Thermistor flow path
A fluid pump includes a pump element in communication with an inlet and an outlet. Rotation of the pump element generates a suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.
Blower
A blower may include an air passage including an air intake hole and an air discharge hole; a fan disposed in the air passage and passing air from the air intake hole to the air discharge hole; a control unit; and a chamber that houses the control unit. The chamber may include a first communication hole communicating outside of the blower to the chamber, and a second communication hole communicating a part of the air passage disposed on an air intake hole side relative to the fan to the chamber. The chamber may include a cooling air passage which allows air having flowed in from the first communication hole to flow out from the second communication hole via the control unit. The first communication hole may be disposed on the air intake hole side relative to the fan with respect to a direction along a rotation axis of the fan.
Centrifugal compressor with gas and liquid cooling lines
A centrifugal compressor includes a motor that rotates a rotary shaft of a compressor impeller, a motor housing that houses the motor, a compressor housing that houses the compressor impeller and includes an intake port and a discharge port, an gas bleed port that is provided closer to the discharge port than the compressor impeller in a flow direction in the compressor housing, a cooling gas line which is connected to the gas bleed port and through which a part of compressed gas compressed by the compressor impeller passes, a cooling liquid line of which at least a part is provided in the motor housing and through which cooling liquid of which the temperature is lower than the temperature of the compressed gas passes, and a heat exchanger that is disposed on the cooling gas line and the cooling liquid line.
Electric Motor
An electric motor arrangement for a pump includes power electronics for control of the electric motor driving the pump. For cooling of the electric motor and/or the power electronics, media from a pump chamber of the pump casing flows through a suction-side connection, a coolant channel associated with the power electronics and/or of the electric motor, to a pressure-side connection of the pump. The flow in the coolant channel may be controlled by a thermostat valve.
GLANDED PUMP WITH RING CAPACITOR
A glanded pump to pump a pumped medium includes a motor to drive a pump shaft of the glanded pump about a longitudinal axis, a controller connected to the motor to control the motor, a pump housing to contain the pumped medium and in which an impeller is provided, and a sealing flange that seals off the pump housing from the motor. The controller is connected to the sealing flange on a side remote from the impeller, and the controller includes a printed circuit board and a ring capacitor thereon, the ring capacitor extending in the longitudinal direction between the printed circuit board and the sealing flange and being in direct contact with the sealing flange in order to provide a thermally conductive contact.
ELECTRIC PUMP
An electric pump includes a housing having a bottom portion and an opening portion provided at an opposite side to the bottom portion, a motor rotor rotatably accommodated in the housing, a field coil, a pump rotor configured to transmit fluid by being rotated by a driving force of the motor rotor, and a control substrate provided at an outside of the bottom portion. The bottom portion includes a heat conduction wall formed of material including heat conductivity which is higher than heat conductivity of the housing. The housing includes a space portion formed with a flow path configured to allow the fluid to flow into the space portion and flow out of the space portion after the fluid is in contact with an inner surface of the heat conduction wall.
Electric pump
An electric pump includes: a motor; an impeller rotated by the motor; a motor housing portion that houses the motor; an impeller housing portion that houses the impeller and is positioned at one side with respect to the motor housing portion in a rotation axis of the motor; an introduction pipe portion that introduces a fluid into the impeller housing portion and is positioned at the one side with respect to the motor housing portion; a discharge pipe portion that discharges the fluid from the impeller housing portion; a printed circuit board electrically connected to a coil of the motor and positioned at the one side with respect to the motor housing portion; and an electronic part mounted on the printed circuit board, wherein the printed circuit board includes a cutout portion and faces the impeller housing portion.
Electric water pump and manufacturing method for thereof
An electric water pump of which productivity, maintainability, and use convenience may be improved by simplifying a production process through a change in a structure, and a method of manufacturing the same. The electric water pump includes: a pump housing accepting a motor therein; an acceptor having a cylindrical shape of which one side is opened and formed at one side of the pump housing; a control substrate installed in the acceptor; an external terminal formed of a conductor and penetrating through the acceptor to electrically connect the control substrate to an external power supply; and an internal terminal formed of a conductor and penetrating through the pump housing and the acceptor to electrically connect the motor and the control substrate to each other.
Rotary electric machine
A rotary electric machine includes an enclosure delimiting an internal space for stator and rotor units. An access hole gives access to the internal space. An internal gasket encircles the access hole adjacent a wall of the enclosure. A closing element is disposed in the internal space, movable towards and away from the wall between a closed configuration compressing the gasket to seal the access hole and an open configuration connecting the internal space with the surrounding atmosphere. An elastic device operates to move the closing element from the open to closed configurations to compress the gasket and seal the access hole. The closing element has a pressure surface facing the access hole and accessible through the access hole via a pin. Pressing the pressure surface causes the closing element to move from the closed configuration to the open configuration.

A liquid pump having an electric motor, a pump assembly, which is driven by the electric motor, and a housing wherein the electric motor and the pump assembly are arranged, wherein the housing is in the form of a one-piece, injection-moulded pot having a base and side walls, wherein the pump assembly bears against the base, and the electric motor is arranged on the open side of the housing remote from the base.
