A joint assembly for joining structural members in a building frame can comprise: a marriage strap including one or more through-holes; one or more fasteners configured to be inserted through the one or more through-holes of the marriage strap; and a cube coupling joint including one or more recessed channels sized and shaped to receive a portion of the marriage strap, one or more fastener holes located within the one or more recessed channels and configured to receive and secure to the one or more fasteners. In some embodiments, the marriage strap is configured to be inserted into the one or more recessed channels of the cube coupling joint and the one or more fasteners are further configured to be inserted into and secured to the one or more fastener holes of the cube coupling joint.

Connector assembly

A connector assembly is used to attach the end of a horizontal rail to the supporting vertical post of a barrier. A flat platform is secured to the side wall of the post. A channel-shaped bracket having a convex base is seated within a concavity formed in the platform. A convex retainer is seated within the concave base of the bracket channel. A bolt extends through aligned openings formed in each of the platform, bracket and retainer. The bolt also extends through aligned openings in the post. The end of a rail is installed within the bracket channel, and held in place by a bolt. An elongate opening formed in the bracket base allows the bracket to swivel horizontally to a desired angular position. The bracket permits a single post to support adjacent sections of a barrier that intersect at a non-straight angle.

LOCKING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FIXATION OF COMPONENTS TO TUBES
20200132099 · 2020-04-30 · ·

The invention relates to a locking device designed to lock objects to tubes or other elongated elements. The locking device generally comprises one or more lock plates and lock housings. In one exemplary embodiment, when assembling the locking device to a tube, two lock housings are put together with open sides against each other around a tube with a dimension corresponding to approximately half of a recess which is found on the lock housing's sides and are oriented in the tube's axial direction. The two lock housings form a closed geometry around the tube. Lock plates are used to connect the two lock housings together. By applying a screw in a threaded hole in one of the lock housings' cover, the through tube is pressed against an opposite lock housing at substantially the same time as the lock plates hold the lock housings together.

An aluminum-extruded frame curve module structure includes at least one coupler and at least one curved board. The coupler includes a connection bar and a connection block connected thereto. A side of the connection block that is not connected with the connection bar is provided with a first fitting section. The curved board has a side that is provided with a second fitting section and an opposite side that is provided with a third fitting section. The second and third fitting sections are selectively connected with the first fitting section of the coupler. In this way, the connection bar of the coupler is connectable with an aluminum-extruded plate and the connection block of the coupler is connectable with the curved board. Two aluminum-extruded plates can be jointed to each other with more than one curved board therebetween to provide a curved form at a desired angle for extension and assembly.
