BICYCLE SEAT ATTACHMENT DEVICE
A bicycle seat attachment device for attaching a bicycle seat to a bicycle seat post is disclosed having a pin and a receiver. The pin has an upper pin and a lower pin that are dimensioned and configured to receive rails of the bicycle seat. The receiver is disposed on the bicycle seat post. The lower pin has a depending male portion that is dimensioned and configured to a female central opening of a receiver. The female central opening extends between a top surface and a bottom surface of the receiver. The depending male portion rotates within the female central opening between a restricted position and a release position. In the restricted position, the male portion locks the bicycle seat to the receiver and when the male portion is in a release position, the bicycle seat is releasable from the receiver.
Slidable mount for diving platform
The present invention provides for the inserted portion of the mount conduit to be cut at an acute angle, forming interface surfaces on two separated pieces. In its simplest form, the invention separated pieces are drawn together by a threaded shaft secured to but able to rotate structurally within the body of one of the separated pieces so that a threaded connection between the threaded shaft and the body of the other separated piece results in the separated pieces sliding across one another at the cut surfaces. As the two separated pieces are further urged to slide across their interface surfaces, an outside surface at a long side of one of the separated pieces is forced farther from an outside surface of a long side of the other separated piece, so that those long surfaces of the two separated pieces are forced against the inside walls of the receiving piece conduit.
Support member
A support member is for supporting a conductive member such as an electrical wire and is for installation in an automatic transmission, and includes a main body portion made of a resin and plates that are made of a metal and are to be fixed to the body of the automatic transmission via bolts. The main body portion has attachment portions to which the plates are attached, and elastic lock portions that project within the attachment portions and have elasticity capable of restricting removal of the plates from the attachment portions.
Composite structure and valve timing adjustment device having the same
A composite structure includes: a cover plate having a countersunk hole and a plate side fitting hole; a bearing plate having a screw hole and a screw side fitting hole located opposite from the plate side fitting hole through the screw hole; and a plate screw component including a screw part engaged with the screw hole, and a plate side fitting part and a screw side fitting part respectively fitted with the plate side fitting hole and the screw side fitting hole to be in alignment with each other. A difference a in diameter between the plate side fitting hole and the plate side fitting part, a difference b in diameter between the screw side fitting hole and the screw side fitting part, and an effective difference c in diameter between the screw hole and the screw part satisfy a dimensional relation of a<c and b<c.
MOUNTING SYSTEMS FOR MOUNTING AN ELEMENT TO A SURFACE
A mounting system for mounting an element to a surface includes a mounting element having a base and a threaded shaft extending from the base along an axis. The base is configured for mounting to a surface. An incremental nut rotates on the threaded shaft and moves up and down on the shaft. A fitting is coupled with the incremental nut and the fitting is further configured for coupling with an element to mount the element to a surface at a selected height above the surface. Apertures are formed in the incremental nut and fitting and the apertures of the incremental nut aperture and fitting are aligned at a plurality of rotational positions of the incremental nut along the threaded shaft for adjusting the height of the nut and fitting. In one embodiment the threaded shaft includes an aperture that is aligned with the incremental nut apertures for locking the nut at a selected height.
FORMWORK ANCHOR RECEPTACLE
The present disclosure relates to a formwork anchor receptacle for arrangement on a bearing element of a formwork element, having a receptacle element, which has a receptacle opening for insertion of an anchor rod and a ball section for mounting on the mounting element of the formwork element, and having a retaining apparatus for retaining the receptacle element on the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the retaining apparatus has a spacer element for contacting the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the spacer element has an mounting opening for mounting on the receptacle element and a formwork device having such a formwork anchor receptacle.
Eccentric bushing for redundant pinning of removable panels
An eccentric bushing assembly comprises an outer eccentric bushing configured to be disposed in an opening of a panel comprising a central axis. The outer eccentric bushing is operable to float axially, rotate circumferentially, and to move radially with respect to the central axis. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises an inner eccentric bushing disposed radially inward from the outer eccentric bushing and interfacing with the outer eccentric bushing, the inner eccentric bushing is operable to rotate relative to the outer eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises a spherical bushing comprising a through hole operable to receive a connecting pin therein and to rotate in at least one degree of freedom. The rotation of the spherical bushing can facilitate alignment of an axis of the pin with the through hole.
Lockable, precision adjustment screw, with operability through a pressure vessel wall
A precision adjustment screw mechanism comprises a platform carried by a base. The platform is selectively movable towards and away from the base, and is selectively tiltable with respect to the base. A push-pull screw is secured to and between the platform and the base, to selectively displace the platform towards and away from the base. The push-pull screw has a ball-and-socket type joint between the platform and the base, with the platform tiltable with respect to the base about the ball-and-socket type joint. A cylindrical bellows has a proximal end sealed to the base and a distal end sealed to the platform, and circumscribes the push-pull screw between the base and the platform. The bellows can react torque exerted on the platform by a fastener of the push-pull screw.
