The present disclosure is directed to a modular furniture system comprising a modular unit capable of being removably affixed to a furniture member via at least one bracket assembly, the bracket assembly comprising a first bracket disposed on the modular unit and having a first magnetic component and at least one locking means; and a second bracket disposed on the furniture member and having a second magnetic component and a receiving means capable of engaging the at least one locking means.

Apparatus for use in holding an artwork during transportation and storage, the artwork comprising or being mounted within a frame with a plurality of fastening devices secured to the frame, each fastening device having an aperture in a part which protrudes from a side of the frame, the apparatus comprising a substantially flat mounting panel provided with a plurality of retention members; and a plurality of securing devices for securing the fastening devices to the mounting panel, each of the securing devices comprising an engagement part for engaging the fastening device and a locking part which is rotatable about an axis from a first angular position in which it can be located adjacent a respective retention member and a second angular position in which it engages with a respective retention member, whereby each securing device can be used to secure a respective fastening device to the mounting panel by aligning the aperture in the fastening device relative to a retention member of the mounting panel, inserting the locking part through the aperture in the fastening device to a position adjacent a retention member so that the engagement part of the securing device engages a surface of the fastening device about the aperture therein, and rotating the locking part from the first angular position to the second angular position so the locking part engages with and is retained by said retention member.

A window air conditioner includes a casing including a cabinet. The cabinet includes a receiving groove formed at an outer peripheral wall of the cabinet. The receiving groove is recessed downwards to separate the cabinet into an indoor part and an outdoor part. The window air conditioner further includes an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan arranged in the indoor part, and an outdoor heat exchanger and a compressor arranged in the outdoor part.

A connector for connecting a frame to a transversely extending stringer of a fuselage structure of an aircraft includes a base carrier extending in a longitudinal connector direction, a first connecting portion connected to the base carrier and extending in a first transverse connector direction, the first connecting portion having a coupling structure in an end region remote from the base carrier for engaging around an end region of a cross-section of the stringer, and a second connecting portion connected to the base carrier and adapted to be connected to the frame.

A fastening device configured to be mounted to an elongated profile element of a support arm arrangement, and a method of mounting said fastening device to a support arm arrangement. The support arm arrangement exhibits a cross-sectional profile shape, and the fastening device is configured to hold a tubing member by means of a holding element, configured to be coupled to the fastening device and to the tubing member. The fastening device includes a contour surface at least partly corresponding with said cross-sectional profile shape, wherein the contour surface is configured for engaging and retaining the fastening device to the elongated profile element when the fastening device is mounted to the elongated profile element.

A removable protection member for brackets configured to support air conditioning units, wherein the support bracket includes at least two substantially “L”-shaped supports suited to be secured to a bearing wall and at least one cross member suited to be secured to the bearing wall and to connect the supports, said protection member including at least one pair of first covering members intended to cover the supports, each first covering member being substantially “L”-shaped; at least one second covering member suited to cover a corresponding cross member; quick connection members associated with the pair of first covering members and with the covering member, the quick connection members being suited to make it easier to maintain the pair of first covering members removably attached to the respective supports and the second covering member removably attached to the corresponding cross member through interference.

A fastening device for fluid tightly coupling a first duct body and a second duct body of a heat exchanger is provided. The fastening device includes a support member to couple with a connecting edge of the first duct body. The support member includes a pivot pin and a locking device disposed at an offset distance from the pivot pin along a radial axis of the fastening device. The fastening device further includes a pivot arm having a first end to engage with the pivot pin and a second end to engage with a flange of the second duct body. The locking device engages with the pivot arm and move the second end of the pivot arm relative to the pivot pin to fluid tightly engage the flange of the second duct body with the connecting edge of the first duct body.

Embodiments of a windshield wiper assembly may include a support structure, a wiper blade connector assembly for connecting the support structure with a wiper arm of a vehicle, a wiper blade cover fittable over the wiper blade connector assembly, and a wiper blade strip secured to the underside of the support structure. The connector assembly may include a wiper blade connector, a wiper blade connector cover connected to the wiper blade connector and pivotable between an open position and a closed position, and a wiper blade connector adapter securable between the wiper blade connector and the wiper blade connector cover. The various embodiments of a wiper blade connector assembly permit the embodiments of the wiper blade assembly to be connected with a plurality of wiper arm types.

A fastener includes a mounting base and an insert portion. The mounting base includes an accommodating cavity having an accommodating cavity opening and a mounting slot located above the accommodating cavity having a width that is smaller than a width of the accommodating cavity. The insert portion includes a retaining portion, a neck portion connected to the retaining portion, and a head portion disposed between the retaining portion and the head portion. The head portion is configured to be received within the accommodating cavity by the accommodating cavity opening. The neck portion is configured such that at least a portion of the neck portion is received by the mounting slot when the head portion is received by the accommodating cavity.
