A tolerance compensation device includes a base device having a tubular fastening portion that includes an internal, right-hand thread for receiving a screw-like fastening element. A tubular connecting portion, for connecting to a compensation structure, has an outer jacket wall that includes an external thread for connecting to a compensation structure, and a compensation structure having a flange-like setting element. An inner jacket wall of the setting element includes a threading configured to correspond to the external thread, and a socket-like anti-rotation element is disposed in a through-opening of the setting element, and an outer jacket wall of the anti-rotation element is connected to an inner jacket wall of the tubular connecting portion in a non-rotatable manner. The compensation structure is configured for presetting a distance in axial direction between the base device and a contact wall of the compensation structure extending orthogonally to the axial direction.

Speed nut

A speed nut for fastening a work piece to a stud includes a fastener plate defining an opening on a surface. The speed nut further includes a prong extending inwardly from an edge of the opening, the prong includes a root portion connecting with the fastener plate and a terminal end defining a single-threaded hole within the opening and configured to ratchet over threads of the stud. The root portion and the terminal portion are arranged offset from each other such that the prong plastically deforms in response to the work piece being removed from the stud.

NUT INSERT WITH REDUCED STRESS

To provide a retainer having excellent moldability and durability while having a predetermined pull-out load and predetermined rotational torque. The retainer includes a nut main body 10 having a female thread 11, longitudinal ribs 13 formed between a plurality of recessed portions 12 and 12 provided along an outer circumferential surface of the nut main body 10, transverse ribs 14 formed between a plurality of recessed portions 12 and 12 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the nut main body 10 along an axial center direction, and the longitudinal ribs 13 and the transverse ribs 14 are connected to each other. Then, the longitudinal ribs 13 and the transverse ribs 14 form a frame structure.

Structural Fastener

A nut operable for blind attachment between two rims on opposite sides of a strut channel. According to one embodiment, the nut is a spin nut operable to insert the nut into the channel, rotate and lock the nut onto the two rims on the strut. The spin nut includes a base, a pair of wings formed on one end of the base and operable to attach to two rims. The symmetrical helix is formed on the wings on the other end of the base. A shoulder extends from the symmetrical helix. A hole, such as a threaded hole is formed in the shoulder extending into the base, forming a threaded nut, according to one embodiment. A bolt may be inserted into the threaded hole to attach to a bracket, strut, plate or any suitable structure.

An apparatus and method for holding a lug nut. The apparatus includes a base (150), a barrel (140), a lug nut engagement assembly (130), a plunger and a cam guide (170). The barrel (140) is coupled with the base (152) in a manner allowing the barrel (140) to move upwardly or downwardly within the base (150). The barrel (140) has an internal cam track portion (145). The lug nut engagement assembly (130) includes retractable fingers (132). The lug nut engagement assembly (130) is removeably affixed to the barrel (140). The plunger (160) is disposed within a portion of the lug nut engagement assembly (130), the barrel (140) and the cam guide (170). The plunger (160) has a tip for engagement with the retractable fingers (132). The cam guide (170) is disposed and moveable within a bottom portion of the barrel (140). The cam guide (170) has longitudinal rails (172) for engagement with the internal cam track (145) of the barrel (140).

LOCKING ASSEMBLY AND TOILET
20220175202 · 2022-06-09 · ·

A locking assembly includes a flexible connecting piece and a fixing sheet. One end of the flexible connecting piece is connected to the fixing sheet, the flexible connecting piece and the fixing sheet are linked, and the flexible connecting piece is provided with a limiting structure for preventing a movement of the fixing sheet. A toilet including the locking assembly can quickly fix the fixing sheet to facilitate the installation of a support and realize the rapid disassembly and replacement of a cover plate. By applying a force to the flexible connecting piece, the fixing sheet can be driven to move, so that the fixing sheet abuts against a load-bearing component, for example, abutting against one side of a toilet body, and meanwhile, the fixing sheet is prevented by the limiting structure from moving. Therefore, the fixing sheet can be quickly fixed for easy installation.

Locking connector

A connector includes a base and a nut which is configured to fit within and be retained within a chamber in the base. The nut is laterally inserted into the chamber via a side opening in the base and is axially displaced within the chamber between locked and unlocked positions. The nut includes a radial projection which is configured to enter into a bore in the base adjacent to the chamber when the nut is in the locked position. When the nut is in the released position, the projection is withdrawn from the bore so that the nut may be removed from the base.
