Solar panel mounting clamp and system
A system having a plurality of solar panel mounting clamps for mounting a plurality of solar panels including a plurality of threaded projections fixed in a mounting surface; a plurality of the solar panel mounting clamps, each respectively disposed upon one of the plurality of threaded projections such that the threaded receiving portion of each solar panel mounting clamp receives each respective threaded projection, such that the plurality of solar panel mounting clamps are capable of securing a plurality of solar panels to the mounting surface such that each clamp makes a conductive bond with one or more panels such that each panel shares a common ground. The system may include one or more mounting plates to rest upon the mounting surface that has one or more retainer clip to ease in cable management.
Deck connector
The invention relates to a deck connector for aligning adjacent decking members, such as deck boards, at a set distance from each other and for attaching the decking members to a support member, such as a joist.
Tool-free belt and conveyor component cover and access hood
An access hood assembly for a conveyor cover is provided. The access hood assembly embodies a cammed lock assembly at each corner, for easier and safer opening, with no tools required, wherein each cammed lock assembly can act to lock the hood or as a pivot point to pivot about to an open position, when the hood is opened from the opposing side, where the associated cammed lock assemblies have been moved to an unlocked position. The arcuate hood of the access hood assembly supports multiple connection points for each cammed lock assembly to engaged in a locked position for securely keeping the access hood propped open when desired.
Truss rod coupling device
Aspects of the disclosure provide a non-welded, clevis-type coupling assembly that provides two sheer planes and, accordingly, increases the load bearing capacity thereof. The assembly includes a coupling plate having a first section, a second section, and a third section. The second section is intermediate the first section and the third section and the first and third sections are oriented at an angle of 90 with respect to one another. The coupling plate includes a contiguous opening extending there through having a first part and a second part. The first part has a first dimension and the second part has a second dimension that is larger than the first dimension.
Fastener with preset securing member
A bushing includes an upper collar with a lower sheath and an annular shoulder intermediate the collar and sheath. The collar has a plurality of spaced apart notches and the sheath has a plurality of spaced apart slits that may be circumferentially aligned with the notches. The sheath has a plurality of spaced apart ribs projecting outward circumferentially offset from the slit for assisting in maintaining the sheath within a hole in a fastener with the annular shoulder against the fastener. A securing member with an elongate shank extending from a head with a distal portion is maintained in the longitudinal opening in an upright position aligned with the hole. As the fastener is driven longitudinally through the opening and hole, force from the fastener causes the bushing to break away and yields direct contact between the securing member head against the top surface of the fastener.
Shipping component and electronic device
An electronic device includes a fixed component, a removable component removably connected to the fixed component, and a cable. The shipping component includes a locking component, a wire clamping component sleeved on the locking component, and a fixing component. The wire clamping component is provided with a wire clamping part for clamping and locking the cable. The locking component may penetrate through the fixed component and be locked and connected to the removable component, and the fixing component may limit the distance between the fixed component and the removable component. The removable component may be locked and connected to the fixed component by the shipping component, the cable of the electronic device is synchronously clamped to the shipping component, and the cable cannot be used and electrified when the shipping component is not removed.
Connection system for housing elements of a turbine intermediate casing
A connection system for a hot gas-conducting annular duct of a turbine intermediate casing of a gas turbine includes a first housing element, a second housing element situated next to the first housing element in the circumferential direction, and a fastening unit configured for connecting the first housing element and the second housing element to one another at edges adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction, the fastening unit including a clamping element which is mounted on the one housing element with the aid of a connection, the clamping element resting on a clamping surface provided on the other housing element in such a way that the other housing element is accommodated between the clamping element and the one housing element. It is provided that the top side of the clamping surface facing the clamping element has a clamping surface contour relative to a longitudinal section which extends along, in particular essentially in parallel to the adjacent edges of the two housing elements which is designed in such a way that it thwarts a rotation of the clamping element about an axis of the connection.
Molded aircraft wiring and/or tubing support brackets
One-piece molded thermoplastic L-shaped and Z-shaped support brackets are described for supporting wiring and/or tubing. The support brackets will include a lower support flange, a backing flange, and a junction region having a concave inner surface and a convex outer surface which integrally joins the lower support flange and the backing flange to one another at a substantially right angle. The support brackets may be provided with a unitarily molded nut plate boss and a metal threaded nut cylinder which is embedded within and overmolded with the nut plate boss. Alternatively, a wire, cable or tubing mount unitarily formed as a one-piece molded unit with one of the support flanges so as to dependently extend therefrom.
Solar panel clamp
A clamping apparatus secures a photovoltaic module to a rail. The clamping apparatus includes a bolt extending between a first end and a second end of the bolt. The clamping apparatus includes a clamp defining a bolt opening into which the bolt is received and a support structure. The support structure positions the clamp at a first location on the bolt. The first location is a first distance from a top rail surface plane within which a top surface of the rail lies. The support structure is adjustable to position the clamp at a second location on the bolt. The second location is a second distance from the top rail surface plane. The first distance is different than the second distance. The support structure has a support structure thickness corresponding to a third distance that is less than the first distance and less than the second distance.
DECK CONNECTOR
The invention relates to a deck connector for aligning adjacent decking members, such as deck boards, at a set distance from each other and for attaching the decking members to a support member, such as a joist.
