Hydraulic Control Systems and Methods Using Multi-Function Dynamic Scaling
Systems and methods for control of multi-function hydraulic commands of a multi -function electrohydraulic system are provided. In one aspect, a system for hydraulic control includes a first function in fluid communication with a first electrohydraulic control valve and a second function in fluid communication with a second electrohydraulic control valve. The system includes a controller in communication with the first electrohydraulic control valve and the second electrohydraulic control valve. The controller can be configured to receive an input target command, determine an achievable function rate based on the input target command, where the achievable function rate maintains a proportional relationship between the input target command and the achievable function rate. The controller can also map the achievable function rate to an output command based on a predetermined relationship between the achievable function rates and the output commands and supply the output command to the first and second electrohydraulic valves.
SHOVEL AND CONTROL DEVICE FOR SHOVEL
A shovel includes a lower traveling body, and an upper swiveling body mounted on the lower traveling body. The upper swiveling body is rotatable. An attachment is attached to the upper swiveling body. A traveling actuator is configured to drive the lower traveling body. An attachment actuator is configured to move the attachment. A control device is provided in the upper swiveling body. The control device is configured to autonomously operate at least one of the traveling actuator and the attachment actuator depending on an inclination of a ground on which the lower traveling body is traveling.
Slewing-type work machine
A slewing-type work machine includes a slewing state determination section which determines whether or not slewing motion of an upper slewing body is in a deceleration state, and a capacity control section which controls a motor capacity. The capacity control section sets the motor capacity to a capacity set for a combined operation during a performance of the combined operation in which an operation for slewing the upper slewing body and an operation for actuating an attachment are performed simultaneously, while setting the motor capacity to a preset default capacity even during the performance of the combined operation when the slewing state determination section determines that the slewing motion of the upper slewing body is in the deceleration state.
Excavator and information processing device
An excavator includes a plurality of hydraulic actuators, and a setting unit that performs a setting related to operation speeds of the plurality of hydraulic actuators during a combined operation of the hydraulic actuators, so that when the operation speed of one of the actuators increases, the operation speed of another one of the actuators decreases. The setting unit is capable of performing the setting for a plurality of kinds of combined operations.
Hydraulic drive device for industrial vehicle
A hydraulic drive device for an industrial vehicle includes a variable displacement pump, a displacement control valve, a power steering cylinder, a power steering valve, a loading cylinder, a loading valve, a hydraulic oil passage, and a pilot line. The displacement control valve controls the variable displacement pump to increase displacement of the variable displacement pump when differential pressure between discharge pressure of hydraulic oil discharged from the variable displacement pump and pilot pressure generated in the pilot line is smaller than a predetermined set pressure. A spool of the loading valve is provided with a groove portion that forms a communication passage that makes communication between the hydraulic oil passage and the pilot line at a neutral position of the loading valve when the power steering valve is located in a neutral position.
Work machine and method for controlling the same
A work machine includes: a boom; a dipper stick attached to a distal end of the boom; a bucket attached to a distal end of the dipper stick; and a loading determination unit configured to determine that an operation of the work machine is a loading operation for loading an excavated matter into a loading target under a condition that the bucket moves across a reference level.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A construction machine is provided that can cause each hydraulic actuator to accurately operate according to operation by an operator in combined operation in which a hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic pump is subjected to flow dividing and is supplied to plural hydraulic actuators. A controller 10, in a case of determining that combined operation is being carried out, controls a regulator 7a in such a manner that the delivery flow rate of a hydraulic pump 7 becomes larger than the total target flow rate of plural hydraulic actuators 4a, 5a, and 6a, and controls the respective opening amounts of plural directional control valves 8a1, 8a3, and 8a5 in such a manner that the difference between the respective target flow rates of the plural hydraulic actuators and the respective inflow flow rates of the plural hydraulic actuators sensed by velocity sensors 12 to 14 becomes small.
Construction Machine
To provide a construction machine that can improve the energy efficiency in a leveling operation in which an arm crowding operation and a boom raising operation are performed simultaneously. A controller (30) controls a first regulator (60a) according to the maximum value among target displacement volume (Qa1) of a first hydraulic pump (1) that is based on a boom raising operation amount (Pi1), and target displacement volume (Qa2) of the first hydraulic pump (1) that is based on an arm crowding operation amount (Pi2) of an arm operation device (18) if the boom raising operation amount (Pi1) of a boom operation device (17) is smaller than a predetermined operation amount, or if a delivery pressure (P2) of a second hydraulic pump (2) is equal to or higher than a predetermined pressure, and controls the first regulator (60a) according only to the target displacement volume (Qa1) of the first hydraulic pump (1) that is based on the boom raising operation amount (Pi1) if the boom raising operation amount (Pi1) is equal to or larger than the predetermined operation amount, and the delivery pressure (P2) of the second hydraulic pump (2) is lower than the predetermined pressure.
Hydraulic machine
A first required flow rate is calculated as a function of a first maximum allowable flow rate and a value of a first signal. A second required flow rate is calculated as a function of a value of the second signal. When the first maximum allowable flow rate is higher than a first capacity, the value of the first signal is a maximum level, and the value of the second signal is equal to or higher than a minimum level and equal to or lower than a maximum level, a first working fluid supply is controlled to discharge working fluid at a flow rate equal to the first capacity, and a second working fluid supply is controlled to discharge working fluid at a flow rate obtained by deducting the first capacity from the first maximum allowable flow rate, added to the second required flow rate.
