Hydraulic bi-directional flow switches
Hydraulic bi-directional flow switches are disclosed. A disclosed example apparatus includes a piston disposed in a fluid channel between a first fluid connection and a second fluid connection, where the first and second fluid connections define a fluid pathway for hydraulic steering fluid. The example apparatus also includes a detector to detect a movement of the piston away from a default position of the piston, where the piston is to displace from the default position when the hydraulic steering fluid flows along the fluid pathway.

Method for repairing a piston-cylinder unit within a working machine
Disclosed is a method for repairing a piston-cylinder unit within a working machine or within an attachment, wherein a connection of the piston rod with the machine or implement structure is released and the piston rod, the piston and at least one bearing head is jointly removed from the cylinder housing as an assembly and replaced by a premounted substitute assembly consisting of piston rod, piston and at least one bearing head.
Pneumatic Fare Gare
A pneumatic drive mechanism for converting linear motion from compressed air into rotational motion for use in fare gates and other applications.
CYLINDER DEVICE
Provided is a cylinder device capable of preventing rotation unevenness while reducing power consumption and achieving compactification in particular. The present invention is to provide a cylinder device including a cylinder body and a shaft member supported in the cylinder body, the cylinder body being provided with a rotation port that communicates with an outer circumferential surface around the shaft member and rotates the shaft member based on a supply and discharge of a fluid. Thus, it is possible to prevent rotation unevenness while reducing power consumption and achieving compactification.
Hydraulic powering system and method of operating a hydraulic powering system
A hydraulic powering system includes a hydraulic cylinder, an accumulator, and a manifold assembly. The hydraulic cylinder includes: (i) a hydraulic cylinder construction having a hydraulic cylinder wall and first and second hydraulic cylinder end caps forming an internal volume, a piston constructed to slide within the internal volume between the first and second hydraulic cylinder end caps and dividing the internal volume into an extend region and a retract region, and a piston rod extending from the piston and through the retract region and one of the first and second end caps to outside the hydraulic cylinder; (ii) an extend port in fluid connection with the extend region of the hydraulic cylinder; and (iii) a retract port in fluid communication with the retract region of the hydraulic cylinder. The accumulator includes: (i) an accumulator construction having an accumulator wall and first and second accumulator end caps forming an accumulator internal volume, an accumulator piston constructed to slide within the accumulator internal volume between the first and second accumulator end caps and dividing the accumulator internal volume into a hydraulic fluid region and a compressible gas region; and (ii) a hydraulic fluid port in fluid communication with the hydraulic fluid region of the accumulator. The manifold assembly includes a plurality of passageways therethrough providing fluid connection between: (i) a hydraulic fluid extend source and the hydraulic cylinder extend port and the accumulator hydraulic fluid port; and (ii) a hydraulic fluid retract source and the hydraulic cylinder retract port and the accumulator hydraulic fluid port. A method of operating a hydraulic powering system is described.
