Preload controlled stud lockbolt
A fastener including a pin member having a shank portion, a threaded portion having a thread, a lock portion having at least one lock groove, and a pull portion located having at least one pull groove. The threaded portion is adapted to be engaged threadedly with a threaded hole of a workpiece to install the pin member therein. The fastener includes a swage collar adapted to be installed into the at least one lock groove of the lock portion to secure a plurality of workpieces. The pull portion is adapted to break off when the fastener is installed.
Pulling rivet for fastening connection of conductive material
The invention discloses a pulling rivet for fasten-connecting a conductive material. It consists of a rivet and a lantern ring, wherein the rivet comprises a dead head, a polish rod, a locking groove, a pulling groove and a short tail, the lantern ring comprises a flange, a deformation area and a clamping tooth, and a sharp protrusion is arranged on a contact surface of an inner side of the dead head and a fasten-coupling piece. The sharp protrusions of the present invention can be embedded into the surface of the fastening piece to prevent the sliding between the fasten-coupling piece and the rivet, and because the sharp protrusions are embedded into the surface of the fasten-coupling piece to form a tightly fitted whole, which improves the conductivity of the rivet and the frame.

FASTENING COLLAR INSTALLATION APPARATUS AND METHODS OF INSTALLING A FASTENER SYSTEM
Fastening collar installation apparatus and methods of installing a fastener system are provided. The fastening collar installation apparatus comprises an anvil, a sleeve, and a lever. The sleeve comprises a first section comprising a first sleeve end and a second sleeve end, a sleeve cavity, and a slot. The first sleeve end is intermediate the anvil and the second sleeve end. The slot extends a first distance from the first sleeve end. The lever is slidably received by the slot of the sleeve and configured to move between a first lever position in the slot and a second lever position in the slot. The lever comprises a second distance from a first lever end to a second lever end. The second distance is less than the first distance.
Feeder for swageable lockbolt collars and method of using same
A device is disclosed for supplying swageable collars from a magazine to a swaging tool such that the collars may be affixed to the shanks of lockbolts in a series of application steps. The feeder device can be mounted on the nose assembly of a swaging tool so that collar feeding and swaging can be accomplished in a single-handed operation. The feeder device responds to contact pressure against a work surface during a collar placement maneuver to release a collar from a presentation position for normal swaging. Releasing pressure on the workpiece allows a lower assembly of the feeder device to lift the next collar available from a magazine into the presentation position for application to the next lockbolt shank in a series of lockbolts to be finished.

LOCKBOLT TOOL NOSE ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a nose assembly with integrated anvil and puller to assist in swaging a collar to a lockbolt type fastener. The nose assembly has a sidewall defining a hollow axially extending interior and an open terminal end, hollow axially extending interior having a first interior diameter, and an annular recess of a second interior diameter greater than the first interior diameter. A puller is slidably displaceable relative to the holder sidewall. The puller is configured with opposing sets of teeth for gripping a lockbolt pintail and to close grippingly on the lockbolt pintail when the puller is axially displaced relative to the holder sidewall sufficiently to draw a head portion of the puller at least partially out of the recess and into the first interior diameter length.
