DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE
Exemplary control valves that may be configured as a load sense, closed-center, and/or open-center valve. The control valve may include optional individual valve force sensing to potentially allow an operator to smoothly operate devices operating on low-load work ports even when a variable displacement pump is inducing pressure to operate a device connected to a high-load work port of a separate valve or worksection in the same stack. This optional force sensing may be employed on any or all worksections associated with any valve stack, and may further be included on one or both workports for any given worksection. Each worksection may include parallel and variable paths of fluid supplied by the pump. Also, flow priority to one or more worksections or external valves in a corresponding hydraulic system is optional and can be customized using the variable flow path and a corresponding fixed restriction.
Hydraulic Drive System for Work Machine
When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.

A prime mover and a plurality of hydraulic actuators, a hydraulic machine having a rotatable shaft in driven engagement with the prime mover and comprising a plurality of working chambers, a hydraulic circuit extending between a group of one or more working chambers of the hydraulic machine and one or more of the hydraulic actuators, each working chamber of the hydraulic machine comprising a low-pressure valve which regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid between the working chamber and a low-pressure manifold and a high-pressure valve which regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid between the working chamber and a high-pressure manifold. The hydraulic machine being configured to actively control at least the low-pressure valves of the group of one or more working chambers to select the net displacement of hydraulic fluid by each working chamber on each cycle of working chamber volume, and thereby the net displacement of hydraulic fluid by the group of one or more working chambers, responsive to a demand signal, wherein the apparatus further comprises a controller configured to calculate the demand signal in response to a measured property of the hydraulic circuit or one or more actuators.
Velocity control for hydraulic control system
A hydraulic drive system for an actuator uses a pair of pressure compensated hydraulic machines to control flow to and from the drive chambers of the actuator. The capacity of one of the machines is limited in a motoring mode to determine a maximum rate of efflux from one of the chambers. The pressure of fluid supplied to the other of said chambers is maintained at a predetermined level to provide motive force. The machines are mechanically coupled to permit energy recovery and charge an accumulator to store surplus energy.
Automatic control system and method for joystick control-based construction equipment
According to the present invention, a hydraulic system of construction equipment is implemented as a close center system, which converts an input signal of an electric or hydraulic joystick into a speed signal of a work apparatus, and controls a speed of the work apparatus regardless of an external load condition, thereby minimizing fatigue of a worker to improve work efficiency, improving a work apparatus operation ability of an unskilled person, and patterning standardized work to implement automation of construction equipment.
Hydrostatic Drive
A hydrostatic drive includes a diesel engine and a hydrostatic adjustable machine which supplies multiple consumers in normal operation as a pump. The machine has a pressure/flow regulator to which is communicated, according to the load-sensing principle, the highest load pressure of the consumers, in particular when the machine is operated as a pump. In order to realize a start/stop function of the diesel engine, a previously charged high-pressure reservoir supplies the hydrostatic machine, which then acts as a starter motor for the diesel engine. In order to switch from pump to starter motor, the hydro-machine is adjusted over zero. In order for this switch to take place quickly and reliably, the pressure/flow regulator is deactivated by means of a switching valve and the adjustment device is supplied with an adjustment pressure medium via the switching valve, which medium is taken from the high-pressure reservoir or from an auxiliary reservoir.
Device and method for controlling flow rate in construction machinery
A flow control apparatus and a flow control method for a construction machine are disclosed, which can perform ground leveling work for smoothing the ground by the self weight of a boom without supplying hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic cylinder. The flow control method for a construction machine including a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic actuator connected to the hydraulic pump, a control valve controlling a flow direction of hydraulic fluid supplied to the hydraulic actuator, a work mode switching valve installed in a flow path between the control valve and the hydraulic actuator to perform switching between a normal work mode and a floating mode, a detection means for detecting a boom-down operation amount of an operation lever operated by a user, an electronic proportional valve controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and a controller, the flow control method including a first step of determining whether the present mode is switched to the floating mode; a second step of changing the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump corresponding to the boom-down operation amount detected by the detection means if the present mode is switched to the floating mode; and a third step of outputting an electrical control signal to the electronic proportional valve so that the hydraulic pump can discharge the hydraulic fluid at the changed flow rate corresponding to the boom-down operation amount.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE
A work machine including a specific actuator that supplies hydraulic fluid from a plurality of hydraulic pumps includes: first and second hydraulic pumps communicating with a first hydraulic actuator; a first control valve returning hydraulic fluid delivered by the first hydraulic pump to a tank; and a load detection section that detects a load on the first hydraulic actuator. A control valve drive section drives the first control valve such that a communication area between the first hydraulic pump and the tank is enlarged corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator; and a flow rate control section, during supply of the hydraulic fluid from the first and second hydraulic pumps to the first hydraulic actuator, controls to reduce a delivery flow rate of the first hydraulic pump corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator.
