HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH PRESSURE LIMITER FUNCTION
A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.
Apparatus and methods for the control of hydraulic actuators
Methods of controlling an actuator during operation using a hydraulic circuit, and related apparatus, are described. The circuit has a first path section along which fluid is supplied to a first chamber of the actuator using a first valve and a second path section along which fluid is extracted from a second chamber of the actuator using a second valve. Pressure data associated with a pressure of the fluid supplied to the first side of the actuator are obtained, a pilot pressure pPilot is produced based on the data and the first and second valves are configured based on the pilot pressure pPilot.

Hydraulic system for an agricultural implement incorporating implement-based hydraulic load sensing
A hydraulic system includes a supply line, at least one implement-based control valve, an implement-based pressure regulating valve, and a load sensing circuit. The implement-based control valve(s) is fluidly coupled to the supply line and configured to regulate a flow of the pressurized hydraulic fluid supplied through at least one downstream actuator line to at least one hydraulic actuator of the implement. The implement-based pressure regulating valve is fluidly coupled to the supply line upstream of the control valve(s) and configured to regulate a fluid pressure to be equal to or greater than a minimum fluid pressure. The load sensing circuit is fluidly coupled to the pressure regulating valve and provides a line or load pressure to the pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating valve is configured to regulate the supply of the pressurized hydraulic fluid based on the line pressure.

Hydraulic Control Unit for an Automatic Transmission of a Motor Vehicle
A hydraulic control unit (4) includes a valve bush (12), a valve cover (15) partially closing the valve bush (12) on an end face (S1), a valve slide (13) guided in a longitudinal direction (L) within the valve bush (12), and a housing part (6). The housing part (6) includes a recess (8) matching an external contour of the valve bush (12). An intermediate plate (7) is configured to partially cover the valve cover (15). A spring (14) is arranged within the valve bush (12) and preloads the valve slide (13) in a starting position. The valve bush (12) is inserted, together with the valve cover (15), the valve slide (13), and the spring (14), into the recess (8) of the housing part (6) and jointly form a hydraulic valve (9). The valve bush (12) forms an inlet (19), and the valve cover (15) forms an outlet (31).
ENGINEERING MACHINERY HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The present invention provides an engineering machinery hydraulic system with compensation differential pressure controllable, uses an electronic pressure compensating valve to solve the problem of flow mismatch under conditions of pressure over-limit and flow saturation, and realizes proportional shunt control and high-precision flow distribution of the system. The engineering machinery hydraulic system disclosed in the present invention has the advantages of low energy consumption, fast response speed, and high flow control precision.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A hydraulic system includes: an operation device that outputs an operation signal corresponding to an operating amount of an operating unit; a variable displacement pump that supplies hydraulic oil to a hydraulic actuator; a control valve interposed between the actuator and pump, the control valve changing a meter-in opening area thereof, so an increase rate of the opening area increases in accordance with increase in the operation signal; a regulator that adjusts a tilting angle of the pump; an unloading valve that defines an unloading flow rate, at which the hydraulic oil is released to a tank; and a controller that, when the operation device is operated, determines a control valve required flow rate so rate is proportional to the meter-in opening area of the control valve, and controls the regulator so a discharge flow rate of the pump is a sum of the control valve and unloading flow rates.
Hydraulic control valve
A new means of achieving a valve float position in a closed centered hydraulic control valve. The valve has a main spool position whereby pressure compensator load sense control pressure is drained to tank through the main spool. Secondly, a pin acts on the pressure compensator to prevent the main pump flow from reaching the main section spool. Finally, the new spool position adds a connection from the consumer to tank, enabling a float position.
