Hydraulic control system for work machine
A work machine including a specific actuator that supplies hydraulic fluid from a plurality of hydraulic pumps includes: first and second hydraulic pumps communicating with a first hydraulic actuator; a first control valve returning hydraulic fluid delivered by the first hydraulic pump to a tank; and a load detection section that detects a load on the first hydraulic actuator. A control valve drive section drives the first control valve such that a communication area between the first hydraulic pump and the tank is enlarged corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator; and a flow rate control section, during supply of the hydraulic fluid from the first and second hydraulic pumps to the first hydraulic actuator, controls to reduce a delivery flow rate of the first hydraulic pump corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator.
Hydraulic drive system for work machine
When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.
Hydrostatic drive
A hydrostatic drive includes a diesel engine and a hydrostatic adjustable machine which supplies multiple consumers in normal operation as a pump. The machine has a pressure/flow regulator to which is communicated, according to the load-sensing principle, the highest load pressure of the consumers, in particular when the machine is operated as a pump. In order to realize a start/stop function of the diesel engine, a previously charged high-pressure reservoir supplies the hydrostatic machine, which then acts as a starter motor for the diesel engine. In order to switch from pump to starter motor, the hydro-machine is adjusted over zero. In order for this switch to take place quickly and reliably, the pressure/flow regulator is deactivated by means of a switching valve and the adjustment device is supplied with an adjustment pressure medium via the switching valve, which medium is taken from the high-pressure reservoir or from an auxiliary reservoir.
Work machine having an attachment device, in particular a trench cutter, and attachment device, in particular a trench cutter
The present invention relates to a work machine, preferably a mobile work machine, having an attachment device, in particular a trench cutter, wherein the attachment device comprises at least two adjustable hydraulic motors for driving independent, individually controllable loads, and wherein the hydraulic supply of the adjustable hydraulic motors takes place by a hydraulic drive unit arranged externally from the attachment device, in particular by a drive unit of the work machine, and wherein the at least two adjustable hydraulic motors of the attachment device are connected to a constant pressure network provided by the hydraulic drive unit.
Discretized valve state control for multi-level hydraulic systems
An actuation pressure to actuate one or more hydraulic actuators may be determined based on a load on the one or more hydraulic actuators of a robotic device. Based on the determined actuation pressure, a pressure rail from among a set of pressure rails at respective pressures may be selected. One or more valves may connect the selected pressure rail to a metering valve. The hydraulic drive system may operate in a discrete mode in which the metering valve opens such that hydraulic fluid flows from the selected pressure rail through the metering valve to the one or more hydraulic actuators at approximately the supply pressure. Responsive to a control state of the robotic device, the hydraulic drive system may operate in a continuous mode in which the metering valve throttles the hydraulic fluid such that the supply pressure is reduced to the determined actuation pressure.
WORK VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes a hydraulic actuator, a hydraulic pump, an operation member, a control valve, an angular velocity corresponding value sensing unit, a notification component, and a controller. The actuator changes a steering angle based on a supplied fluid. The pump supplies fluid to the actuator. The operation member is operated by an operator when the steering angle is changed. The valve controls flow of fluid supplied from the pump to the actuator based on an amount the operation member is operated. The sensing unit senses a corresponding value corresponding to a steering angular velocity changed based on the flow of fluid. The notification component notifies that the corresponding value has reached a threshold value preset based on an upper limit of the steering angular velocity. The controller causes the notification component to perform a notification when it is detected that the corresponding value has reached the threshold value.
Refuse vehicle control systems and methods
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis and a vehicle body. A variable displacement pump is positioned within the vehicle body and is configured to pump hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic fluid reservoir into a high pressure line of a hydraulic circuit. A lifting system on the vehicle includes at least one actuator in fluid communication with the variable displacement pump, which delivers pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid reservoir to the actuator through the high pressure line to adjust a position of the actuator. A valve is positioned downstream of the variable displacement pump. In a first valve position, the valve restricts flow outward from the high pressure line. In a second valve position, the valve directs fluid from the high pressure line into a lower pressure line to reduce a hydraulic pressure within the high pressure line and adjust an output parameter of the variable displacement pump.
LOAD-DEPENDENT HYDRAULIC FLUID FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a load dependent flow control system for directing hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic actuator. The load dependent flow control system includes a closed-center valve device for controlling hydraulic fluid flow to the actuator. The closed-center valve device includes a valve spool and an electro-actuator that adjusts a position of the valve spool to adjust a rate of the hydraulic fluid flow supplied to the hydraulic actuator. A pressure sensor is provided for sensing a pressure of the hydraulic fluid provided to the hydraulic actuator. The system also includes an electronic controller configured to receive an operator flow command from an operator interface. The operator flow command corresponds to a base flow through the closed-center valve device. The electronic controller interfaces with the electro-actuator of the closed-center valve device and with the pressure sensor. At least when the sensed pressure is above a threshold pressure, the electronic controller uses the operator flow command and the sensed pressure to generate a pressure-modified flow command that is sent to the closed-center valve device to control flow through the closed-center valve device. The pressure-modified flow command corresponds to a pressure-modified flow through the closed-center valve device. The pressure-modified flow is less than the base flow through the closed-center valve device.
Clamp force control system for lift truck attachment with secondary hydraulic force control circuit
The improved hydraulic system utilizes a secondary hydraulic force control circuit that changes the gripping force on the load independently of movement of the clamp arms.
Directional control valve
Exemplary control valves that may be configured as a load sense, closed-center, and/or open-center valve. The control valve may include optional individual valve force sensing to potentially allow an operator to smoothly operate devices operating on low-load work ports even when a variable displacement pump is inducing pressure to operate a device connected to a high-load work port of a separate valve or worksection in the same stack. This optional force sensing may be employed on any or all worksections associated with any valve stack, and may further be included on one or both workports for any given worksection. Each worksection may include parallel and variable paths of fluid supplied by the pump. Also, flow priority to one or more worksections or external valves in a corresponding hydraulic system is optional and can be customized using the variable flow path and a corresponding fixed restriction.
