The bypass current can be a current that bypasses one or more failed energy storage devices in the plurality of energy storage devices.
Methods and Apparatus for an Automated Fluid Pumping System
In a described example, an automated fluid pumping system (AFPS) includes a fluid pump coupled to a pump controller, an electronic sensor that detects air, oil, or water coupled to a sensor controller, and the sensor controller coupled to the pump controller. The pump controller is configured to control the operation of the fluid pump based on a detected fluid in the well as determined by the electronic sensor.
POWER GENERATOR DRIVING DEVICE UTILIZING TIDES TO FORM LIQUID PISTON
A power generator driving device utilizing tides to form a liquid piston comprises a fixed upside-down lid container, the container mouth is immersed in the seawater and the top end is higher than the highest sea surface while in the flood tide; and, at least one air pipe, having a first end pipe port communicating with the interior of the upside-down lid container and the other second end pipe port being defined above the sea surface, a rotating shaft of the power generator is configured outside the second end pipe port and the second end pipe port faces the windward side or the leeward side of the blade of the rotating shaft. The said configuration enables the seawater inside the upside-down lid container to form a liquid piston, and the liquid piston will gradually rise or fall accompanying with the flood tide or ebb tide of the seawater. Based on the communicating vessel principle, the air inside the upside-down lid container is squeezed by the seawater, such as the liquid piston to be blown out or suck in from the second end pipe port of the air pipe while in flood tide or ebb tide, thereby driving the blade to rotate to enable the power generator to generate electricity.
Wind turbine with integrated battery storage
A battery storage and/or a wind turbine including the battery storage. A generator for generation of an electric current. An electric flow path configured for conducting the electric current to an electric grid via a power converter, the power converter. The battery storage electrically connected to the electric flow path, the battery storage comprising a plurality of battery cells, each battery cell comprising at least one battery element and at least two semiconductor switches. A controller is configured for selectively controlling the voltage over the battery storage by controlling the status of the at least two semiconductor switches of a plurality of the battery cells, and thereby whether a current path through the battery storage is bypassing the at least one battery element or passing through the at least one battery element of one or more of the plurality of battery cells.
Robotic-Centrifugal Energy Generator
A robotic centrifugal apparatus to generate energy comprising stepper motors, belt drive, sliders, motor generator, pendulum, belt, switch sensor and reflective flanges. The apparatus functions expending low consumption of electricity to produce energy by taking advantage of the gravity which allows the centrifugal motion to produce torque when the pendulum moves downscale. A linear and horizontal motion from one side to another is made by a robotic system synchronized of a stepper motor, belt drive, slider, and a setting of switch sensor with reflective flanges to excite the motion of the pendulum at 360 degrees of rotation continuously, through getting mechanical motion to generate energy. A second stepper motor helps to stabilize the speed of the pendulum rotation specially when the pendulum moves upscale due to the force of gravity slowing down the rotation speed of the pendulum.
System and method for adjusting reactive power response of one or more wind turbines of a wind farm during a communications fault
A method includes receiving, via one or more turbine-level controllers, an indication of at least one of a communication loss between the one or more turbine-level controllers and a farm-level controller, a detection of an absence of reactive power regulation by the farm-level controller, or a reactive power command of the farm-level controller being equal to or above a saturation threshold during transitioning between a baseline operational mode and reactive power mode, the reactive power mode being characterized in that only reactive power is generate. Upon receipt of the indication, the method includes adjusting a reactive power response of one or more reactive power regulators of the one or more turbine-level controllers so as to avoid an overshoot reactive power event or an undershoot reactive power event at the point of interconnection.

Seesaw-type hydroelectric power generation device
A seesaw-type hydroelectric power generation device is provided, including an elongated container (10), a hydroelectric turbine module (20), a pivot structure (30) below the elongated container (10), and a jacking structure (40) placed on both sides of the pivot structure (30). The elongated container (10) includes a first compartment (13) and a second compartment (14), and a water flow passage (15) connecting them. The hydroelectric turbine module (20) includes an impeller (22) and a power generator (21), the impeller (22) disposed in the water flow passage (15).
