Assisted removal fastener system
The present invention is concerned with improvements to removable fasteners and particularly relates to removable and re-usable fasteners with features that allow them to be gripped and handled positively. The present invention therefore provides a fastening system comprising a fastener and a tool, the tool being suitable for installing and removing the fastener from an aperture in a work-piece, wherein the fastener has a main body and a head at one end, and wherein the head of the fastener and the tool have grip features that allow the fastener to be releasably locked to the tool to prevent separation of the fastener and tool during installation and removal of the fastener. This allows the fastener to be handled positively without fear of the fastener becoming misaligned, or dropping off the tool.

A LOCKING MECHANISM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A device adapted to releasably lock with a bolt, the device comprising a front cover having a cavity which extends from the front cover to a rear portion of the device, wherein the cavity is adapted to receive the bolt with mounting concave portions for mounting the bolt in the cavity; a locking mechanism comprising a first group of locking shape, wherein the first group of locking shapes is moveable between a first position and a second position, wherein the first position is in the cavity, and the second position is in a corresponding first group of locking shape recesses. A moveable block comprising the first group of locking shape recesses; wherein disengagement of the first group of locking shapes is activated by movement of a release plate thereby allowing the first group of locking shapes to retract from the cavity into the first group of locking shape recesses.
Intensive use furniture
An intensive use furniture concealed attachment device for securing furniture in a safe manner having a building bracket attached to the floor or wall and a tab attached to the furniture. The building bracket includes a tab flange and a pin flange. The tab is attached to the furniture in a mounting saddle formed on a mounting surface. The tab is adapted to slidingly engage the building bracket. A hole is formed in the furniture adjacent to the mounting saddle. A guide tube is disposed on the pin flange. A ball pin inserted into the hole and through the guide tube to engage the pin flange and connect the furniture to the building bracket. The tab connected to the building bracket provides support in the x, y and z axis directions.
Closure Device With Closure Parts Which Can be Placed Against Each Other
A closure device has a first closure part including a body and a second closure part. Closure parts for closing the closure device are placeable against one another along a closing direction and in a closing position being connected to one another. The closure device also includes at least one locking element which is disposed so as to be adjustable on the body of the first closure part, and at least one engagement portion which is molded on the second closure part. The at least one locking element and the at least one engagement portion in a closing position are mutually engaged in such a manner that the first closure part and the second closure part are locked to one another. The first closure part has a first magnetic installation and the second closure part has a second magnetic installation.
Shaft
The present disclosure relates to a shaft adapted to be at least partially inserted into an opening of a shaft receiver. The shaft comprises a nominal shaft portion adapted to be at least partially inserted into the opening of the shaft receiver, followed by an intermediate shaft portion that in turn is followed by a guide shaft portion terminating the shaft. The shaft comprises a cross-section with a cross-sectional contour in a plane including the central axis, the cross-sectional contour comprising a nominal shaft portion contour of the nominal shaft portion, an intermediate shaft portion contour of the intermediate shaft portion and a guide shaft portion contour of the guide shaft portion. The cross-sectional contour comprises a radial direction being perpendicular to the central axis, wherein, as seen in the radial direction, the nominal shaft portion contour is located at a nominal radial distance from the central axis.
