The present disclosure provides a compressed air processing system of which the operation of supplying compressed air and the regeneration operation can be efficiently controlled by an electronic control unit. In particular, the present disclosure is characterized in that the pressure of a regeneration sequence valve installed in a regeneration line is increased over a set pressure by controlling a valve, which is electronically controlled, to switch, so the opening time of the regeneration line is delayed in comparison to the opening time of an unloader valve, whereby regeneration efficiency is improved.

A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.

A turn-drive apparatus capable of securing high acceleration at the time of turning start with a reduced relief loss includes a hydraulic pump of a variable capacity type, a turning motor, a turning control device, a relief valve, and a flow rate control device that controls a pump flow rate. The flow rate control device calculates a relief-cut-control target pump flow rate on the basis of the sum of a minimum relief flow rate and a turning-speed flow rate, and inputs a pump capacity command to the variable capacity-type hydraulic pump based thereon. The flow rate control device makes the relief-cut-control target pump flow rate larger than the sum of the minimum relief flow rate and the turning-speed flow rate at the time of turning start.

The housing part (6) includes a recess (8) matching an external contour of the valve bush (12). An intermediate plate (7) is configured to partially cover the valve cover (15). A spring (14) is arranged within the valve bush (12) and preloads the valve slide (13) in a starting position. The valve bush (12) is inserted, together with the valve cover (15), the valve slide (13), and the spring (14), into the recess (8) of the housing part (6) and jointly form a hydraulic valve (9). The valve bush (12) forms an inlet (19), and the valve cover (15) forms an outlet (31).

A controller (51) controls a cap-side selector valve (46) and a rod-side selector valve (47) such that a particular open-circuit pump (15) not connected to a single rod hydraulic cylinder (3) is connected to the single rod hydraulic cylinder, and controls an opening area of a particular proportional valve (49) provided on a flow line that connects a delivery port of the particular open-circuit pump to a tank, when the single rod hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor (7) are driven simultaneously.

The excavator comprises an electrical drive configured to actuate movement of the boom to raise and/or lower part of the boom. The excavator comprises a separate fluid-operated, auxiliary actuation system for storing potential energy of the part of the boom during lowering thereof and for using the stored potential energy to support raising of the part of the boom. The auxiliary actuation system is configured to store the potential energy and to support raising the part of the boom autonomously without interaction with the main electrical drive system.

In an exemplary method of monitoring performance of a fluid driven actuator for a valve, pressurized fluid is supplied through an actuator supply line to an inlet port of the actuator during a first time period to operate the actuator from a normal position to an actuated position. Pressure changes corresponding to a fluid flow condition in the actuator supply line are measured during the first time period, with the measured pressure changes defining a valve cycle pressure profile including a first inflection point corresponding to movement of the actuator from the normal position to the actuated position. The valve cycle pressure profile is analyzed to identify a non-compliant condition in at least one of the valve and the actuator. An output communicating the identified non-compliant condition is then generated.

Systems and methods for protecting a turbomachine may include a trip throttle valve having a throttle valve assembly and a trip valve assembly. The trip valve assembly may include a plurality of trip valves fluidly coupled to a hydraulic cylinder of the throttle valve assembly via a first flow path and a second flow path in parallel with one another. The trip valve assembly may also include a plurality of isolation valves fluidly coupled to the hydraulic cylinder via the first flow path and the second flow path. The plurality of isolation valves may be configured to selectively prevent fluid communication between the plurality of trip valves and the hydraulic cylinder to allow testing of one or more of the plurality of trip valves during operation of the turbomachine.

The valve piston is configured to be shifted from a closed position to an open position when a force due to hydraulic fluid pressure overcomes a threshold spring force of the valve spring corresponding to the valve activation setting. The in-port sequencing valve can be set to a selected valve activation setting so that the clamping devices clamp the workpiece in a selected order according to the valve activation setting.
