Hydraulic component connection device
An assembly system for components of a pressurized fluid supply system for an agricultural vehicle includes a body having at least one fluid duct connectable at one end to a pressurized fluid supply and having a socket at the other end. A detachable component such as an accumulator or oil filter is connectable in releasable mechanical engagement with the body to receive pressurized fluid from the at least one fluid duct. The engagement results from insertion of at least a portion of the component into the socket and rotation of the component to a locked position. The body has at least one discharge duct extending therethrough. In a partially rotated position of the component portion within the socket, the component remains mechanically attached to the body and the fluid duct and discharge duct are in fluidic connection, discharging accumulated pressure in the fluid duct.
Filter for a hydraulic circuit of an agricultural system
A hydraulic system for an agricultural system includes a hydraulic circuit and a bi-directional filter disposed on a bi-directional fluid line of the hydraulic circuit. The bi-directional filter includes a check valve fluid line having a check valve configured to block a fluid from flowing through the check valve fluid line in a first direction and to enable the fluid to flow through the check valve fluid line in a second direction, opposite the first direction, and a filter fluid line having a filter configured to enable the fluid to flow through the filter fluid line in the first direction and the second direction. The filter is configured to block particles that are greater than a threshold size from passing through the filter fluid line, and the filter fluid line is in a parallel flow configuration with respect to the check valve fluid line.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE WITH ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL
A construction machine including a variable displacement pump, and a boom cylinder including a rod operable to extend and retract to move a boom of the construction machine. A first chamber of the boom cylinder is configured to be supplied with fluid from the pump during rod extension while fluid is removed from a second chamber of the boom cylinder. The second chamber of the boom cylinder is configured to be supplied with fluid from the pump during rod retraction while fluid is removed from the first chamber of the boom cylinder. The construction machine has an active ride control mode in which a valve between the boom cylinder and the pump remains open, and the pump is configured to actively damp pressure fluctuations in the boom cylinder by variation of a displacement setting.
MONITORING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING OPERATING HEALTH OF PRESSURE MEDIUM OPERATED DEVICE
A monitoring device and a method for determining operating health of a pressure medium operated device. The monitoring device is configured for processing input measuring data relating to operation of the pressure medium operated device. An operating condition value is determined in the monitoring device, where after the operating condition value is compared to an input reference data in order to determine current operating health. The reference data is determined by utilizing strength analysis, which is executed for a design model of the associated pressure medium operated device.
Hydraulic braking energy utilization for emergency steering, braking, charging accumulator(s), and/or work functions to reduce or prevent engine from overspeed, assist acceleration and/or unlimited towing
A system and method configured to direct the braking energy from a high-pressure port at the motor side of a hydraulic circuit to emergency steering, braking, accumulator(s) charging, and/or various work functions. The system and method are also configured to return hydraulic fluid back to the same high-pressure port when the motor is running as a pump.
Remotely controlling a hydraulic system
In one aspect, a system (110) for performing an action is disclosed. In one arrangement and embodiment, the system (110) comprises: a tool (118) operable to perform at least the action; a controller (122); storage (124) storing electronic program instructions for controlling the controller (122); and an input/output means (126). In one form, the controller (122) is operable, under control of the electronic program instructions, to: receive input via the input means; process the input, and on the basis of the processing, control the tool to perform the action. In one embodiment, the action comprises a hydraulic tuning action in respect of a system, such as a hydraulic pump (114), comprising a hydraulic circuit.
Pneumatic control device and process control device equipped therewith
A pneumatic control device includes a functional assembly that has an interruption valve device for the selective opening or interruption of at least one main working channel used for the pneumatic control of a pneumatic actuator. The functional assembly also contains a manually actuatable valve device that is connected to the interruption valve device by means of at least one auxiliary working channel and which enables manual pneumatic control of the connected actuator, if the at least one main working channel is interrupted by the interruption valve device at the same time. A process control device can also be equipped with a control device of this type.
SYSTEM TO REDUCE LINE LOSS IN PRESSURE CONTROL HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
A hydraulic system including a first cylinder conduit configured to couple to a cylinder, a second cylinder conduit configured to fluidly coupled to the cylinder, and a bypass conduit fluidly coupled both to the first cylinder conduit upstream of the cylinder and to the second cylinder conduit downstream of the cylinder. The bypass conduit is configured to enable intermittent fluid flow of a hydraulic fluid from the first cylinder conduit to the second cylinder conduit while bypassing at least a portion of the cylinder.
WALKING EXCAVATOR
A walking excavator (1) having a superstructure (2) and an undercarriage (29), and a cab (3) disposed on the superstructure (2), and four walking legs (4) pivotably disposed on the undercarriage (29), and an excavator arm (5) which is pivotably mounted on the superstructure (2) and to which an excavating tool (6), in particular an excavator bucket, is fastened or able to be fastened. A dual-action differential cylinder (7) pivots the excavator arm (5) up and down relative to the superstructure (2) and is articulated on the superstructure (2), on one side, and on the excavator arm (5), on an other side. For applying additional force along with the dual-action differential cylinder (7) when pivoting the excavator arm (5) down relative to the superstructure (2), a single-action differential cylinder (8) is additionally articulated on the superstructure (2), on one side, and on the excavator arm (5), on an other side.
