Management system of gaming chips and storage box
A system manages playing cards to which information is given by an RFID tag and gaming chips to which information is given by an RFID tag. A system is provided with a storage box integrally configured to contain a card drawer for storing playing cards and a chip drawer for storing gaming chips, a card RFID reader for reading information of an RFID tag attached to the playing cards stored in the card drawer, and a chip RFID reader for reading information of the RFID tag attached to the chips stored in the chip drawer. A card RFID reader and a chip RFID reader read information of each RFID tag using different frequencies.
RFID antenna array for gaming
An RFID system includes multiple antennas and uses amplitude and phase information of the RFID signals received by each antenna to determine the position of RFID tags in the vicinity. More than one antenna can receive the RFID signals during a single read cycle, enabling the RFID system to operate more quickly than a system that energizes antennas separately.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UTILIZING RFID TECHNOLOGY TO FACILITATE A GAMING SYSTEM
In accordance with some embodiments, an RFID-enabled table game system provides for determining whether there is a variance between an expected balance of inventory and an actual balance of inventory in a game element container. If a variance is detected, the RFID-enabled game system may identify at least one characteristic associated with an RFID-enabled game element that is determined to be a source of the variance (e.g., a player position at which the RFID-enabled game element had last been detected, a denomination or value of the game element, and/or an identifier associated with the game element). In some embodiments, an alert may be output to game provider personnel (e.g., a dealer of a card game) at the end of a game play when such a variance is detected, thus allowing the variance to be corrected in an efficient and timely manner.
METHOD, SYSTEM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR CONDUCTING A PLAYER-BANKED DOMINOES WAGERING GAME
A computer-implemented method of administering a player-banked dominoes wagering game on a computer user interface depicting a specialized gaming table and having the steps of providing an electronic depiction of a specialized domino playing table, providing an electronic depiction of at least one specialized set of randomly ordered dominoes tiles each with varying ranks and in accordance with gaming regulations in various gaming jurisdictions, receiving a wager from a plurality of players participating in a player-banked dominoes game to have a wager pot, distributing a domino from randomly ordered domino tiles to a domino playing surface that is shared by all of the plurality of players participating in the player-banked domino game, and determining if the domino played by each player is a valid play according to the game rules, and if so allowing, if not disallowing the domino to be placed in the line of play.
Method for playing a hold 'em card game with two hands
A method for playing a hold 'em card game with two hands provides a variant to a standard hold 'em card game by dealing four hole cards to a player, and splitting the hole cards into two sets of hole cards, with each set of hole cards being independently played, bet, raised, or folded in relation to the same community cards. An initial round of wagering occurs, followed by dealing four hole cards to each player. The hole cards are split into two sets of hole cards that are played independently of each other. There is another round of betting, before a turn and a river are also dealt. If the dealer's best of five hands exceeds a poker hand ranking of the player's, the player forfeits the wager. If the player's best of five hands exceeds the dealer's, the player receives an equal amount of units to the wager.
Table game management system, game token, and inspection apparatus
A table game management system according to the present invention includes a camera that images a game token placed on a game table, and a management control device that grasps a type of the game token placed on the game table based on a color of a side face of the game token imaged by the camera.
GAME TOKEN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
According to the present invention, there is provided a management system that prevents misuse of many game tokens during the operation of casino using card game tables in casino and other card game facilities using card game tables. The management system has a function that previously registers IDs of contemplated game tokens on database, manages IDs of game tokens present on a game table chip tray and a storage together with information on location on database, specifies the game token in the game table chip tray and the storage at predetermined timing, and generates an error signal when the following statuses is noticed: 1) a fact that ID absent on database is newly present and 2) a fact that two or more identical IDs are present.
System and method for redeeming cashless gaming tickets to bank accounts via multi-function ATM
A system and method are provided for redeeming cashless gaming tickets having associated monetary value, such as issued at a cash-out from a gaming machine in a casino. When the customer wishes to redeem the ticket, the ticket is introduced to a multi-function ATM. The ATM then electronically communicates with a ticket redemption system to validate the ticket. The customer may transfer the monetary value associated with the ticket to an account associated with a presented bank card, wherein the ATM transmits a request for transfer to a financial server which transmits a request to a financial network for crediting of the monetary value (such as less a transaction fee) to the customer's bank card account.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A TABLE GAME USING A SPECIAL DECK OF CARDS AND A CONVENTIONAL DECK OF CARDS
Embodiments provide for card games such as blackjack that allow at least one card to be dealt from a special deck (e.g., a restricted deck) into a hand, while the remainder of the cards for that hand (and, in some embodiments, other hands involved in the game event) are dealt from a main/conventional deck. In accordance with some embodiments, the at least one card dealt from the special deck is dealt into a hand of the player while in other embodiments it is dealt into the hand of a dealer and/or an opponent player. A special deck may be a deck that includes cards configured to provide an advantage to the player (e.g., in a blackjack game, restricted deck may only include high value cards if being used for a player hand or only low value cards if being used for a dealer hand).
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR MONITORING BETTING ACTIVITIES
System, processes and devices for monitoring betting activities using bet recognition devices and a server. Each bet recognition device has an imaging component for capturing image data for a gaming table surface. The bet recognition device receives calibration data for calibrating the bet recognition device. A server processor coupled to a data store processes the image data received from the bet recognition devices over the network to detect, for each betting area, a number of chips and a final bet value for the chips.
