Cover for a vehicle
A cover for covering at least partially a vehicle. The vehicle includes a straddle seat and a footrest extending along a lateral side of the vehicle. The cover includes a cover body and a clip connected to the cover body. The clip is configured to be connected to the footrest of the vehicle. The clip includes: a clip body fastened to the cover body; an upper connector extending from an inner side of the clip body and configured to engage an upper side of the footrest so as to restrict forward movement of the clip relative to the footrest; and a lower connector extending from an inner side of the clip body and configured to engage a lower side of the footrest. The clip is configured such that, when the clip is connected to the footrest, an edge portion of the footrest is located between the upper and lower connectors.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR A METAL ROOF
A mounting device or clamp is provided that can be secured to a roof joint without damaging the roof joint. Two roof panels can be joined at a roof joint that extends away from the roof. The clamp has a body with a slot to receive the roof joint. An insert of the clamp is rotatable relative to the body from a first position to a second position. The clamp body can be positioned over the roof joint, and the insert can rotate or pivot from the first position to the second position relative to the body to secure the clamp to the roof joint. In one embodiment, a body of the clamp has a first arm that is concave and the insert has a concave portion to engage the roof joint. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the insert can be connected to the clamp body such that either a first projection or a second projection of the insert faces a roof joint.
AUTOMATIC SHEET METAL INTEGRATED FROG FIXATION
The invention provides a metal-based support (100) for a lighting element (200), wherein the lighting element (200) comprises a light source support (300) and a light source (10) functionally coupled to the light source support (300), wherein the metal-based support (100) comprises a metal body (140) and a fixation element (400) for fixating the light source support (300) to the metal-based support (100), wherein at least part of the fixation element (400) is part of the metal body (140), wherein the fixation element (400) comprises a central part (410) which is configurable in a first configuration and in a second configuration, different from the first configuration, wherein a change from one configuration to the other can be effected by applying a force on the central part (410), wherein the fixation element (400) comprises two protruding elements (420) configured extending from the central part (410) in both configurations of the central part (410), wherein terminal parts (421) of the respective protruding elements (420) have a first mutual distance (d1) in the first configuration of the central part (410) and a second mutual distance (d2) in the second configuration of the central part (410), wherein the first mutual distance (d1) is larger than the second mutual distance (d2), and wherein the fixation element (400) is configured to receive the light source support (300) in the first configuration and to fixate the light source support (300) to the metal-based support (100) in the second configuration.
Assembled air shroud
An assembled air shroud includes a first plate and a second plate. The first plate has a first engaging portion, and the second plate has a second engaging portion facing the first engaging portion. The first plate and the second plate are arranged along a first axis, and the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are detachably engaged along a second axis different from the first axis.
Plastic composite board
The present disclosure discloses plastic composite board comprising an upper board, a lower board, and a fastener. The lower board supports the upper board. The upper board comprises a panel and a downward edge disposed on a periphery of the panel. The periphery of the panel sinks downward to define a horizontal step surface, and the downward edge extends downward from an outer edge of the horizontal step surface. The fastener comprises a buckle groove. An inner side of the buckle groove defines an opening, and the buckle groove surrounds side portions of the upper board and the lower board to fixedly clamp the upper board and the lower board together. An upper wall of the buckle groove abuts the horizontal step surface, and a top surface of the fastener is lower than a top surface of the upper board.
DOOR ASSEMBLY WITH MOUNTING COMPONENT AND ASSEMBLY METHOD
A door assembly and an assembly method for a door assembly with a door skin, a support component and an interior trim component, the support component is fastened to the door skin by at least one mounting component. The at least one mounting component is also used for mounting the interior trim component since a head section of the mounting component projects from the support component and the interior trim component is mounted on the head section.
Lawnmower mulch plug fixing method
The present disclosure is directed to a mulch plug configured to attach to a lawnmower by one or more attachment points, including a snap-fit attachment point. The snap-fit provides a more secure attachment to the lawnmower than attachment mechanisms on existing mulch plugs, in turn providing more even distribution of mulch and less clogging and locking of mower wheels.
Clipless roof ditch molding, roof ditch molding assembly therewith and methods of assembly and construction thereof
A roof ditch molding, roof ditch molding assembly, method of constructing a roof ditch molding, and method of assembling a roof ditch molding into a roof ditch of a vehicle are provided. The roof ditch molding includes an elongate metal substrate having an outer surface and an inner surface with opposite edge regions extending along a direction of a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The inner surface faces and delimits an elongate channel extending between the opposite ends. The opposite edge regions are spaced from one another for snapping receipt of a plurality of fasteners therebetween, thereby eliminating the need for supplemental fastening features to fixedly secure the roof ditch molding within the roof ditch.

Window panel installation system for protection against strong winds
A temporary panel and panel system. The panel system comprises a fabric held in a two-part, snap-together connector system. The connector system is attachable to a window connector system to secure it temporarily until fasteners can be driven into the panel system and the channel of the window frame. The window connector includes a fastener boss that helps to hold the fasteners that hold the panel to the window frame. The fabric of the panel system is made of a geotextile. The marginal edge of the geotextile may be coated with urethane adhesive before being inserted between the two parts of the connector system. Placement of fasteners along the perimeter of the connector system is guided by a centering groove in the connector system that positions the fastener over a fastener boss in the window frame. The panel system, help temporarily in place to the window frame, may then be securely attached by fasteners driven into the connector system.
