A switching valve module which is part of a switching valve control system for use with reciprocating slat-type conveyors is disclosed herein. Disclosed herein is a switching valve module that includes an inner control valve and an outer control valve. A spool is positioned within the inner control valve and a spool positioned within the outer control valve. Movement of each the spool creates both a spool-type seal and a poppet-type seal between the spool and the respective control valve.

Hydraulic drive

In a hydraulic drive of a tool, a piston is adapted to be acted upon by a pump via a pressure limiting seat valve and a parallel switching seat valve of a valve arrangement. A restriction is provided in a pressure line upstream of the pressure limiting seat valve which is connected to a tank on the flow-off side. A drain line leads from a working chamber of the piston via the switching seat valve to the tank. A closing side is adapted to be acted upon by pressure and an opening side is adapted to be acted upon by a force generated when the pressure limiting seat valve responds. The pump is adapted to be switched off when the maximum operating pressure has been reached, so that the piston will execute a return stroke. A pressure-increasing restriction is provided on the flow-off side of the pressure limiting seat valve.

VALVES FOR CONTROLLING FLOW OF PRESSURIZED FLUID TO A TOOL

A valve is for controlling flow of a pressurized fluid to a tool. The valve has a manifold, a poppet biased into an unseated position in which the pressurized fluid may flow from the manifold via a tank outlet, a piston configured to move the poppet into a seated position when the pressurized fluid flows into the manifold via the manifold inlet at a first fluid pressure, and a check valve biased into a closed position in which the pressurized fluid is prevented from flowing from the manifold via the tool outlet. A retainer retains the poppet relative to the piston and is configured so that when the poppet is in the seated position, the piston is independently movable relative to the poppet and thus permits the poppet to remain in the seated position upon variations in fluid pressure in the manifold.

Hydraulic valve assembly

A hydraulic valve assembly includes a connection section, a first valve section, at least one second valve section, and a hydraulic pilot control device with a pilot valve device. The first valve section has a first spool piston and a first spool diverter. The second valve section has a second spool piston and a second spool diverter. The first spool diverter and the second spool diverter are each switchable to at least a first spool diverter switching position and a second spool diverter switching position. Pilot pressure is applied in parallel to the first spool diverter and the second spool diverter via the hydraulic pilot control device in a first switching position of the pilot valve device for switching together into the first spool diverter switching position.
