The attachment mechanism includes a first connector, a second connector, and a coupling positioned between and coupled to each of the first and second connectors. The first connector is adapted to be mounted to a stable or unstable base. The second connector is adapted to be mounted to a body-secured or gripped object. The coupling is adapted for free 360° rotation relative to at least one of the first and second connectors without decoupling therefrom. A method of using an attachment mechanism includes mounting a coupling to a first connector and mounting the coupling to a second connector opposite the first connector. The coupling is adapted for free 360° rotation relative to at least one of the first and second connectors without decoupling therefrom.

Structural fastener

A spin nut is operable to attach to a threaded fastener such as a rod. The spin nut includes a threaded nut having a shoulder for supporting a bracket, and a snap retainer detachably coupled to the threaded nut operable to spin onto any position on the threaded rod. At least one wing is formed on the snap retainer operable to attach to a bracket having a hole and spin to adjust to a position on the threaded rod. The snap retainer is detachably couple the plurality of sectioned threaded nut sections operable to spring open on a side opposite the band to allow the threaded rod to pass through.

Locking connector assembly

A connector having a male component and a female component. The male component has a first tubular section, a second tubular section, and a midsection between the first tubular section and the second tubular section. The female component is connected to the second tubular section of the male component upon relative rotational movement between the male component and the female component and disconnected from the second tubular section of the male component upon relative rotational movement between the male component and the female component in a direction opposite to the direction when the male component and the female component are being connected. The female component has a bearing surface bearing against the midsection of the male component in a first position of the bearing surface and is spaced from the midsection of the male component in other positions of the female component.

An optional securing bar may be locked over the top of the pipe to prevent movement of the pipe. In an embodiment, the device has an extension flange which allows the pipe to be secured to the wall in an off-set manner. Preferably, a plurality of the present aligned devices secure the pipe to the wall in a horizontal or vertical manner. The device allows the pipe to be secured to a wall in compliance with governmental regulations. An adapter unit may be inserted over the curved support unit for one or more smaller pipes.
