A fastening assembly is provided which comprises a compensating element and an isolating member. The compensating element comprises a body having a receiving hole and a retaining flange provided at a first end of the body and having a retaining hole. The isolating member is made of metal and comprises a sleeve portion defining a channel. A fastening element inserted from a second end of the body of the compensating element can enter the channel and move in the channel in one or more lateral directions. The sleeve portion is inserted into the retaining hole and cooperates with the retaining hole to retain the isolating member in the compensating element. The fastening element fastens the compensating element to the second component via the sleeve portion, and the sleeve portion is configured to withstand an axial fastening force exerted by the fastening element on the retaining flange of the compensating element.

FIXING DEVICE WITH LONG DISPLACEMENT STROKE

A fixing device includes an inner sleeve with a passage and a stop groove on the inside, an annular convex portion on the top and a positioning structure on the bottom, a fixing member having a head portion, a guide slope extending obliquely downward from the head portion and a coupling portion downwardly extending from the head portion and inserted into the passage of the inner sleeve, and an outer sleeve having a receiving space formed on the inside, a top surface formed on the top, a bevel groove formed on the top surface and extending obliquely inward corresponding to the opening of the receiving space and a limiting ring portion formed on the bottom and bent inward to cover the annular convex portion. This allows the fixing member to have a long vertical stroke and reduces the structural height of the fixing device.

DOUBLE-ECCENTRIC CONNECTING DEVICE FOR CONNECTING A FIXING LUG TO A CLEVIS AND CONNECTING SYSTEM COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE SUCH CONNECTING DEVICE
20260022723 · 2026-01-22 ·

A double-eccentric connecting device for connecting a fixing lug to a clevis and connecting system comprising at least one such connecting device is disclosed. The connecting device includes a main sleeve having a central section inserted into an orifice of the fixing lug and two end sections on either side of the central section, the centers of the external surfaces of the two end sections being offset from the center of the external surface of the central section, as well as two bushings, each of them inserted into an orifice passing through the clevis and mounted on one of the end sections, each of the bushings having an external surface the center of which is offset from the center of its internal surface, the connecting device thus including two eccentric elements, making it possible, through appropriate angular positioning, to compensate for an alignment error between the orifice passing through the fixing lug and the through-orifices of the clevis.
