CORNER CONNECTOR FOR ROD-SHAPED PROFILE ELEMENTS
A corner connector for rod-shaped profile elements, with a connection element which comprises at least two attachment portions which are oriented substantially perpendicular to each other and which are each designed such that an attachment portion and a front end of the rod-shaped profile elements to be connected engage in each case one inside the other, at least one transverse strut of which the ends are designed such that an end of the transverse strut and a connection portion provided on a lateral surface of the rod-shaped profile elements to be connected in each case engage releasably one inside the other, and a clamping element which clamps the transverse strut releasably against the corner connector. An assembly system composed of such corner connectors and supporting or holding frames composed of such corner connectors and profile elements.
Kind of outdoor furniture with a non-welded and quick-installed structure
This utility model discloses a kind of outdoor furniture with a non-welded and quick-installed structure, including a furniture body, is characterized in that the connection of each pipe of the furniture body mentioned is realized through the interference fit between the fittings and adjacent pipes. The utility model eliminates the welding and polishing processes and simplifies the assembly process through the interference fit of the two-coupling, three-coupling and four-coupling fittings with pipes for the early stage brackets, greatly saving the labor cost and production cost.
Three-axis ninety-degree triangular brace
An open triangle made of rigid material planes each joined ninety degrees to one another and of sufficient thickness, rigidity, precision and construction for the triangle as a whole to serve as a brace for clamping, aligning, and joining workpieces, especially three workpieces at ninety degrees to one another; the opening of the triangular brace serving as a space for the operation of joining the workpieces, especially joining by means of high-heat welding but also by other means of joining, like drilling and fastening with bolts; the triangular brace being constructed of one piece, or a plurality of pieces in which one plane or all planes of the brace are removable and re-attachable, or rotatable in and out of position, by means of screws, bolts, pins, interlocking tongue-and-groove, magnets, axle for rotation, or other secure means.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL CORNER CONNECTOR
An one-piece corner connector for connecting two frame bars at right angles to one another includes a right-angle bracket having two angle legs, an intermediate plate, and two U-profile connecting pieces at right angles, having a middle leg and two side legs for insertion into the plug-in openings in the frame bars which are open at one end. The middle legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are formed on and run with their outer side parallel to the intermediate plate. The one outer side legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are each formed on one of the angle legs and run with their outer side parallel to the outer side of the angle leg. The other inner side legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are connected to one another by means of a wall element which is angled from the intermediate plate.
MOUNTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SHELVES EQUIPPED WITH A LED STRIP
A mounting device (30) is described for a first (12) and second (10) linear hollow frame segment that make up the frame of a shelf, wherein the frame is provided with a lighting LED strip (20). The device comprises a third portion (72) comprising a flat face (72) of dimensions corresponding to the width of the surface groove (22) so that it can be inserted into the surface groove and fill the portion of the surface groove closest to the angled surface of the first segment.
Quick assembly table and installation method thereof
A quick assembly table and an installation method is disclosed. The table includes a tabletop and legs. The legs are evenly arranged at a bottom of the tabletop, a sliding slot is disposed at the bottom of the tabletop, the legs slide along and fit into the sliding slot, the legs are connected by an annular beam in between, the annular beam is fitted with a locking screw, and the locking screw expands or shrinks the annular beam to push the legs to slide along the sliding slot. The tabletop and legs are installed in a slide-and-fit manner without screws, and are convenient to assemble and disassemble. In addition, relative locations between all the legs and the tabletop can be adjusted synchronously through expansion or shrinkage of the annular beam, making adjustment flexible and convenient.
CONNECTION ASSEMBLY FOR CONNECTING A SUPPORT MEMBER TO A WORK SURFACE AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
A connection assembly for securing a support member to a work surface (e.g., a table leg to a table top) that includes an attachment plate, a retainer, and a fitting. The attachment plate connects to a bottom surface of the table top, the fitting connects to an upper end of the table leg, and the retainer exerts a force on the fitting that helps absorb or take up tolerances within the connection assembly so that the support member is securely connected to the work surface. In one example, the retainer is a resilient component that is compressed between the fitting and a receiving portion of the attachment plate to help take up tolerances within the connection assembly, whereas in another example the retainer is a rotatable component that exerts a force against the fitting to address tolerances and the like. A method for providing a connection assembly is also disclosed.
Support leg connecting structure for a tripod
Provided is a support leg connecting structure for a tripod. The tripod includes a central tube, three support legs, three braces, and an upper tripod unit. The support leg connecting structure includes: a flat fixing portion formed at an appropriate portion of an outer wall of each of the support legs by pressing and recessing, and provided with a piercing hole; a recessed curved surface disposed between the flat fixing portion and an undeformed portion of the support leg; a curling portion formed on one end of each of the braces by curling, and having a through hole, the curling portion surrounding a periphery of the through hole; and a fastening part. The piercing hole corresponds to the through hole, the fastening part is inserted through the piercing hole and the through hole, the support leg and the brace are pivotally connected to each other around the fastening part.
Joining system for furniture parts
In as first aspect of the invention, this is achieved by a joining system for furniture parts comprising female coupling recess formed in a first furniture part, a male coupling tongue projecting from an adjoining second furniture part, said female coupling recess being adapted to receive the male coupling tongue, said male coupling tongue comprising a first locking element configured for a snap joint interlocking engagement with a matching second locking element in said female coupling recess, the male coupling tongue being configured to be more flexible than the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises an upper guiding surface arranged on a first side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, forming an essentially non-resilient guide for the male coupling tongue upon insertion thereof, limiting movement of said male coupling tongue in a direction towards said first side of the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises a lower guiding surface arranged on a second side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, located opposite to said first side thereof, said lower guiding surface is configured to force the male coupling tongue to resiliently deflect whilst in engagement with said upper guiding surface upon further insertion thereof in a deflection movement towards said first side of the female coupling recess, until the first locking element of the male coupling tongue snaps together with the matching second locking element of the female coupling recess.
COUPLING MEMBER AND HOUSING
A coupling member includes: first, second, and third portions each having a flat plate-like shape; and a fillet portion. The first portion has a first side and a second side orthogonal to each other. The second portion is bent at the first side relative to the first portion, and extends to an inner surface of the first portion. The third portion is bent at the second side relative to the first portion, and extends to an inner surface of the first portion. A bend radius of an outer surface of the coupling member at the first side is equal to a bend radius of a surface of a first extending member facing the first side. A bend radius of an outer surface of the coupling member at the second side is equal to a bend radius of a surface of a second extending member facing the second side.
