METHOD FOR OPERATING A HYDRAULIC VALVE OF A HYDRAULIC DEVICE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSMISSION DEVICE AS WELL AS A MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A method for operating a hydraulic valve of a hydraulic device of a motor vehicle transmission device, wherein an actuating current of the hydraulic valve is superposed with a modulation alternating current in order to adjust a shaking vibration of the hydraulic valve by a control device, wherein a deviation between an actual pressure resulting from the actuating current and a setpoint pressure determined as a function of the actuating current is determined for the hydraulic device by means of an electronic computing device, and an amplitude and/or a frequency of the modulation alternating current is increased as compared to a starting value equalizing a hysteresis of the actual pressure relative to the setpoint pressure, as a function of a tolerance range being exceeded by the determined deviation.

The detachment determining device determines whether or not at least a part of an electromagnetic valve-equipped device included in an industrial machine, such as a construction machine or an industrial vehicle, has been detached from the industrial machine, the electromagnetic valve-equipped device being a hydraulic device equipped with an electromagnetic valve. The detachment determining device includes: an electrical characteristic detecting portion configured to output a detection signal to the electromagnetic valve-equipped device and detect an electrical characteristic of the electromagnetic valve-equipped device based on the detection signal; and a detachment determining portion configured to determine, based on a plurality of electrical characteristics detected at different time points by the electrical characteristic detecting portion, whether or not at least a part of the electromagnetic valve-equipped device has been detached.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING POSITION OF A VALVE DRIVEN BY A SOLENOID LINEAR ACTUATOR
A valve assembly includes a valve moveable between an open position where hydraulic fluid flow is permitted and a closed position where hydraulic fluid flow is blocked. A controller includes a magnetometer adapted to measure a magnetic flux through at least a portion of a solenoid linear actuator that moves the valve. A magnetic flux value measured by the magnetometer corresponds to a linear position of the regulating member relative to the port.
Hydraulic energy regeneration system for work machine
A hydraulic energy regeneration system for a work machine for boosting a pressure of a return hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic cylinder and regenerating the hydraulic fluid, prevents a bottom pressure from reaching an overload relief set pressure and suppresses a changeover shock to ensure favorable operability. The hydraulic energy regeneration system for the work machine, includes: a communication pressure boost passage that can boost a pressure of a discharge-side hydraulic fluid by communicating a discharge side and a suction side of the hydraulic cylinder with each other during an own weight fall of a driven body; a communication pressure boost valve that is disposed in the communication pressure boost passage and that can regulate one of or both of a pressure and a flow rate of the communication pressure boost passage; a reuse-side line and a reuse control valve or a regeneration-side line and a regeneration control valve that can regenerate a hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic cylinder during the own weight fall of the driven body; and a controller. The controller is configured to reduce an opening degree of the communication pressure boost valve in response to an increase of the discharge-side pressure of the hydraulic cylinder right after the discharge-side pressure reaches a preset high load set pressure, and gradually reduces the opening degree of the communication pressure boost valve with passage of time.
Power transfer unit with breakout friction reduction and leakage reduction
A power transfer unit includes a first hydraulic circuit, a second hydraulic circuit fluidly connected to the first hydraulic circuit, a pump and motor assembly fluidly connected between the first hydraulic circuit and the second hydraulic circuit, an isolation valve arranged along the first hydraulic circuit and fluidly connected to an inlet of the pump and motor assembly. The isolation valve is movable between a closed position and an open position to prevent and enable high-pressure fluid flow to the inlet, respectively. An unloader valve is arranged along the second hydraulic circuit and fluidly connected to an outlet of the pump and motor assembly, and an orifice is arranged along the second hydraulic circuit and fluidly connected to the unloader valve to reduce back pressure in the second hydraulic circuit.
