Virtual game console using multiple NFC devices simultaneously
Disclosed embodiments relate to computing devices simultaneously pairing with multiple near-field communication (NFC) devices. In one example, a system includes a processor and a touchscreen having a top layer logically partitioned into N zones overlaying a three-dimensional antenna having multiple layers together including at least N NFC antennae, and wherein the processor is configured to: map each of the N zones to one or more closest NFC antennae, display a user interface on the top layer, and when each of two or more NFC devices touches a respective touchscreen zone, select an NFC antenna to establish a peer-to-peer connection with the NFC device, read NFC tag data from the NFC device, and pass the NFC tag data to the application.
READER PARTICIPATION TYPE ELECTRONIC BOOK SYSTEM USING MODULE AND OPERATION METHOD
The present invention relates to a reader participation type electronic book system using a module including a module assembly configured by assembling a plurality of modules, and a user terminal connected to the module assembly through a network, which includes: a story providing unit transmitting an electronic book database including at least one story to the user terminal; an assembly information reception unit receiving module assembly information based on at least one quest performing information generated with respect to scenes constituting the story and generated for a story progress; and a score generation unit generating a score for module assembling of a user for each scoring condition with respect to the module assembly information.
Physical-virtual game board and content delivery platform
A physical-virtual gaming platform comprising a game board overlay including logical locations for the placement of game pieces, where the overlay is placed in relationship to the combination of a game board and game pieces. The combination of the game board and game pieces include electronic means that are in communication with a computing device. The computing device processes the information provided by the electronic means to determine the logical location of a game piece with respect to the game overlay and then provides a sensory output to gamers based at least upon the determined locations. The game overlay can be active and in communication with the computing device such that the overlay is operated to alter one or more logical locations thereby changing game play in response to determined game piece movements. The platform includes visualization and audio devices for providing customized visual and audio experiences.
GAME PROGRESS INFORMATION GENERATION SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A game progress information generation system for a game, in which players compete against each other while respectively arranging physical game media in a field, configured to generate progress information for specifying progress status of the game, and comprising: a medium information acquiring device acquiring medium information required for identification of the arranged game medium; a medium identification device identifying the arranged game medium based on the acquired medium information; an action information acquiring device acquiring action information required for identification of action of the player; an action identification device identifying the action of the player based on the acquired action information; and a progress information generation device repeatedly determining the progress status of the game while referring to an identification result of each of the medium identification device and the action identification device, and generating the progress information based on a determination result to be obtained.
METHODS OF OPERATING A GAMING TABLE WAGER SENSING APPARATUS AND ASSOCIATED APPARATUSES AND SYSTEMS
Methods of operating a gaming table wager sensing apparatus are disclosed. A method include storing, in a first token sensor assembly, a state of the first token sensor assembly based on a sensed presence of a token. The method also include associating a first player position with the first token sensor assembly and the state of the first token sensor assembly. Further, the method includes transferring, to the sensor memory component of the first token sensor assembly, a desired state of the first token sensor assembly based on the state of the first token sensor assembly. The method also includes enabling a number of light sources of the first token sensor assembly based on the desired state of the first token sensor assembly stored in the sensor memory component of the first token sensor assembly. Associated apparatuses and systems are also disclosed.
Electronic Game Board
An electronic game board that simulates moves of one or more players includes a top cover that includes a play area onto which game pieces are arranged for facilitating a game. The electronic game board further includes a drive system located beneath the top cover for simulating the moves on the play area by moving at least one game piece from a first position on the play area to a second position on the play area. The drive system includes a robotic arm and first and second actuators for controlling movement of the robotic arm. To simulate the move, the first and second actuators control the movement of the robotic arm such that the game piece is moved from the first position to the second position by way of the robotic arm.
REALISTIC BLOCK-GAME EDUCATIONAL DEVICE USING SOUND COMBINATION PRINCIPLES, AND CONTROL METHOD OF SAME
Embodiments provide a realistic block-game educational device using sound combination principles and a control method of the same.
GAMEBOARD, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR EFFICEINTLY ORGANIZING AND/OR PLAYING A GAME OF DOMINOS
Disclosed is a method, a device, a system and/or efficiently organizing and/or playing a game of dominos. In one embodiment, a gameboard for organizing a game of Dominos includes a board, a starting slot, and a first slot. The starting slot is configured to hold a first domino in a first orientation on a surface the board and/or a second orientation that is perpendicular to the first orientation. A first slot on the board adjacent to the starting slot is configured to receive a second domino in the first orientation and/or the second orientation, to continue the game of dominos in an easily understandable and orderly way by constraining the first domino relative to the second domino. The starting slot and the first slot may include depressions in the board sized greater than a domino. A first set of two or more slots may extend linearly away from the starting slot, and may be configured to receive a group of two or more dominoes to continue the game of Dominoes.
PHONICS EXPLORATION TOY
A phonics learning system, comprising a letter identification board and letter manipulatives that may be placed on the letter identification board by a child, and a computing device connected to the letter identification board that identifies the letters placed on the board, generates a phonetic pronunciation for the combination of letters, and identifies any words or misspelled words.
