Holder device for fastening an area module to a carrier
The present invention concerns a holding device (10) to fasten, especially to clamp, a surface module (20), especially a framed solar panel, on at least one support (30), especially a profile rail, with a head section (12; 112) that is suitable to interact with the surface module (20), a foot section (16; 116) that is suitable for interacting with the support (30) and a connecting element (19) that is suitable for linking the head section (12; 112) with the foot section (16; 116), with the head section (12; 112) being shiftable relative to the foot section (16; 116) along a vertical axis (H) of the holding device (10) by means of the connecting element (19), with the head section (12; 112) being positionable relative to the foot section (16; 116) in at least two angle positions that are twisted towards each other around the vertical axis (H) in such a way with a pre-determined twisting angle that the head section may be positioned at least in two of the angle positions each on at least one or at least two surface modules, especially with one or several contact sections that are arranged according to the respective angle positions. This allows an installation of surface modules in a simple and flexible way using only a single type of holding device.
FASTENING DEVICE
A fastening device (1) is adapted to fasten a recessed object (30) to a wall. The object has at least one through hole (20) and includes a rod (2), a bracket (3), and a locking element (4). Systems also include at least one fastening device (1) and a recessed object and procedures for the installation of the systems.
STRUCTURAL DEVICE COVER
The description relates to devices that can include a hollow arm that has an open side and a cover engaging region around the open side. The cover engaging region defines a first width at the open side, a second width farther from the open side, and a third width that is farther from the open side than the first width and the second width. The device can also include an arm cover that includes an arm engaging region. The arm engaging region can define a fourth width at the open side, a fifth width farther from the open side, and a sixth width that is farther from the open side than the fourth width and the fifth width. The sixth width can be greater than the fifth width and the second width and less than the first width and the fourth width.
Sensor detection of magnetic support system for electronic devices
Support systems for electronic devices such as display screens are described and have support connector portions configured to connect to support devices such as adjustable mount supports. The support devices have magnetic elements, and the display devices have magnetic sensors configured to detect the magnetic fields emitted from the support devices. A relationship between the magnetic fields detected and target magnetic field values is determined to provide an output signal or indicator of the propriety of the support device used or the propriety of its connection to the display device.
Tool-less spring attachment to c-channel and method of using same
A method and device for attaching and detaching material to a c-channel groove, including attachment and detachment between first and second objects already attached to the groove. The device comprises a coil-shaped element that is resiliently compressible and connected to a desired material. Through biasing, the coil-shaped element is navigable into an aperture of the c-channel groove at a point along the c-channel groove between the ends of the c-channel groove and positionable such that at least a portion of the biased coil-shaped element is in the c-channel groove. Upon restoring the biased coil-shaped element toward a second, larger dimension, it is secured in the c-channel groove and the material connected to the coil-shaped element is attached to the c-channel groove, including between the first object and the second object, if present.
Tool-Less Spring Attachment to C-Channel and Method of Using Same
A method and device for attaching and detaching material to a c-channel groove without requiring tools and without needing to access an end of the c-channel. The device comprises a coil-shaped element that is resiliently compressible and connected to a desired material. Through biasing or twisting the coil-shaped element, it is insertable at any point along a c-channel groove. The coil-shaped element is secured within the c-channel groove against separation therefrom through friction. A portion of the coil-shaped element can be extended outside of the c-channel groove for easy removal.
Galley monument with integrated display arrangement
A galley monument having an integrated display arrangement includes a display; a display holder, by which the display is movably attached to the galley monument, wherein the display holder is designed as a rotary-pivot joint; and a receiving region, into which the display can be pivoted into a stowed state by the display holder; wherein the display can be rotated by the display holder in a state of use in order to set an orientation for use.
FASTENER AND HOUSING DEVICE INCLUDING THE FASTENER
A fastener is adapted for assembling a first housing to a second housing. The first housing is provided with a protruding portion and a buckling portion, and the second housing has a first surface, a second surface, and a through hole. The fastener includes a first portion, at least one connecting portion, at least two elastic portions, and a second portion. The first portion movably abuts against the first surface and has a first opening. The connecting portion is accommodated in the through hole. One end of the connecting portion is connected to the first portion. The connecting portion is spaced apart from an inner edge of the second housing by a gap. The two elastic portions inclinedly extend into the first opening. The second portion movably abuts against the second surface and is disposed at the another end of the connecting portion.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING NODE TO PANEL JOINTS
A node to panel interface structure for use in a transport structure such as a vehicle is disclosed. In an aspect, the node includes a base, first and second sides protruding from the base to form a recess for receiving a panel, ports for adhesive injection and/or vacuum generation, one or more adhesive regions disposed on a surface of each side adjacent the panel, and at least one channel coupled between the first and second ports and configured to fill the adhesive regions with an adhesive, the adhesive being cured to form a node-panel interface. The node may be additively manufactured. In an exemplary embodiment, the node may use sealant features for including sealants that border and define the adhesive regions, and that may hermetically seal the region before and after adhesive injection. In another embodiment, the node may include isolation features for including isolators for inhibiting galvanic corrosion. In another aspect, adhesive may be filled serially on the adhesive regions on the first side and then on the adhesive regions on the second side. Adhesive may alternatively may be filled in parallel, or concurrently, on the adhesive regions of both sides.
