The administrating system is configured to recognize whether there is a lost package by comparing the information of all ID codes registered in registering steps with the ID codes at places of packages obtained at the calculating step from the loading step and the unloading step.

A system that managing playing cards to which information is given by an RFID tag and gaming chips to which information is given by an RFID tag. A system is provided with a storage box integrally configured to contain a card drawer for storing playing cards and a chip drawer for storing gaming chips, a card RFID reader for reading information of an RFID tag attached to the playing cards stored in the card drawer, and a chip RFID reader for reading information of the RFID tag attached storing gaming chips stored in the chip drawer. A card RFID reader and a chip RFID reader reads information of each RFID tag using different frequencies.

A scale apparatus is described. The scale apparatus may include a housing sized to fit within a playing card tuck box; a pressure plate operable to measure a weight of a plurality of objects; a wireless transmitter; and a microcontroller in communication with the pressure plate and the wireless transmitter. The microcontroller may be configured to: continuously measure the weight on the pressure plate; when the weight holds steady for a sequence of measurements, transmit a first weight measurement via the wireless transmitter; measure a change in the weight; and when the change in the weight is steady, transmit a second weight measurement via the wireless transmitter.

A card display and retention system for displaying graded card collections and memorabilia. The card display and retention system has a single-piece display body with a pocket defined. The pocket includes sidewalls, an adhesive within each pocket, and a card holder configured to be inserted into the pocket and be retained by only the pocket and the adhesive. The display body defines a plurality of pockets that are sized to retain a plurality of card holders that contain cards.

Various embodiments include apparatus, systems, and methods relating to protective packaging for shipping items. In some embodiments, a protective packaging system may include a shipping container and a foam insert assembly. The shipping container may encase an interior portion. The foam insert assembly may be configured to conformally encapsulate one or more shipping items within the interior portion of the shipping container, e.g., so as to protect the one or more shipping items from mechanical impact damage (e.g., bending) and/or environmental damage (e.g., exposure to moisture) during shipping.

A packing box for packaging of playing cards has, in an assembled state, a shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with six faces including front and rear faces, right and left side faces, and top and bottom faces. An overlay having artwork printed thereon in a strategic location such that when placed over the front face of a card changes the look and appearance of the original artwork on the front face of the card. In some embodiments, the overlay changes the original text printed on the card (1) to provide a translation of that text into any desired language, or (2) to provide updated rule changes from the rules originally printed on the card, or (3) to provide both a translation as well as updated rule changes, if desired. The overlay may be used with any type of card, but is preferably used with playing cards and trading cards, and is most preferably used with collectible trading cards.

The storage box is provided in association with a game table and stores a plurality of shuffled playing cards and a plurality of chip cases and also includes a card reader that reads playing card ID codes of the shuffled playing cards and a chip reader that reads case ID codes of the chip cases. The control apparatus outputs total numbers of the shuffled playing cards and the chip cases stored in the storage box and the playing card ID codes and case ID codes stored in the storage box by monitoring read playing card ID codes and case ID codes.
