Trigger guard and pendant for a portable hydraulic power unit
A trigger guard for a pendant for controlling a hydraulic power unit includes a first prong extending from a front side of a handle of the pendant; a second prong extending from the front side of the handle; a groove disposed between the first prong and the second prong, the groove defined by the first prong, the second prong, and the handle; a first gap disposed between the first prong and a head of the pendant; and a second gap disposed between the second prong and the head. The trigger is disposed between the first prong and the second prong such that the trigger is accessible through the groove, the first gap, and the second gap.
Servohydraulic Drive
A servohydraulic drive includes a hydrostatic displacement machine, an electric machine that is mechanically speed-coupled with the displacement machine, a hydraulic cylinder that is fluidically connected to the displacement machine via first and second working lines, a hydraulic accumulator, and a supply unit. The displacement machine has a stroke that is adjustable via a hydraulic adjustment device. The cylinder is configured to be activated by reversal of the fluid flow through the displacement machine in opposite directions. The accumulator is preset to a low pressure and is fluidically connected via a valve assembly in each case to the lower pressure working line. The supply unit is configured to supply the adjustment device with pressurized fluid under the necessary pressure for the adjustment regardless of the present pressure in the working lines such that the displacement machine is configured for an active and load pressure-independent adjustment of its stroke volume.
Filter band assembly for solenoid-actuated valve
A filter band assembly for a solenoid-actuated valve includes a filter band adapted to be disposed about a valve body of the solenoid-actuated valve. The filter band has a first end at one end and a second end at another end. The filter band assembly also includes a separate bracket affixed to one of the first end and the second end and adapted to support the one of the first end and the second end on the valve body to allow the first end and the second end to be joined together in a closed position.
Control System For Auxiliary Power Source
A control system includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump, the pump having an inlet for receiving fluid, an outlet for discharging fluid under pressure, and a pump displacement input, a hydraulic motor having an inlet and an outlet, a fluid circuit including a supply conduit for conducting fluid discharged by the pump to the motor and a return conduit for returning fluid discharged by the motor to the pump, a pump displacement control cooperating with the pump displacement input in order to vary a displacement of the pump, a control circuit in communication with the pump displacement control for controlling the pump output such that the motor is driven at a constant rotational speed, and a system controller in communication with the control circuit and a remote location to transmit and receive information to and from the remote location.
Control system for flushing contaminated hydraulic fluid
The present inventors have recognized that contaminants in hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic system of an off-highway implement can be efficiently filtered by a filtration system of the source of hydraulic power by conducting an operation which controls existing valves for precisely operating cylinders of the system to return the fluid to the source of hydraulic power through a connector with little or no fluid going through cylinders. Such an operation can be advantageously executed immediately following connection of the source of hydraulic power to the manifold of the implement.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE FOR CARGO VEHICLE
A hydraulic drive device for a cargo vehicle includes a hydraulic cylinder supplying and discharging of hydraulic oil, an operation member that operates the hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic pump, a lowering oil path connecting the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump, an operation valve disposed in the lowering oil path, a bypass oil path that branches off from the lowering oil path, a bypass flow rate control valve disposed in the bypass oil path and that controls a bypass flow rate, and a resistance element that is disposed closer to the hydraulic cylinder than the operation valve in the lowering oil path and that increases a fluid resistance. A pilot flow path of the bypass flow rate control valve is connected to a part of the lowering oil path between the hydraulic cylinder and the resistance element.
FILTER SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT

Valve System For Flushing Contaminated Hydraulic Fluid
The present inventors have recognized that contaminants in hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic system of an off-highway implement can be efficiently filtered by a filtration system of the source of hydraulic power by conducting an operation which controls existing valves of the system to block the fluid from going through such valves or precisely operated cylinders controlled by such valves while a dedicated return valve returns the fluid to the source of hydraulic power through a connector. Such an operation can be advantageously executed immediately following connection of the source of hydraulic power to the manifold of the implement.
