The radiator includes a pipe through which the liquid passes. The pipe extends along the first direction. The pump assembly is located on one side in the first direction of the radiator. The pump assembly includes a first pump, a second pump, and a flow path portion. The first pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The second pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The flow path portion guides the liquid fed from the first pump and the second pump toward an outside of the pump assembly.
Thermo-electric cooler pump methods and systems
A thermo-electric cooler pump system includes a liquid pump comprising a chiller/heater component and a case component. The case component seals a liquid so that the liquid does not enter the thermo-electric cooler pump system except by an inlet port and escape the thermo-electric cooler pump system except by an exit port. The system includes a motor component situated outside of the case component and not wetted by the liquid. A shaft of the motor component enters the case through a sealed hole. An impeller component is contained within the case component and attached to the shaft such that motion of motor component is transferred to the impeller component causing liquid to enter the inlet port and flow toward the exit port.

SEALING SYSTEM
A sealing system includes: a double mechanical seal having a pump-side sealing mechanism (10, 12) and an atmospheric-side sealing mechanism (11, 13); a pump mechanism (19) driven by a rotational shaft (1); a first medium circulation line (30) for circulating a fluid barrier-and-cooling medium between a first chamber (22a) and a second chamber (22b), the first medium circulation line (30) being coupled to the first chamber (22a) and the second chamber (22b), the fluid barrier-and-cooling medium being different from a fluid handled by the centrifugal pump; a heat exchanger (21) and a shut-off valve (28) attached to the first medium circulation line (30); a second medium circulation line (31) bypassing the shut-off valve (28); and a medium pressurizing pump (45) and an on-off valve (23) attached to the second medium circulation line (31).
THERMO-ELECTRIC CHILLER/HEATER COMPONENT METHODS AND SYSTEMS
In one aspect, a chiller/heater component of a thermo-electric cooler pump system comprising: wherein the chiller/heater component comprises: a wetted side of the chiller/heater component comprising a regularly-spaced plurality of parallel rows of elongated elements between which the liquid flows, wherein the plurality of rows of elongated elements are oriented perpendicular to both the flow of the liquid and the wetted side of the chiller/heater component, wherein the plurality of rows of elongated elements extends into the liquid from a single surface of the wetted side of the chiller/heater component, and wherein the wetted side of the chiller/heater component is in contact with the liquid, and a dry side of the chiller/heater component comprising a plurality of parallel sheets, and wherein the chiller/heater component comprises an electron flow through the plurality of parallel sheets to facilitate a thermal heat transfer by a Peltier effect.
PUMP WITH EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND RELATED METHODS
A submersible pump and related methods are disclosed herein. The pump assembly includes a pump housing and a motor with a motor housing/cap and an output shaft connected to an impeller that is disposed in a volute. In some forms, a separate power circuit compartment is formed integral to one of the pump housing and/or volute to store power circuitry that allows a DC pump to be used and powered by AC voltage. In other forms, the power circuit compartment is formed separate from the pump assembly and fastened or connect to the pump assembly. SELF-COOLING ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
A self-cooling electric submersible pump having an integrated cooling system is provided. The cooling system is configured to cool and lubricate the electric motor section of the pump by expanding a compressed multi-component coolant fluid through flow channels within the motor. The coolant fluid contains a first fluid having a boiling point of at least 230° C. and a second fluid having a boiling point of less than 150° C. During pump operation the first fluid acts as a largely incompressible liquid and the second fluid behaves as a compressible gas. A compressor compresses the second fluid in the presence of the first fluid to produce a hot compressed coolant fluid from which heat is transferred to a production fluid being processed by the pump. The compressed coolant fluid is expanded through an orifice and into the motor flow channels, returning thereafter to the compressor.
