HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH ELECTRONIC IDENTIFIERS
A hose assembly for a hydraulic system, the hose assembly includes: a first hose coupled a pump with a hydraulic actuator using a first port, wherein the first hose comprises a first electronic device configured to provide identification information for the first hose, a second hose coupled with the hydraulic actuator with a hydraulic return component using a second port, wherein the second hose comprises a second electronic device configured to provide identification information for the second hose; and a controller. The controller receives connection signals and identification information for the first hose and the second hose, determines a connection fault based on at least one of the first connection signal and the second connection signal, and adjusts internal operation of a hydraulic manifold.
Control device
A control device for at least one hydraulic working section (A, B), which can be connected to a pressure supply source (P) and a return flow (T) via a hydraulic supply circuit and to a control valve (34) supplied with a pilot pressure. The device includes an emergency shutdown system (32) having a pilot solenoid valve (16) and an additional valve (14). Both the hydraulic energy flow from the pressure supply source (P) to at least one of the respective working sections (A, B) and the pilot pressure supply to the control valve (34) can be suppressed by the pilot solenoid valve (16) via the additional valve (14).
Systems and methods for selective enablement of hydraulic operation
A hydraulic system is provided. The hydraulic system includes a pump, a load sense conduit, a tank conduit, a function workport, and a function control valve. The hydraulic system further includes a function poppet valve arranged between the function workport and the function control valve and having a function poppet vent passage, and a system control valve arranged downstream of the function control valve. The system control valve is biased into a first position where fluid communication between the function poppet vent passage and the tank conduit is prevented and fluid communication between the load sense conduit and the tank conduit is provided. The system control valve is selectively movable to a second position where fluid communication between the function poppet vent passage and the tank conduit is allowed and fluid communication between the load sense conduit and the tank conduit is prevented.
HYDRAULIC ACTUATION SYSTEM
There is provided an hydraulic actuation system for an aircraft, the hydraulic actuation system includes an actuator (A), a primary actuation arrangement to provide hydraulic fluid to control the actuator (A), wherein the hydraulic actuation system is configured to detect a fault in the actuator (A). The hydraulic actuation system also includes a secondary actuation arrangement to provide hydraulic fluid to control the actuator (A) in response to a detection of a fault in the actuator (A).
Construction machine
This construction machine includes a first hydraulic drive device that is driven by a first prime mover and a second hydraulic drive device that is driven by a second prime mover. The first hydraulic drive device has a first closed circuit that connects a first hydraulic actuator and a first closed-circuit pump and a first assist flow path that connects the first closed circuit and a first open-circuit pump and that supplies pressure oil from the first open-circuit pump to the first closed circuit. The second hydraulic drive device is provided with a second closed circuit that connects a second hydraulic actuator and a second closed-circuit pump. The present invention also includes a first emergency flow path that branches from the first assist flow path and connects to the second closed circuit and that supplies pressure oil from the first open-circuit pump to the second closed circuit.
