A device for securing threaded rod relative to concrete and plywood forms is provided. The device can include a housing with a securement portion and a plurality of plungers to engage with the threaded rod. The securement portion can be slidably received in a base configured to be seated on a setting structure. Fasteners can secure the device to the setting structure. A tapered portion of the housing can engage the plungers to secure a threaded rod.

The fixing pin is mounted in the locking space for fastening the bolt and the nut.

A lock nut and tang washer mechanism preloads and locks components in a rotating environment. A drive system mechanism preloads and locks the device in a rotating environment and provides a double locking safety requirement needed in most aircraft for applications operating in an enclosed environment. The mechanism holds a required torque for the duration of the drive system operating life without the need for periodic visual inspections.

A fixing device for fasteners having a polygonal head for the detachable connection of flanges which can be connected to one another and clamped against one another by a screw connection includes a chain which encompasses at least some regions of the lateral surface of the polygonal heads in a form-fitting manner and inhibits the rotation of said fasteners. The chain comprises a plurality of spaced members, each having at least one receptacle, the inner profile of which corresponds to the lateral surface of the polygonal heads. The chain comprises at least one releasable tensioner for detachably joining two ends of the chain. A flexible securing means is provided, which extends circumferentially along the chain, wherein at least two ends of the securing means can be releasably connected to one another.

A fixing device for fasteners having a polygonal head for the detachable connection of flanges which can be connected to one another and clamped against one another by a screw connection includes a chain which encompasses at least some regions of the lateral surface of the polygonal heads in a form-fitting manner and inhibits the rotation of said fasteners. An assembly comprising: a nut having a cylindrical body with a threaded external surface, an axially extending interior tool socket, and a radially outwardly extending flange at a proximal end of the cylindrical body; a first component including a hollow cylindrical tube with a connector end having a radially inwardly extending shoulder, the radially inwardly extending shoulder abutting the radially outwardly extending flange of the nut in an assembled position; and a second component including an annular hub with a threaded internal surface matching the threaded external surface of the nut, and an annular mounting surface abutting the connector end of the propeller shaft in the assembled position.

In some embodiments, the ball joint assembly includes a washer with tabs to restrain rotation of the cap relative to the housing.
