JOINT SYSTEM
20240328447 · 2024-10-03 ·

A joint system that allows for the modular assembly of furniture and enables such furniture to be made of metals or composites while providing for a seamless aesthetic design. The system can allow for furniture to mimic the appearance of wood or other textured materials, though it may be constructed of metals or polymers. The system features insert members, including flat and vertical types, each equipped with arms that contain channels, expansion members, and may contain a locking receptacle. The system can incorporate decorative elements that traverse/cover the bends/seams of the insert members, creating the appearance of decorative corners and enhancing aesthetic versatility. Structural supports are configured to slidably engage with the insert members, facilitating a straightforward assembly process. These supports can also connect to additional structural supports, further facilitating the construction of furniture.

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY BRACKET, SELF-ASSEMBLY FURNITURE USING SAME, AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR
20180080489 · 2018-03-22 ·

The present invention relates to a furniture assembly bracket used when an upper plate and a pillar member of furniture, assembled in the orthogonal direction, are connected, not requiring a separate fastening means since the upper plate and the pillar member are coupled in an insert-coupling manner, capable of easily separating and re-coupling the pillar member as necessary, and improving the exterior quality of the furniture. The present invention relates to the furniture assembly bracket connecting vertical support members (52), which are provided at the bottom of the upper plate (51) of the furniture, and the pillar member (55), the furniture assembly bracket comprising: an inner member (10) provided at the outer side of the pillar member (55); and an outer member (20) into which the inner member (10) is inserted and coupled and which is provided to the vertical support members (52) arranged at a predetermined angle in a state in which the vertical support members are spaced from each other such that the pillar member (55) is inserted therebetween.

A connection member for a furniture foot of furniture is employed to connect a furniture body and a furniture foot together and contains: a base, a holding portion, and a fixing bottom. The holding portion forms on an upper end of the base and is arranged on a coupling face of the furniture body to connect with the furniture body. The fixing bottom forms on a lower end of the base and includes a main joining portion and two tilted portions. The two tilted portions obliquely extend from two peripheral sides of the main joining portion to two peripheral sides of the holding portion, among the two tilted portions and the two peripheral sides of the main joining portion define two first angles, and among the two tilted portions and the two peripheral sides of the holding portion define two second angles.

QUICK-ASSEMBLY TABLE FRAME

A quick-assembly table frame comprises: pillars, drive boxes being disposed at tops of the pillars, and table bases being connected to bottoms of the pillars; a rack connected to the drive boxes; and side plates connected to two sides of the rack and configured to install a table board. Mounting blocks are disposed in the drive boxes, mounting grooves are correspondingly formed in an inner side of the rack, control members are disposed in the drive boxes, and the control members control the mounting blocks to rotate to be limited in the mounting grooves, such that the pillars are detachably connected to the rack. The mounting blocks and the control members are disposed in the drive boxes, the control members stretch out of the drive boxes, the mounting grooves are correspondingly formed in the rack, and when the rack and the pillars are assembled, the control members control the mounting blocks to be limited in the mounting grooves, such that the rack and the drive boxes are fixedly connected, the drive boxes and the pillars are fixedly connected, and thus, the pillars and the rack are fixedly connected. A fixing method based on bolted connection is replaced, assembly and disassembly are easy, and labor and time are saved.
