Personal transport vehicle
A personal transport vehicle is provided capable of staying upright without the need for a stand by incorporating tires having an advantageous design combined with an overall lowered center of gravity. The personal transport vehicle further incorporates a hub and steering assembly configured within the front wheel of the vehicle, as well as a bake and propulsion means configured within the rear wheel of the vehicle. Finally, the personal transport vehicle is capable of being folded into a compact configuration, lending itself to ease of shipment, storage and transport.
Walker-shaped hoverboard attachment
A walker-shaped hoverboard attachment provides a center platform having a cavity and a rim around the cavity configured to rest on either side of a hoverboard's upper surface. Support rails and crossbars collectively configured as a walker may be fixedly connected to the platform. One or more brakes on one or more grips may enable a user to control the hoverboard while a user is standing on the platform.
Convertible sport board system
A sport board system is provided, the system having a sport board deck having a bottom surface, a front end and a rear end, a rear wheel assembly fixed to the bottom surface adjacent the rear end, and a fixation structure for a wheel assembly at the front end. The fixation structure has a notch passing through a thickness of the sport board deck, fixation rails parallel to a length of the sport board deck, and a locking mechanism at an end of the notch. Also provided is a method for transforming a sport board system from a skateboard configuration to a scooter configuration.
Riding and sliding sports apparatus
In accordance with example embodiments of the present disclosure, the invention provides a sports apparatus having an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface designed to slide on slippery surfaces such as snow, ice or sand and the lower surface having wheels and thus designed to glide along smooth hard surfaces.
SELF-STABILIZING SKATEBOARD
A self-stabilizing, one-wheeled electric skateboard may include improved features. In some examples, the vehicle includes a status indicator viewable through a slot formed in an upper surface of the board. In some examples, the vehicle includes a convertible carrying handle transitionable between stowed and deployed positions. In some examples, the vehicle includes an interchangeable fender and fender substitute that may be removably coupled to an upper surface of the board. In some examples, a motor controller of the vehicle may operate a field-oriented control (FOC) scheme configured to control the electric motor by manipulating a direct current aligned with a rotating rotor flux angle and a quadrature current defined at ninety degrees from the rotating rotor flux angle. In some examples, the motor controller may be configured to permit intuitive dismounting of the vehicle by tilting and/or moving the vehicle backward.
Skateboard
A skateboard includes a board adapted for a user to stand with both feet thereon and having a major axis, and a front steering device and a rear steering device respectively disposed on front and rear sections of a bottom surface of the board along the major axis and each having two wheels. The front or rear steering device has a wheel seat disposed on the bottom surface of the board rotatably around a rotation axis which inclines downwards from front to rear, and a wheel rack disposed on the wheel seat rotatably or swingably around a main axis. An abutted surface is defined where the wheel seat and the wheel rack are abutted against each other. On an imaginary vertical plane including the major axis, where the rotation axis passes the abutted surface is in front of where the main axis passes the abutted surface.
Board sport learning kneeboard
A truck with two rigid bodies and an elastomeric component wherein a front truck and a rear truck may be connected with a frame to comprise a riding device with a longitudinal roll axis coincident with a virtual line between a front virtual pivot point and a rear virtual pivot point. Each virtual pivot point is located at the intersection of a line projecting upward from the central point of a hanger axle axis and a hanger pivot axis. Virtual pivot points are the points about which the front and rear hanger pivot axis rotate as a result of rider input leaning to the right or left.
STEERING AXLE UNIT FOR SKATEBOARDS OR CHASSIS
A steering axle unit (24) for chassis or skateboards, comprising a bearing block (1) and a steering axle body (98), wherein the bearing block (1) has a fastening plane (11) for fastening to a chassis or skateboard, particularly skateboard deck (52), wherein, in the assembled state, the fastening plane (11) is arranged on the chassis or skateboard particularly so as to be parallel to the designated direction of travel (25) of the chassis or skateboard, and wherein the bearing block (1) comprises a vertical axis CD (22) about which the steering axle unit (98) is arranged so as to rotate relative to the bearing block (1), an axle (8) that projects normally from the vertical median longitudinal plane of the bearing block (1) in the straight-ahead position being arranged on the steering axle body (98), wherein the vertical axis CD (22) is arranged on the median longitudinal plane of the bearing block (1) at an angle W1 (19) of less than 90 relative to the fastening plane (11) in the direction of the steering axle body (98), wherein the axle (8) is arranged at a normal distance (20) to the vertical axis CD (22), and wherein the axle (8) is arranged in front of the vertical axis CD (22) in the designated direction of travel (25) of the chassis or skateboard.
CONVERTIBLE SKATEBOARD
A skateboard that can be converted between a scooter and a skateboard has a bracket that is pivotably mounted on the footboard and can be pivoted between a first scooter position and a second skateboard position. The bracket is longer than the footboard by an amount, so that, in the skateboard position, the bracket forms a clearance between itself and the end of the footboard that is sufficiently large as to enable the skateboard to be gripped through said clearance and carried.
