LOAD SENSING TYPE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH HYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A hydraulic system comprises a valve distributor comprising one or more sections connectable to respective uses, a supply apparatus comprising a pump and a supply channel, a discharge channel connected to a low-pressure tank, a use signal channel coming from the section of the valve distributor and further comprises a hydraulic regulating device connected via said channels which includes a 2-position 3-way proportional valve configured so as to provide operative fluid at a conditioned pressure, different with respect to the pressure that is characteristic of the operative condition of use, to the supply apparatus and at least one proportional pressure reducing valve.
Hydraulic Control Arrangement for an Arrangement of Mobile Machines, and Arrangement of Mobile Machines
A control arrangement for an arrangement of hydraulically couplable machines has an interface for hydraulic coupling of the machines, and a hydraulic machine for supplying pressure medium to at least one hydraulic consumer of the machines in accordance with requirements. An electronic control device is configured, in accordance with a load of the consumer, to generate an electronic control signal, which can be converted by a transducer of the control arrangement into a hydraulic control signal, in accordance with which the hydraulic machine can be operated.
HYDRAULIC VALVE WITH PRESSURE LIMITER FUNCTION
A hydraulic system includes first and second valve assemblies connected to a common pump. The first valve assembly includes a main valve housed inside a manifold. A pressure compensator valve maintains a constant pressure drop across a variable orifice of the main valve. A pressure limiter valve is in communication with the main valve and the pressure compensator valve, and allows an actuator connected to the first valve assembly to operate independently of the second valve assembly so that fluid flow to a work port of the first valve assembly is not interrupted by operation of the second valve assembly.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
The present invention relates to a construction machine having at least one material receiver that is adjustable by means of at least one hydraulic actuator for unloading, with the required feed pressure for the actuator actuation being able to be provided by a hydraulic circuit of the construction machine and with the feed pressure being able to be limited to a limit pressure by means of at least one pressure limiting device, wherein the construction machine comprises a weighing system for determining the current load weight of the material receiver; and a control for the hydraulic circuit is provided that adapts the limit pressure of the pressure limiting device in dependence on the determined load weight.
Vent for load sense valves
A load sense passage in a load sense hydraulic system may be vented by allowing flow from the load sense passage to a reservoir via a drain passage when a first flow control valve is in a neutral position. This venting may be prevented by preventing flow from the load sense passage to a reservoir via the drain passage when the first flow control valve is in a flow-allowing position.
Control apparatus
A control device, in particular for hydraulically controlling components of mobile working machines, has a pressure supply connection (P) and a tank or return connection (T) in addition to two user connections (A, B). Control and/or regulating valves (10, 14, 16, 18) are connected between the individual connections (P, T, A, B). Two control lines (C, Z) can control at least one of the control and/or regulating valves. A modular-type functional block (24, 26) is connected to at least one of the control lines (C, Z).
System and Method for Controlling a Mobile Agricultural Machine Having a Hydraulic Supply System
A control system for a mobile agricultural machine having a hydraulic supply system which includes electronic load sensing and headland control assistance is configured to predictively adjust the pump supply when a headland sequence is initiated. The pump supply may be increased irrespective of the reported hydraulic load at the time the headland sequence is initiated to meet a predicted hydraulic demand of the headland sequence. The control system may revert to a load-sensing-based control of the pump supply after a given time period or in dependence on a predefined operational parameter being met. A corresponding method of controlling a hydraulic system on an agricultural mobile machine is also disclosed.
Smart flow dual pump hydraulic system
A hydraulic system for a vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump including a first displacement actuator and a first pressure port, a first load sense system fluidly coupled to the first displacement actuator, a second hydraulic pump including a second displacement actuator and a second pressure port, a second load sense system fluidly coupled to the second displacement actuator, and a crossover pressure controller coupled between the first pressure port and the second pressure port. The crossover pressure controller reconfigurable between (a) a combined pressure configuration providing fluid communication between the first pressure port and the second pressure port and (b) a separate pressure configuration inhibiting fluid communication between the first pressure port and the second pressure port. The crossover pressure controller is actuatable independent of the first load sense system and the second load sense system.
System and Method for Controlling a Hydraulic Supply System on a Mobile Machine
A system for controlling a hydraulic supply on a mobile machine comprises electronic load sensing and is configured to predictively increase the pump supply pressure PSP following a determination that a hydraulic consumer is about to be actuated. The pump supply is increased irrespective of the reported hydraulic load at the time to meet a predicted hydraulic demand of consumer. The control system may revert to a load-sensing-based control of the pump supply after a given time period or in dependence on a predefined operational parameter being met. A corresponding method of controlling a hydraulic system on a mobile machine is also disclosed.
