CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ACTUATING LIFTING FUNCTION
A hydraulic control system for linear actuation that provides a bypass flow during startup of a lifting command, provides a split flow between a cylinder and a reservoir once a minimum operating speed of a pump has been reached, and provides complete flow to a cylinder after the minimum operating speed of the pump has been reached. This is achieved through control of a flow control valve and a proportional flow control valve by a processor.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR FLEX WING RIPPER STRIPPER
A hydraulic system for a farm implement having wings is provided. The hydraulic system includes a wing elevation circuit operable to lower or raise the wings of the farm implement and a wing folding circuit operable to fold or unfold the wings of the farm implement. The wing elevation circuit is operable to raise or lower the wings of the farm implement. The hydraulic system further includes a hydraulic valve block assembly in communication with the wing elevation circuit and the wing folding circuit, in which the hydraulic valve block assembly is operable to control a flow of a hydraulic fluid in the wing elevation circuit and in the wing folding circuit.
Actuator and valve device
An actuator includes a casing having a first annular groove formed in an inner peripheral portion thereof; a piston having a second annular groove formed in an outer peripheral portion thereof, provided in the casing to form a pressure chamber together with the casing, and driven by a drive fluid from an outside of the actuator; and an annular seal member having a first fitting portion to be fitted into the first annular groove and a second fitting portion to be fitted into the second annular groove to seal the pressure chamber.
Hydraulic device and prime mover device
An object of the present invention is to prevent breakage of a unidirectional filter part for high-pressure oil. A hydraulic device 100 supplies oil to a high-pressure oil channel L1 and a low-pressure oil channel L2 from an oil tank 102 via a supply pump 104. The hydraulic device 100 includes an accumulator 106 capable of accumulating a hydraulic pressure of the oil supplied to the high-pressure oil channel from the supply pump; a filter part 120 disposed between the supply pump and a connection point N1 at which the high-pressure oil channel connects to the accumulator, along a direction in which the oil is supplied; and a check valve 110 capable of preventing a backflow of the oil to the filter part, and disposed between the filter part and the connection point.
Method and apparatus for conversion of single-acting pneumatic actuator to electric power platform
An electric-powered fail-safe actuator for use with a valve, where the actuator stores potential energy for conversion to kinetic energy to close or open the valve to the fail-safe position.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURES FOR STEERING AND WORK FUNCTIONS IN A WHEEL
A hydraulic system (40) for a work machine comprising a priority circuit (41) including at least a first priority actuator (47, 48) and a priority control valve (58) for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid to the first priority actuator (47, 48) and for providing a load sense signal indicative of the load acting on the first priority actuator (47, 48); an auxiliary circuit (42) including at least a first auxiliary actuator (51) and at least a first auxiliary control valve (80) for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid to the first auxiliary actuator (51); at least a first pump (46) for producing a flow of hydraulic fluid; and a priority valve (74) for distributing the flow from the pump (46) to the priority circuit (41) and auxiliary circuit (42) for operating the respective actuators thereof, with priority being given to the priority circuit (41) as a function of the load sense signal.
Latching solenoid regulator valve
A latching solenoid assembly is provided which includes a solenoid actuator. A housing is also provided which has an axial passage. An intermediate piston is moved by the solenoid actuator. A reaction member is also placed within the housing axial passage spring biased by a transfer spring from the intermediate piston. The housing has a latching port allowing pressure to latch the intermediate piston in position to set the force which is transmitted to the reaction member.
Hydraulic control valve for construction machinery
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control valve for construction machinery that is used to maintain secondary pilot pressure which is formed proportionally to the switching of a switching device so as to be equal to or below a setting pressure of a pilot pump. The hydraulic control valve of the present invention includes: a port of the pilot pump into which the pilot pressure flows; a tank port to which the pilot pressure is drained; a valve body at which a secondary pilot pressure port that selectively communicates with the port of the pilot pump and the tank port is formed; the switching device that is pivotally mounted on the valve body; a pilot control valve that is linked through pressurization of the switching device and has a spool which forms the secondary pilot pressure proportional to the amount of switching of the switching device by communicating the port of the pilot pump and the secondary pilot pressure port with each other during the switching; a valve spring that elastically supports the spool so as to communicate the secondary pilot pressure port and the tank port with each other; and a check poppet that is disposed in an openable and closable manner at a pilot passage whose inlet side communicates with the secondary pilot pressure port and whose outlet side communicates with the port of the pilot pump.
FLUID PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A pilot pressure supply solenoid valve (36) is disposed in a flow path connecting an inlet port (16) and a pilot chamber (48), and a pilot pressure discharge solenoid valve (38) is disposed in a flow path through which a pressure fluid in the pilot chamber is discharged to the exterior. A flow path, through which the pressure fluid that has passed through a supply valve (26) is discharged to the exterior, is not provided.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM HAVING A DRAIN BYPASS
A hydraulic system including a first cylinder conduit configured to couple to a cylinder, an auxiliary conduit configured to couple to a case drain conduit, and a pressure regulator coupled to the first cylinder conduit and to the auxiliary conduit. The pressure regulator may block fluid flow to the auxiliary conduit if a first fluid pressure is less than or equal to a threshold pressure and enable fluid flow if the first fluid pressure is greater than the threshold pressure. The hydraulic system further includes a supplemental conduit with a check valve that directs fluid from the auxiliary conduit to a reservoir. The check valve blocks fluid flow if a second fluid pressure is less than or equal to a third fluid pressure, and enables fluid flow if the second fluid pressure greater than the third fluid pressure.
