly, a fan subassembly, an outlet subassembly, and a grommet. The outer housing can have an aperture extend along a first axis between first and second ends. The inlet subassembly can be received in the first end of the aperture. The fan subassembly can be received in the aperture adjacent to the inlet subassembly and include at least one wire. The outlet subassembly can be received in the second end. The grommet can be positioned between at least part of the second end and the outlet subassembly. The at least one wire can extend through the grommet. The grommet can seal against the at least one wire. The grommet can seal between the outer housing and the outlet subassembly.
COMPRESSOR WITH A SYSTEM FOR REMOVING LIQUID FROM THE COMPRESSOR
A arranged in the casing and configured to rotate around a vertical rotation axis. The rotor comprises at least one impeller having an impeller suction side and an impeller delivery side. The compressor includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet, as well as a gas flow path extending from the gas inlet to the gas outlet. An inlet plenum extends from the gas inlet towards the impeller suction side. At least one suction tube having a lower suction end and an upper discharge end is arranged such that the lower suction end thereof is arranged at a bottom of the inlet plenum. The suction tube extends upwardly towards the impeller suction side.
BLOWER
The present invention relates to a blower, the blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: a lower case having a suction hole formed therein through which air is introduced; an upper case arranged on the upper side of the lower case and having a discharge hole formed therein through which air is discharged; and a fan arranged in the lower case and including a plurality of blades. Each of the plurality of blades includes a plurality of airfoils respectively extending along different camber lines from one another, and a leading edge of connecting the leading ends of the plurality of airfoils. Entrance angles formed by the respective camber lines of the plurality of airfoils and the rotation directions of the blades are different from one another. Thus, due to the curved shape of the leading edge and the design of a recessed notch, a flow separating from the leading edge is reduced, and thus, there is an advantage in that air volume performance is improved.
