Rotary card shuffling machine
A rotary card shuffling and selection machine for use in playing a game of chance includes a wheel supported in a generally vertical plane for rotation about a horizontal rotary axis. The wheel is provided with a plurality of card positions arranged concentrically about the rotary axis. Each card position receives a card bearing indicia suitable to decide the game of chance. The cards are secured in card positions disposed around the wheel such they are oriented face up so that indica on the face of the card, which is relevant to the outcome of the game of chance, can be seen while the wheel is rotating.
AUTOMATED PLAYING CARD RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
An automated playing card retrieval system is used with a physical gaming table that hosts live wager-based games. The system includes a movable receiving component that receives dealt physical playing cards and an automated card removal component that removes the cards to a discard region after the game. The movable receiving component can be a mechanized tray, can display card(s) to player(s) seated away from the table during game play, and can receive cards at a first position, move to a second position where cards are removed, and move to a third position where cards are displayed at a position elevated from and at a substantially non-parallel angle to the table surface. Additional system components can include an automated card return component that returns cards to another location for a future game, a robotic dealer, an automated card shuffler, a card shoe, and/or the table itself.
Card dealing shoe
A card dealing shoe with card reading capability for facilitating play of card games includes a control system configured to detect the existence of an alarm condition and a card restraining apparatus mounted on the elongated housing and configured for alternating between a non-restraining condition and a restraining condition, wherein the restraining condition includes activation of a physical restraint that prevents cards from being added to and removed from the card receiving or staging area in the card dealing shoe, wherein the card restraining apparatus is in communication with the control system and actuated from the non-restraining condition to the restraining condition responsive to the detection of an alarm condition.
CARD SHOW APPARATUS AND TABLE GAME SYSTEM
A system includes a card shoe that includes a housing for housing cards and an opening through which the housed cards can be drawn. The system includes a computer to detect whether there is any of the following predefined arrangements: (1) for each of a predefined number of consecutively drawn cards, the respective rank of the respective card is larger or smaller by one than an immediately preceding one of the cards drawn from the card housing; (2) a respective rank of each of a predefined number of consecutively drawn cards is the same; (3) a respective suit of each of a predefined number of consecutively drawn cards is the same; or (4) a same sequence in which a predefined number of the cards are consecutively drawn is repeated.

Intelligent table game system
A card dealing system incorporating playing cards with rank and suit information encoded thereon via micro-dots, and a shoe capable of reading such micro dots as a playing card is drawn from the shoe. A game controller unit determines the location of the micro-dots on the playing card, and determines the rank and suit information therefrom. The game controller thereby monitors the progress and status of a card game.
Automatic card shuffler and card box rack of the automatic card shuffler
An automatic card shuffler has a shuffling device having a card exit and a card box rack. The card box rack has a connecting arm mounted on the shuffling device and a pivot shelf. The pivot shelf is pivotally connected on the connecting arm and is adapted to accommodate the card box. The pivot shelf is adapted to pivot relative to the connecting arm to a first position and a second position. In the first position, the cover of the card box is easy to be sealed. In the second position, the cover opens due to gravity and the opening of the card box is aligned to the card exit of the shuffling device. Therefore, when the poker cards are dispensing, the poker cards pass through the opening, enter the card box, and are stacked inside the card box to be sealed.
